    It was delicious

It was delicious, but we waited a long time for the order. Everything tasted great and the staff was kind, just wish the service had been a bit faster.

Roaming LA, we walked to this Starbucks and hungout soaking up the sunny warm weather on their beautiful patio while deciding on where to brunch. Our drinks came out quickly. The guy that took our order was the only friendly one at the counter. The girls working were annoyingly rude/loud. They were playing and conversing with one another and none of them paying attention to the register or the customers waiting to order next to us. I usually order ahead via app, but I was in no rush. I hadn't been in LA leisurely since my early 20's, so I could wait for my coffee in real time. I just orded an iced coffee with their banana protein foam. This Starbucks was beautiful unfortunately your immature employees took away from the experience.

This is a "Starbucks Reserve"...or so I thought until I went to the website and it wasn't listed as one. Being "Reserve", as far as I can tell means having a slightly expanded menu and a bit more of an upscale feel to the interior. All of which this location has, so make of that what you will. The interior is actually pretty plush, with lots of comfortable chairs, large tables and chairs around the bar. It's significantly more comfortable than your average Starbucks and looks a bit like an industrial loft converted into a café. I see a large number of regulars for whom this is, for better or worse, their office. Surprisingly enough, however the place is slightly quieter than your average Sbux. The staff have generally been kind and competent. I almost always order ahead via the app. On the few times there's been a mistake in the order it's been quickly remedied. Now, I've said many times: one doesn't go to Starbucks because the coffee is great. They go there because Starbucks is ubiquitous and convenient. If this place had better coffee and wasn't a huge chain it might get four stars from me. However, it is what is is: a Starbucks. But, at least, a pretty good one.

Pupdate! 3.14.24 The most Dog friendly Starbucks so much so that it can be called ** Dogs Welcome ** My canine child Betty and I were there recently when she chose the walk route. Well she led us straight to Starbucks. I asked if she could have a pup cup in celebration of her 12th BarkDay week even though I didn't order anything. And the team not only gave Betty a pup cup that very second but all wished her a Happy BarkDay! My girl loved that as did I. Today we went in for BOGO day. Christopher made my Dragon Drink and it was 100% perfect. I called the store to let them know. Honestly it's the little things that have the biggest positive impact. Good/ great customer service is hard to find these days and must be acknowledged. What if we all let someone know they helped out or did a great job... what a wonderful world it would be.

We came here for drinks. It's adjacent to a nice restaurant. We came here after dinners. The barista was friendly and attentive. There was plenty of seating and there is ample parking in the back of the restaurant.

Such a nice Starbucks! Happened to be in the LA area and was looking for a spot to work remotely - so glad I stumbled upon this gem. Parking: there is 2 hour parking on the street (metered), but after moving my car, I discovered there's also a parking lot behind the Starbucks that is free for Starbucks customers! Even though this Starbucks is decently populated, there were still a couple of parking spots in the back. The workers here were welcoming and friendly. I was in the mood for a coffee drink even though I don't drink it very often, so I asked for their suggestions. I ended up going with the mocha latte, but they mentioned that I could order something different if I wasn't a fan. In taking a sip, the iced mocha latte tasted similar to hot chocolate with some hints of coffee. Unfortunately, it was not my favorite, so I took the barista up on their offer to remake the drink and opted for an iced vanilla latte. The new drink had the sweet, yet noticeable coffee flavors that I was craving, so definitely would reorder in the future! One note I'd I didn't see too many outlets, so just something to keep in mind if you devices are running low on power or drain easily. Overall, I'm not sure the next time I'll be in the Los Feliz area, but I'd love to return in the future. Jf you're looking for a nice spot to lounge, read, work, etc, I highly recommend this location.

I guess better late than almost never. I've been to Starbucks a few times only to use their awesomely clean bathrooms. Today I was there to do the same but this time I decided to actually buy something. This was my first time ever purchasing anything ever from Starbucks. Yeah I regret putting this off because my Frappuccino was delicious. Not only that I was able to try the dragonfruit lemonade (not sure I'd that's the name). I want to give big props to Jarrod, he was great. Very pleasant, helpful and he led me to another drink I've never had which I now also like. He made my first experience the best I've had almost anywhere I've been. I won't be waiting in any long lines or anything but I'm sure I'll be back again.

    Parking Starbucks on hillhurst

The staff here is very friendly, but expect a 7-10 minute wait for drinks and snacks during the day. Parking can be tricky, but overall this Starbucks Reserve on Hillhurst is worth the visit.

This is one of the best Starbucks in Los Angeles. Always clean and nice staff. We live nearby and always come here for a latte.

The matcha lavender latte is the star of the show. It's beautifully balanced: earthy matcha, a gentle floral note from the lavender, and just enough sweetness to tie everything together. It's the kind of drink you think about later in the day and wish you had another. And then there's the chocolate cake . The small ugly one that comes in a mini loaf, it was rich, moist, and deeply chocolatey without being overly heavy. It pairs perfectly with their drinks and feels like a little reward every time you order it.

PREVIOUS REVIEW2 It's been a while since I've been here the previous time. In addition to being very nice last time (except for the logistics of ordering and the non-functioning power outlets), the please remains a peaceful oasis and the ordering process has improved since. Most importantly, the coffee remains delicious, and the tomato basil tart was a wonderful quick lunch followed by a multi berry muffin. PREVIOUS REVIEW1 Cute little place in Atwater Village!! So cute with peaceful, relaxing and quiet atmosphere (inside/outside) that I thought I could get some work done (free WiFi). The concept is a bit confusing: There are a bunch of "menu items" such as sandwiches and wraps etc, but while they are listed on a big board behind the counter, you have to actually grab them premade/prepacked from a fridge ... The Vegan Smokey BBQ Wrap was very good except for the short and transient moment when I opened the container, but after all it was actually fresh, juicy and had a great flavor mix. The Mex Mocha with Almond milk (alternatives are available) was delicious, and I paired it with a GF Orange Chia Bread Loaf. PS: I'm neither Vegan nor GF fanatic... What really defied the purpose of coming here was the non-working power outlets, and the manager not taking care of it. My laptop unfortunately does not have a TESLA battery and hence I did not last for 2 hours... PS: I neither have a TESLA nor a Prius either ... Tip: Parking on this side of the street can be tough, look on the other side ...

I'm also not sure if Wynd is part of it as well (they were located on Virgil but moved elsewhere in the Arts District), but I did notice there was some sort of pop-up happening here too. I really love the location it's in, it's sort of hidden, and you might actually miss it if you're not looking for it. You park in the lot adjacent to it, and there's a sign that leads you to walk in. It really does feel like an oasis, like some people have described, tucked away from everything. Anyways, the coffee is amazing. The attention to detail these coffee shops put into everything is the cherry on top of it all. I'm a simple gal with my iced lattes with whole milk and no sweetener, and this place just knows how to get the ratio right, smooth, balanced, and not overpowering at all. Aside from it all, this location is definitely promising and I can see a lot of other businesses flourishing here. The vibe is so Zen.

The shop and coffee area have separate entrances, and drinks aren't allowed inside the store. There's a cart/rack near the entrance where you can leave your drinks while you shop, which is convenient. I've been looking for a matcha bowl for a while and came across one from Origami. It was labeled $26, which seemed like a great deal given the quality. Unfortunately, at checkout, the staff told me it had been mislabeled and was actually $45, and they couldn't honor the marked price. I understand mistakes happen, and I did overhear them saying it was someone else's error--they weren't sure how the $26 tag ended up there. It sounded like that price might have been the original Japanese yen price without markup. I guess it really was too good to be true. Still, it was a bit disappointing since I was excited to find it at that price in the U.S. Make sure you are charged the correct price during checkout in case they made the same mistake on other products and you get charged more than what you expect. Other than that, the staff was friendly. The coffee was decent, and the seating area had a really nice vibe. I would recommend this place if you are in the area and wanted to enjoy coffee without parking hassle. It's not exceptionally good coffee but it's still decent.

So anyways Heytea was completely off my radar because I figured I wasn't their target audience (which is fair) HOWEVERRR this new guava drink has me in a chokehold!! It's not thick and chunky like their other stuff. And it's actually good?? I hate that it's good because I went from a Heytea hater to a Heytea frequenter. It's floral, fragrant and it's a perfect mix of guava and milk/cream. Never would I have thought to pair guava and dairy together BUT IT WORKS SOMEHOW. Think strawberries and cream... but guava. The jasmine tea isn't prominent but it's there as a base layer and definitely smells soooo good. The guava taste is strong and I don't know what magic they put in there but it's not artificial and gross. The cream on top is nice too! I tend to drink from the lid the first and just enjoy the cream and then afterwards I'll mix it in with the drink. It's $8 which is pricey.... But I hate that I like it. I've gotten it like 5 times this month alone. They ran out of stickers but the drink is still just as good!
