I'd consider myself a regular here, this location is convenient to stop by before heading to one of my jobs. Service is always amazing and quick but today was very disappointing like the quality had just flipped. I got a dragon fruit drink light ice and it was very watered down and in the picture the colors were not mixing like it usually does. The coconut aspect also just tasted off. My sister had the pink drink light ice with vanilla cold foam. The foam itself tasted normal like always but the drink tasted really off, almost disgusting. In the photo the pink drink is also curdling? I'm wondering if maybe the coconut base they used had gone bad Other than today's experience, this location is amazing 90% of the time! read more

STARBUCKS @ 85th KIRKLAND I haven't been to this Starbucks in such a long time, especially after they had fully new renovations. Drive thru is so long that it blocks parking and is such an inconvenience if you want to park and go inside. Luckily we found a spot out front. Stepping into the starbucks, it was very renovated and modern. Service was AWFUL. To begin, no one greeted my mom and I and the girl in the front taking our order just stared at us as we looked at the menu. No expression, no words, just pure blank. I asked the price difference between a Venti and Trenta, she just looked and said .30 cents. Nothing else, didn't care if we had any other questions or recommendations. We ordered the Mango DragonFruit Lemonade in the Trenta, with extra mango dragonfruit. She rang us up, didn't say a word to us and moved on. I realized that I might've forgotten to ask for light ice, so I politely ask one of the workers if I could adjust my drink to light ice if that was possible, he looks at me and says ask her instead. Pointing to another worker. I was like okay. The girl who he had pointed to was talking with another customer, I believe it was a friend, FOR SO LONG. And not about Starbucks, but as if they were best friends just chatting away. I didn't want to interrupt their conversation, so I just waited until it would end. It never did, so I just asked when I saw her make the drink if she could do light ice. She was nice and said yes. The drink came out great, and it took about 5 minutes. On a cold morning, it was nice to find this Starbucks open when I arrived at 5:15am. Pretty empty inside, I found a seat, ordered my coffee and popped open my laptop. I spent the morning working from here, pounding away at the keyboard, dialing in to a Zoom call or two and watching the waves of customers coming and going from my seat. I was waiting on a mobile order, and one of the barista girl there finished it up and all she had to do was handed it to me. Instead she asked to wait and did a little Christmas gift opening with her coworker. I thought the order was missing something so I stayed quiet. 10 minutes later and she is still not finishing up my order. Another barista saw me standing there and finally handed me the order. Turns out the order was always completed and just needed to hand it to me. No apologies for the wait time...just a disregard to customers. read more

I am a regular customer at the bridal trails Starbucks in Kirkland. Without sale, Sasha and Michela remember my name my order the sports I play and always ask me heartfelt questions. I have stopped going to any other Starbucks because of the exceptional service that I receive there. Every single employee makes a point to build a relationship with the customer. The ambience is also exceptional. I often go there in early mornings or late nights to study or do homework. There are many available seats and the noise level is quiet. All of the employees do a terrific job of making sure the food and or drinks are perfectly made to your liking. I 10 out of 10 would recommend to any of my friends!!. read more

The inside is also super nice and clean, also the workers here are super nice even after heaving to deal with all the Middle School kids. 2 weeks ago I would've given this review 5 stars. Unfortunately this place has changed their entire staff. I go here 4 days a week before work, since the staffing change I have had 3 drinks that taste TERRIBLE. And this morning I received a lemon loaf in the Star bucks bag fully packaged in their clear packaging. WTH? Pure laziness with this new team. This Starbucks located in Bridle Trails has lots of parking and usually pretty efficient. This store is located near a neighborhood so on weekends it gets pretty crowded. Invariably the customers are a little rude crowding around the waiting area piling up near the doors blocking the side entrance into the store. Management needs to do something about the layout for pick up of drinks. I have been here a number of times and the baristas are not very warm as those in stores downtown Seattle. However, I have never had any issues with my orders and mobile orders are promptly made. I do have issues with the drive thru closing earlier than when store is expected to close. It's annoying and again the baristas just look at you as you go through. I come for the convenience not the lackluster service. read more

I don't like writing bad reviews but I'm upset. So I've came to this location so many times and only a couple of the baristas have been kind and warm. Wendy was kind and so was another woman with glasses and brown hair. They were great but but but I had a terrible terrible experience with the older blonde woman! Terrible customer service, attitude at the ordering window as well as once I pulled in front to get my order. She had my order wrong and insisted that I did not say "iced" when in actuality I saw it on the board as well as heard her repeat it to me. When I saw the warm drink I kindly said "oh sorry I ordered iced" her reaction was to yell at me and say "no you didn't, no you didn't, no". I understand it's a stressful environment but it's really unnecessary to be rude to the customer when they're being kind and not even getting upset over the order being wrong. read more

Although part of a huge chain, this location always feels like a neighborhood coffee shop to me. On my most recent visit I was having trouble activating a gift card. Once it was activated the barista, Karol, told me what to do to get the purchase points added. As I was thanking her she asked for the card back, worked some barista magic, and took care of it for me! Good customer service is what brings me back. Holy crap I love this starbucks. Almost always empty in the late afternoon, 20 min parking spot in front, outdoor seating out the door. People are super sweet inside. Bathrooms are big and clean. Wow this is definitely a nice and laid back starbucks, compared to the others around the area (the ones on Redmond Way). Out of all the starbucks that I have been to this is the most consistent. This is a place I come to to have some my time. The service is always wonderful and there is something just so soothing about this place! I love it! Also, I have been coming here for about 6 years now and I still come to this location even if it's out of my way; I think that says something ;). Definitely my favourite neighbourhood Starbucks -- friendly and attentive staff, yummy drinks, lots of seating, upgraded decor (it's more urban/sleek now) and lots of parking. If you come in semi-regularly (like we do), the staff memorizes your drinks and they make them so quickly that your coffees are ready once you're done paying. this is prob one of the best sbux locations in the area. It's large, plenty of seating and not over-run with retail getting in the way of customer lines or seating. I've noticed that this time of the year (Holidays) Sbux has a ton of retail crowding the customer line up. Not this one..it's large, organized and clean. While not as crowded as other Starbucks, the service at this one is...meh. I came here an hour before they closed to get a snack and get some work done. They had already packed away all the pastries (no snacks for me, I guess!) and looked at me like I had a third eyeball for ordering a tea. I've worked in food service before, so I understand how when it gets slow there's a temptation to get as much closing done as possible before you close...but if you go overboard, you're giving the cold shoulder to your customers. What a huge disappointment! My girlfriend and I had been looking forward to getting a great iced coffee all morning. Just how does someone go wrong with Starbucks right? Well, this place can! We even asked them to re-do our drinks but they were still really bad. The balance of espresso with syrup and dairy was SO off that we couldn't even choke them down. I got fabulous service here the other day. They're usually their typical awesome, but a ponytailed barista went above and beyond for me. I feel like a barista position can be very drone like- take orders, take money, next person. This guy was animated and nice to talk to. He hooked me up with a holiday "buy 5 get one free" booklet for holiday drinks, which I didn't even know existed. Then when I ordered a hot cocoa for the girl I nannied and asked him to leave room so she doesn't spill in my car ;) he just charged me for a kids cocoa and put it in a tall cup. Thoughtful! I love this Starbucks, I really do. I've spent more time and money in here than i reasonably should, but it's a convenient place for me. Here's my beef - every month throughout the year I order 2 coffee travelers for a meeting at 7pm. Only 3 times has it been ready at pickup time, despite the fact that they write it down, take phone numbers/names etc. I complained to their manager last year, he was very nice and apologetic. Order 2 travelers yesterday for pickup at 6pm and yet again they were not ready and I sat contemplating the world for 20 minutes whilst they made them. Again, most apologetic but come on, there must be a better system than writing the order on a scrap of paper. Oh, and to the snarky barista who was most put out when I asked for extra cups - you're on my bad list too ;) My advice? Go hang out there in the mornings, the crew is amazing! read more

So pissed right now!! I never, ever go to Starbucks, & this is the reason why!! I stopped there this morning, since I was running late to work & live literally, right next door. There were 2 people ahead of me & I ordered a tall iced tea & a breakfast sandwich. They were working on a large order, as well, but I didn't think it would be soooo long!!! I proceeded to wait 20 minutes for my tea & then at 25 minutes I asked about my sandwich & I was just brushed off by the barista. I asked the Sandwich Guy & it turns out, he gave my sandwich to someone else!!! So, I start to watch Sandwich Guy making the breakfast sandwiches, & HE LICKS HIS FINGERS TO GRAB THE PAPER TO PUT THE SANDWICHES ON & IN!!! So, now, I have a completely CONTAMINATED sandwich!!!! I'm fairly sure that you are not supposed to be licking your fingers to grab the paper & bags that the sandwiches go in. How has no one said something to this man!!!
