They made me a Coffee on Memorial Day after closing! This is real Happiness in a cup of coffee! These people went above and beyond for me! I recommend this coffee shop to everybody! I love this place. The service is great and the drinks are even better. I recommend the blond Hawaiian iced for anyone with a sweet tooth or my go to a strawberry white peach Red Bull without cream or whip. This is also the only coffee stand I've found that offers banana bread that doesn't contain any nuts or raisins. read more

Great place for delicious coffee and breakfast. It has a lot of options for beverage and food. The place can get busy but the service was fast. The staff was very kind. There are indoor and outdoor seatings. It has free parking in the plaza. Bathroom was very clean as well. read more

The staff are super friendly, super nice. When I asked for less sugar for my mocha, the young man offered me half chocolate syrup, half sugar free syrup. I am not a big fun of any "sugar free" thing. This is what passes for a ham & cheese croissant at this location! Seriously you need to step up the food quality here... it's truly awful. This cost $6.25 and is the worst food I've ever tasted. The only thing that comes close to being this bad is terrible economy airline food. The outside was hard and some of the edges were raw uncooked dough and inside was fake rubbery egg and a slimy piece of "ham"? I went to Mercury's for the first time on Friday and was so impressed with the coffee that I went to another location this morning. Today I ordered a matcha green tea latte with oat milk and WOW it was so darn good! So creamy and smooth and I could instantly feel the clean energy spreading throughout my fingers and toes. My only complaint is that I didn't get a chocolate covered espresso bean on top of my coffee today like I did on Friday:( I love those things! My boyfriend got the chai tea latte with oat which I tried and it was just as amazing. This place has the best coffee, friendly baristas and I will be back for more VERY soon! read more

Friends have been recommending Mercury's Coffee Co. for years, but I've finally gotten around to trying it. We tried a Hot White Russian and Iced Fusion Mocha. Both were great- I get the hype! I will say they both tend to lie on the sweeter side of drinks, so if you don't like your coffee sweet maybe these drinks aren't for you. I tried a different location this morning and got the Carmel Silk over ice, it was so good I had to come back for more but a closer location to where we were staying. The drink is SO good. Definitely recommend trying it if you are near one, I will have to see if they have them near where we live, If not we have our new favorite coffee place in Washington. I always look forward to my Redmond-Fall City Mercury Coffee visit to Redmond-Fall City. The baristas are always happy and smiling as they were this morning. It is wonderful and uplifting when I only got 3 hours of sleep the night before and haven't had a sip of coffee. I usually get the yummy Espresso Chocolate Smoothie. I needed a pick me up and this place was on the way to my destination and boy am I glad I stopped here. I went on a Tuesday morning at 10am and there were 2 cars ahead of me but I waited no more than 5 minutes. The staff was friendly and welcoming. This is my first time having Mercurys Coffee but I always drive by other locations and see how busy they get. I ordered a 16 oz iced Blonde Hawaiian. It was was one of the best coffee I've had! The coffee was strong and rich with hints of macadamia nuts and coconut with some coconut flakes with the perfect amount of sweetness, not watered down at all. It was reminiscent of a coconut macadamia nut coffee I had at a cafe in Honolulu. I will definitely be checking out their other locations now! Can't wait to have another Blonde Hawaiian. read more

We just ordered our two coffees. The girl was blonde with a bob cut hair. She was super rude to us. She took out order like we were dogs begging for food. Nasty attitude and we are loyal customers. We asked for tall she gave us short drinks. We said no whip cream she was going to add it. When told she didn't say anything. It was clear she didn't want to sell coffee. It's only 4:30 pm. I did not want to leave a tip but we did hopefully she understands she is serving humans and not dogs. We will never come here. Please remove this employee she clearly doesn't belong in customer service. read more

Pre-COVID, I had been a long time customer of this Mercury's location, ordering once or twice a day. My tea latte was made wrong yesterday. Today my husband surprised me by getting me the drink again because he knows how disappointed I was with the bad drink last night. He brought it to me and I honestly though he made it and put it in a recycled Mercury cup. It was beyond terrible. It was wrong on all levels - wrong tea bag/flavor, wrong syrups, wrong milk. Two drinks in less than a day made wrong. He ordered the same tea latte as me and his was not only wrong as well, but made completely differently than my wrong drink. I do have patience for turnover since COVID but to get the drinks wrong two days in a row is beyond disappointing. We will not be going back. Morgan, I appreciate your response. I just sent a pic of my Mercurys card to that email address. One question - do I have to go back to the same location to use the 4 free drinks? I really miss my drinks! Thank you! read more

They mess up every single time. They gave me someone else's order instead of mine and I had to call for a refund, one time my dad had ordered a drip coffee/just black coffee and they gave him a whole milk latte which was the complete opposite of what we ordered plus he is lactose intolerant while the rest of my family had ordered a 32 ounce drink and had asked if it could be split into 2 smaller cups so sharing would be easier and at first they said it was alright then a barista comes back to us saying we would have to be charged for 2 small drinks instead.... So I gave up on going here because the NE 20th location in Bellevue is so much better in so many ways (plus they have seats to sit down in it's not just a drive through only) however I was here recently with a friend who wanted to go and I just decided to get a water and yet even that was messed up because I got a water with a big fly floating with the ice. read more

Today was my first time at a mercurys. I've heard a lot about their coffee..and was excited to try. Overall I would 10 out of 10 recommend. I was greeted by a girl named Kayla. She was such a breath of fresh air, kept a (funny) conversation..all while preparing our drinks! I was really impressed! If I could've talked to her all day I would've! She recommended a blonde Hawaii..and how refreshing! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! The Coffee was great and the customer service was even better! I'll definitely be back! Their coffee is great! There is one girl, Stacia, who works there in particular who is not friendly. She makes it seem like an inconvenience to do her job and serve you. Also someone double charged me and the girls asked for my bank statement to see the charge and I was happy to provide that. But it wouldn't show up on their computer and she very reluctantly gave me a complimentary drink. I felt like she was nervous about getting in trouble for her excellent customer service. But I appreciated her a lot! read more

The usage of whipped cream at this establishment was disappointing at best. After a tragic speed boat Incident that led to the loss of one of my family members (by the way, eloquent use of the word incident) I thought that whipped cream was the only thing that could cheer me up, I was absolutely horrified by the lack of whipped cream in my cup. I really enjoy Mercury's. I moved here from Arizona and Dutch Brothers was the go-to coffee place. Although Dutch Brothers still makes a better Chi Tea Mercury has it best at a few others. I visit Mercury's at least twice a week. It has Starbucks beat by far. read more

So now it seems as though I am a regular here...I mostly stop by on the week days and have not been disappointed. My go to is the dirty chai latte but I've also tried their organic vanilla latte and it is delicious as well! If you are there in the morning their jalapeño breakfast sandwich is delicious too! I am a big fan of this place. There is usually a long line but it moves fast and sometimes the baristas will even come out and get the next car's order started. Everyone working is super nice and it is a great coffee spot. read more

We are a local company, founded by Morgan Harris in Woodinville Washington. Over the past 15 years we have grown from 1 location to 6 locations and over 40 employees. We have 1 location in Kirkland, 2 locations in Woodinville, 2 locations in Redmond and 1 location in Fall City. Over the past 4 years we have 4 top 5 finishes in the King 5 Evening Magazine "Best of Western Washington" contest for "Best Coffee Shop". We won the contest back to back in 2012 and 2013. In 2013 we were voted "Best Coffee Shop" out of 384 nominees and in 2012 we were voted "Best Coffee Shop" out of 372 nominees. It was actually pretty tasty and the salsa they serve it with was a verde salsa which was slightly sweet with a slight kick. Not too spicy. It was good just very small especially for $10. Medium Roast Drip coffee (4): decent drip. Overall, this was a nice cafe and likely your only option in the area for breakfast burritos and decent coffee.

Then I read that it was important to use freshly roasted beans. After checking the reviews on Yelp, I decided to drive over to Caffè Lusso. The person there was very friendly, and recommended one of their coffee beans which were roasted the day prior. After purchasing the beans, I immediately drove home to try them out. And the results I got, first time, were fantasic! It turns out my prior issues were due to the 4+ month old beans from that big name coffee shop!

No matter how long it takes me to finish my drink, if the ice all melts or I drink it quickly, it tastes delicious. I just wish they had better food. I don't love how greasy their croissants and sandwiches are. I wish they had better breakfasts or served food with protein that was less oily. I don't think I've ever enjoyed a sandwich I've gotten from here, and I swear I try them at least every other month. The vibes totally make up for their gross sammies and are my favourite thing about this place!! I love coming here for a reading date or to craft and yap with friends.
