After ordering a sandwich, I watched as drinks were made for several customers who ordered after me while my order appeared to be forgotten. After waiting more than 20 minutes, I asked about my sandwich and was told they were just going to start making it. It was frustrating to realize that my order had not even been started despite the amount of time that had passed. As a Black woman in a predominantly white area, I left feeling uncomfortable and questioning whether I was being treated differently. I cannot say for certain that race played a role, but it is difficult not to wonder when my experience was so different from what friends, coworkers, and other customers have described. Regardless of the reason, the lack of attention, communication, and customer service made this a very negative experience. Unfortunately, this is my second disappointing visit, and I do not plan to return.

It was also decaf and didn't even taste like it. The second drink I got, just last week, was a decaf pistachio and it was honestly horrendous. Worst cafe coffee I've bought in many a moon--and it was over 7 dollars for a small! It was burnt... noticeably so. Maybe no one buys enough decaf to warrant a fresh pot more than once a day, but please, for the love of God, don't serve it if the carbon has reached these levels. I couldn't even drink it. I took two sips and chucked it. Hopefully they'll eventually convince me, because it's such a cute spot and so close to home, but as of now I'm still luke warm about it.

It was during the winter months, and I tried their I doux and their cookie couyon. I had to get two different coffees, because I didn't know when I would find them again. They were both hot, both medium. And both were really good. I barely tasted any bitter coffee flavors. I just tasted their delicious fresh ingredients. And it didn't taste like chemicals. I enjoyed the cookie one better but really both were excellent. I was so excited to hear they are opening a brick and mortar soon. So happy they are doing so well and that I won't have chase after them, trying to find where they will be week to week. Great service and great product!

I was greeted when I walked in and told bits of info about the drinks. The place was clean and employees were friendly. What took me back was that the teas and shakes are made using HERBALIFE supplements/ mixes... The caffeine comes from different teas (black/oolong/ etc). I was initially super excited to try the teas until I heard this. I was given the impression that the drinks were a concoction of the stores own flavors/ recipes. While making the drinks, I could see pre packaged pouches with the powders being poured in the cup and mixed with water. They should've stated this on their business page bc it's a bit misleading. The taste of the was sub par and left a dry taste in my mouth. The effects of the tea pretty much felt and tasted like the standard pre workout to me. Compared the GLOW NUTRITION claims to my ALANI NU preworkout, the alani nu had better nutritional values at a lower price point. Alani also tastes a lot better than the loaded teas. The concept is cute but all in all, I most likely won't be back here.
