First time at Starbucks in over 3yrs. Now I see just why I don't go. I wanted to try something different so I decided I'll stop on my way to work. But Kalsey that was taking orders made it so uncomfortable for me. I wanted to try a certain drink that my little niece suggested and I was completely rushed with my order. I know I was slow but my god have some patience

I've stopped here a few times for coffee now, and have always enjoyed good service and tasty joe. I've always been waited on quickly and the baristas have all been friendly. There is a drive thru for those days when you just don't have time to park and go in (huge plus - huge, huge huge), and I've never had to wait very long in line. Either way, inside or in the drive thru, I'm a fan of this location.

Starbucks GETS IT!!! So fresh & innovative in their business endeavors. (this review is 60% about the app & 40% about the service, drink, store etc) Hello, this mobile ordering is making my life all the easier!!!! Ya'll saw the line, I totally skipped... Bullying huh. Lol. I know, I'm not proud... But I was totally able to pull off a #stickandmove caper!!! Picture it: early morning, I need a cup of Joe, but I ain't (yeah i said AIN'T) up for waiting. So I pull up the trusty Starbucks app, located the closest store, placed my order & pay, then... Boom, Bang, Bing, I pull up walk in & get my order!!! Helllllo am I happy camper? Heck yeah (in my Napoleon Dynamite voice) Annnnnnnnnnd on the way out, because this Starbucks app is so cool, I can tip the barista, even after my transaction is complete!!!! Way cool. I found my skinny cinnamon latte to be great tasting & temperature appropriate; quite PERFECT. Although the Barista & I didn't have much bonding time, the time I did spend with her, mainly her calling my name & me scooping my beverage. She was pleasant, cheerful & engaging (she called my name correctly & with authority!!!!) Clean store. Ample parking in this shared parking lot. This Starbucks was VERY busy, long drive thru line, lots of folks hanging out indoors... The ordering capabilities of mobile app is sheer genius!!!

I've never felt so compelled to write a review about a Starbucks. I come to this location often because it's in between where I live and where I work. I'm probably here 2-3 times a week, at least. With that said, every time I'm here my experience gets better and better. First off, the inside is spacious, clean and there's also an outdoor area with chairs and tables. Second, the baristas are the friendliest I've ever encountered. Whether it's cracking a joke with a customer to make them laugh, telling a customer about a latest deal, or just going the extra mile in general, the service has always been phenomenal. To be honest, it's probably the friendliest Starbucks I've ever been to. Lastly, they're super efficient. Even when there's a long line, I never feel like I'm waiting too long, and my order has never been messed up. And to be honest, even if they did ever mess it up, I wouldn't even be mad because I know they'd handle it professionally. Best Starbucks ever!

This is a hipsters paradise. And I am not referring to the clientele. Every time I have come, the male baristas have either well maintained beards (even well conditioned) or moustaches that they have spent a lot of time grooming and shaping into styles. They must spend a lot of their spare time grooming their faces. And their clothes? Perfectly ironed pants (even the jeans have the line from ironing) and their shirts are perfectly starched. Seriously. Its a good thing they spend so much time on their appearance, because they definitely don't spend any time at all focusing on the customer, or even what the customer JUST ordered and paid for. Or that they took any order from any customer at all. On the few times I have been, I have never seen an employee of color or female. All white males. I wonder what this says about the area, or the management of this location. Which I am shocked because this is in a diverse area. The inside is clean, neat and well organized, though on the small side. If you are lucky, you might get something similar to what you ordered, if you ordered something like almond milk in your coffee, you will probably get regular milk in that drink. Be warned, strongly warned. But, you will quickly be given a beverage and your food order, even though it will most likely not be what you ordered at all. For example, on my most recent order, I ordered a croissant and an iced pumpkin spice latte, and they tried to give me a cake pop and a hot skinny mocha. I'm just sayin'.

Pumpkin. Spice frap with pumpkin spice whipped cream(yummy for my tummy)

Closest store to my house, so I make a trip at least twice a month. It has a homey feel in that regulars are greeted by the staff fondly, students like to study here, always people reading with soft music in the background and customers understand early closings (4pm today due to TS/H Nate). If the line gets close to the door during a rush, there are 2 people at the register. Drive through is usually busy but fast. Fave store on the East bank.

This is close to the hotel that I stay at in town a couple weeks of the month by far my favorite one to visit.

I ordered your ube cake as a PURE Filipino , I can assure you that the "ube" cake, ain't no ube…read more Its some knock off trashy ass taro from temu, Im guessing its watered down 95% water and the other 5 as ube cuz it looks pale ASF. Im pretty sure its actually purple food coloring and not actual ube, the only reason why I'm not placing a 1 star is because the first time I bought a cake from this place, it was actually good (some coffee cake). This bakery made decent cakes till I tried YOUR UBE CAKE. If you want to copy trends and mix asian culture into your goods, then DO IT PROPERLY, or at least research on how to make ube. Try making ube jam instead and place it in the cake, that would taste WAY better. Also the yellow icy part inside the cake would've been delightful if it was cheese and not some random yellow piss ice. Ube is commonly topped with cheese, this bakery really missed the opportunity to actually be culturally on point. So much for Ube getting mainstream if none of these businesses get it right anyway. They always mess up asian cuisines and culture by making their "own version". Dont disrespect our ube broski (I can feel/taste the ube on the paste but it just isnt enough, it needs more) (update, i take it back. Tried it in the morning where it wasn't as cold. It was actually soft and spongy, the ube taste was stronger and it was quite delectable. Keep up the good work, i see room for improvement though)

Delicious! Everything is tried was excellent…read more They are individually packaged with makes it super easy to choose what you like, and prices aren't bad at all either. I picked: a large fluffy maple roll. The outside reminded me of a croissant in the best way with some mild maple sweetness and the inside was moist, pillowy, and rich. I heated it up in the oven next day which made it even better. A square coconut roll... crisp and flaky on the outside with the most delightful sweet coconut cream inside and flaked almonds on top. This was my favorite. Will get multiple next time. And a pair of taro rolls. These I was most excited for as I love taro, and they weren't bad at all, but were probably my least favorite of the 3, purely because they had an eggy aftertaste. They weren't overly sweet with a nice smooth taro filling. I also tried a taro milk tea with soy milk. These normally include lavender too, but I asked for mine without. The flavor was off the charts good. Strangely it was nothing like the usual taro drinks I've tried and I couldn't place what I was tasting, but it was rich and creamy and so satisfying. Only thing that bummed me out was that I ordered boba and there wasn't any. :(
