Nice looking Starbucks location. I don't know if this is new or maybe it's just well-kept. This Starbucks is open for takeout during COVID and there's also a drive-thru option. Stopped by here on a road trip.Their restrooms were surprisingly really nice and clean. This Starbucks is a legit joke compared to other Starbucks and it cracks me up. I ordered a venti chocolate almond milk espresso with no ice and this barista legit filled the cup a quarter of the way Like not exaggerating a literal quarter of the way as in 1/4 th of the size of the cup So Ofcourse I ask for them to fill it with almond milk and he's like I have to charge you as a latte ... okay Starbucks manager he then presses his little screen for five minutes and comes up with the price difference of $0.40 And at this point I'm just trying not to laugh. Soooo im still giving Starbucks a 4 star review because I like their coffee and I come multiple times a day. But driving back and forth from Sacramento to LA I need to make restroom stops. Why do you close your restrooms? I know we're in a pandemic.. but isn't the restroom where we wash our hands ? Instead of people coming in with their dirty hands only god know where they've been, probably scratched their butt on the way in touching the door handles, tables , countertops to grabs their drinks , the key pad , etc. The bathroom should be cleaned multiplied times a day anyway so what's the difference ??? I can see why this particular Starbucks has very little stars. It is filled wall to wall with tourists and the frequent passerby. I don't think anyone here is a local. The wait is a little long, but considering how busy it is it's expected. Anyone without patience and time shouldn't stop here. They have the usual coffees, snacks, teas etc. Baristas were somewhat nice. They were mainly straight to the point, but she did ask how I was doing. Restrooms were clean. We stopped by to grab a drink on the way to LA. We placed an order for a grande iced shaken expresso with toffee syrup instead of simple. It's a drink that we usually get at any Starbucks and they're pretty consistently made. However this location was a major disappointment. We ordered ahead and we're given ready time but when we got there it wasn't ready. That's okay, we can wait a few minutes. When we got our drink, it was 1/4 of cup filled with coffee and the rest (3/4 cup) is just foam. We told the barista and he said he will remake it. Turned out he scooped out all the foam and filled the cup with with milk all the way to the top. Uh, that was a no no. We didn't order a cup of milk, we ordered iced shaken expresso. We then went back to the counter again and told him, this is not the right drink. He didn't look too happy that he had to remake. But oh well, I didn't order a cup of milk, rather I ordered your craft drink. After waiting for 5-10 minutes, our drink was done. This time around, it was done correctly. Small interior to this travellers' location. Most patrons will be passing through to somewhere else. Their drive-thru was super busy, so we went inside. They are hopping with almost constant business. This means that the staff doesn't have much downtime to clean, and it shows. We stopped going north and coming back south today. The first time my beverage was made really well, just like I like it. The second one was lacking sweetness, but several Stevia packets later, I was in business. The baristas are super busy, so drinks take time to be prepared. We enjoyed our everything bagels for breakfast. During each visit there was at least one person holed up in an out of the way location with their laptop, working, or hanging out as the case might be. This particular Starbucks isn't that conducive to get much work done, was my impression. There is a large patio space outside for when the weather cooperates. read more

This Starbucks location is a destination stop for me when I'm heading north to visit family in Central California. The location of this store is on the north side of the Grapevine, so it lends itself to being an extremely busy shop because it's surrounded by other food and gas stations. It's not unusual to see the drive-thru line snaked around the parking lot. I've been inside and I feel as though the drive-thru service is much better, so don't let the long line intimidate you. I have to say that for as busy as this place is, the drinks are pretty consistent. I don't believe that I have ever had a bad drink or bad service here. read more

I'm not going to comment on my drink as it was a fairly simple drink to make; decaf iced americano with a splash of almond milk and one pump vanilla. My reasoning for not giving them a higher rating was the service. My family and I stopped here on our way up to Fresno from LA. We arrived at around 630 am on a Friday and it was already crazy busy. Parking lot full, line to the door, people waiting for their drinks, you get the picture. I placed my order with the cashier and also purchased two gift cards. She just hands me the gift cards, no envelope or anything. I ask if they had any and she shrugs and says "I need to look." Um, yes you do, it's kinda your job. And who the hell just buys a gift card with no envelope? Like ok I get it, you hate your job but don't take it out on the people who are paying for your paychecks. I received my coffee after a few minutes of waiting. The barista was super cool even though she was slammed with orders. She didn't mind when I asked her for an extra cup of ice and handed it to me with a smile on her face. Barista chick (wish I remembered your name), please teach the cashier how to at least smile. Not very helpful. We went to this location because we have always gotten lousy service from the other Starbucks across the freeway. My wife and I each ordered coffees from our phone apps. I got mine, no problem. She waited 10 minutes and nothing came up. She asked about it and the order taker asked to see the order on the phone. Then she curtly said, "That's the other Starbucks. You have to go over there to get it." Our mistake, sure, but other places would try to accommodate the customer or at least be more understanding and considerate. This probably happens all the time between these two stores. In fact, these two stores probably have the same owner. They can work out the misplaced orders between themselves. With bad service (from every business) on both sides of the highway, my advice is to just AVOID EXIT 219! Get your coffee fix at another stop. read more

This is a busy location around the clock with visitors coming and going from the LA area north to various parts of California and beyond. I've frequented this Starbucks in need of caffeine to keep me going and to use their restroom after having too much coffee along the way. Staff have always been speedy and helpful. On my latest visit, the exterior lights on the building and in the parking lot were all dark. However, the light on the drive thru menu was still illuminated as well as the inside of the store. About 130 miles away from my destination and feeling sleepy, this Starbucks was a savior however it's always busy no matter when I stop here. It could be day, night, holiday, no holiday - always chaotic and I have no patience for lines so I take a potty break at the Petro Center and buy coffee there but for some reason all they had was decaf today and that just wasn't going to work. It's a truck stop, tourist stop, and a busy road way - how do you only serve decaf??? Oh well. Starbucks it was! I braved the cold to try and stand in line however huddling in a mass on Thanksgiving eve with screaming kids and angry adults just didn't appeal to me so I decided to get back into the car and in another line - for their drive thru and I was impressed by how fast that went. They promptly took my order and had the drink waiting at the window. I noticed the order was printed on my cup. I've never seen that before. I guess it saves them money on Sharpies but then again I hope that was thermal printing or recycled labels. Either way, this place is quick, efficient, and friendly.
