A Starbucks is a Starbucks is a Starbucks...especially when you're just ordering to take out like I did at this stop-on-the-way location so this gets an average Joe 3 stars from me. I did want to share though that during this visit (mid day on a Sat), I ordered for the first time Sbux's new CINNAMON PULL-APART roll which I read they started offering in Nov (2025) as part of their holiday seasonal menu. And this cin roll is shockingly and surprisingly PRETTY DARN GOOD. I say "shockingly" because Sbux food offerings, let's be real, are generally pretty lackluster at best. They rarely add to their food items and the ones they have added over the years have been head scratchers. Here below I've compiled my favorites (not in any particular order) for taste and value (worth the price): * Cinnamon Pull-Apart (warmed - a must!) $3.65 * Ham & Swiss Baguette sandwich $7.65 (Huge!) * Frosted Sugar Cookie (now comes packaged) $3.45 * Cranberry Bliss Bar (seasonal, sadly) $3.95 That's really all the food items worth ordering at Starbucks. MORE ON THE CINNAMON PULL-APART: it's a surprisingly dense pastry that comes in a cupcake liner. The cin sugar topping is sprinkled all over the roll and even in the deep nooks crannies and crevices which makes this pull apart roll legit. Yet it's surprisingly NOT gooey and messy (love). DEFINITELY GET THE ROLL WARMED - it holds the warmth and heat throughout so that each pull-apart bite is warm. GOES GREAT WITH. A HOT LATTE ON A CHILLY WINTER DAY! That's a LOT right there to write about a little cin roll, I admit. But this new Sbux menu item is worth a shout-out of its own. I just hope they keep it on the regular menu and not only as a holiday seasonal item! Try one and see if you agree. read more

'Tis the season to give and recieve gift cards! I don't usually go to Starbucks because it's very sweet. I don't have much of a sweet tooth to begin with, so the taste always seems way too overpowering for me. But today was a different day. Running errands with my mom, I made sure I brought my gift cards that had been given to me by my coworkers. I am lactose intolerant, so I always get my coffee (on the rare occasion that I buy it) with oat milk. And to my surprise, this huge, international coffee chain doesn't offer oat milk???? Like whaaaat. That stumped me, but I went ahead and got a tall peppermint mocha frap with coconut milk instead. To my surprise it was actually perfect! Not too sweet at all. I love cinnamon, so I always add it to my coffee drinks. In addition I got a gouda cheese bacon sandwich because I hadn't eaten anything, and that surprised me as well. I am typically pretty judgemental of Starbucks food, because in my experience it hasn't been great. Then again, maybe it was because I was starving. But regardless, it was money well spent. WOW this is a BUSY store! This is the first time I've been to this location and I was shocked how busy it was at 9:30 AM on a Thursday morning. The line kept getting longer and longer. However, staff kept their cool and were very friendly and made sure everyone was taken care of. Great job! Plenty of seating. For me, I think it's a little too loud and crowded to sit there and get work done. However, some people don't mind the noise. I saw a few people with their laptops. read more

This is the closest starbucks to me--and helps me get my starbucks fix! It's located on Ox Rd/123 in the Lorton Shopping Center! Pros: --They have never gotten my orders wrong --They have outdoor seating for those nice sunny days (you can even sit outside on rainy days because the overhang roof covers you from the rain). Cons: --Pretty small --Dimly lit (no good lighting for pics! if you're into that) --Pretty packed on weekend late mornings (but aren't all starbucks?) Stepped into this location on the way home because it was the closet one on the way home and i NEEDED some coffee. Lesson learned, don't let your need lead you into unfamiliar territory!!! Definitely not like the Starbucks I frequent on a regular basis. The place was not packed and I still waited a good 15 minutes for my drink. Which confused me because there were not enough people waiting on drinks for it to take that long. I did notice that the mobile orders seem to be filled right away leaving those of us actually in the store graced with a longer order to drink ratio. Absolutely worst Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino I have ever had. Stopped by this particular Starbucks on my way from a meeting instead of waiting until I got to the one closer to my home which was definitely a BAD IDEA. The drink literally tasted like a chocolate milk with a little caramel. Drink was bland tasting there was no texture or thickness hardly any caramel and maybe two crunches in the whole Venti drink. I literally could have just purchased a Yoohoo added caramel and had a better drink. Never again will I go there that's for sure. read more

I know businesses everywhere are doing their best to keep up safe during these confusing times. I get that Starbucks is having someone at the window sorting and hanging out mobile orders, keeps other people from touching everyone's drinks to find theirs. This morning, like a handful of others, the associate distributing drinks asked my name and while searching for my drinks she used her hand on the lids to turn each around looking for my name. My issue here is that she touched every lid right where you put your mouth. I haven't said anything until now but I've noticed it multiple times. I love this place is great when they get to know you and what you like there is a girl ( Kayla ) she is very nice and knowledgeable she knows what I want as soon as she see me walking in to the store I work in customer service for many years and I still learning from others there is a cashier that for some reason she always turn her head facing down or looking to the left not your face at least that is what she does with me while I'm in front of the register I tried to find out if I smell bad so I did try to stay couple feet of distance from the register and she still doing it I tried to speak and cover my mouth and she still doing it. My favorite Starbucks... I come here pretty much every day during my daily bike run. I find the staff to be very friendly and the service to be speedy. I do not understand all of the negative reviews I've seen on here. The only thing I can think of is that they caught this Starbucks on a very rare off day. They had ran out of the drink i wanted on the app, but I went up front and asked the lady and she was kind enough to give me the last little bit of oat milk they had. This Starbucks has by far the fastest serving time and i feel like the staff always cares about the customer. Always get my order right and efficiently deliver it. Why yes, yes I am hung over. Yes, I am going to go to Starbucks 5 times today to rehydrate. On a road trip down 95, I asked Suri to get me to a Starbucks; finally she did something I asked her to do. She pointed me in the direction of 123 in Lorton and in I dashed. No line! Score. Staff was super friendly. Veronica took my order, what a sweet professional young lady. I didn't catch the name of the barista making my order, but it was nice to see them both smile and he sing away as he made my green tea latte and lime refresher. The store was busy as it was a Saturday afternoon but was clean, organized, and one of the better Starbucks experiences I've had. Ew ew ew, this place has more flies than people! The tables, floors, chairs are all sticky. One of the most vital foundations of any restaurant is cleanliness. It doesn't matter how good the drinks/food are, or how friendly the staff is; if a restaurant is dirty, it is one star. I literally had flies walking all over me and onto/around my drink, an iced coffee. Think for a second where you think these flies are breeding...Yeah, never again... I hate coming to this location but I will if I absolutely have no time to drive out to further locations for better service. The staff is so rude. I always end up waiting 5 min before anyone acknowledges me standing in line ready to order, I don't even bother saying anything at this point to see how long I will be ignored. The drinks take forever to be made even if no one else ordered. I like to visit this starbucks about once a weekend. It's usually not very crowded, but I do go around 8:30 Sunday morning. The employees are all nice and talkative, and they have always gotten my order right (although it's not very complicated). I go to this Starbucks primarily because of its convenience to where I work. The people who work there are very nice and attentive. The store recently had some renovations done to accommodate large groups but it also gave the location a modern touch. However, they seem to have some trouble keeping the place clean. This is evident by the flies that you see circling around the tables. Seems strange because the manager appears to be at the store every time I'm there. It seems like other customers have had similar complaints. Let's hope that they get this taken care of soon! read more

This location has continuously let me down. Today they were out of knives and gave me a spoon to spread my bagel. Sounds petty, but when added to the continually previous times of getting orders wrong, staff yawning and complaining they are tired behind the desk and I've witnessed multiple customers complaining that their drinks had no sweetener. I didn't have such a great experience at this location. I asked for a matcha lemonade. The barista did not know how to make it and asked for assistance. No biggie, I know it's not a popular menu item. When she made it, she just scooped the matcha into the liquid and then filled it with waters I asked her could she shake it to spread the matcha and she put her hand over the lid and shook a little.
