Stop here occasionally and usually have great service. Just went through drive through today, only one car ahead of me and pretty empty inside. Order a venti hot caffe mocha and venti pumpkin spice chai latte. Was asked to repeat the order for the chai latte since it had some add ons. Get the pumpkin spice chai and it's grande, well that's fine I can deal with that after asking if that's what I was charged for and apparently so. Until I get home and give to the person who wanted it and it's straight chai latte no pumpkin spice or any of the extras asked for. By the time I get home my mocha is cooled enough to start drinking and it tastes like hot cocoa, no espresso taste at all. Drink the whole thing and can tell there's no caffeine, I'm usually wired after drinking a venti since it has 3 shots of espresso. I've stopped here a few times for coffee now, and have always enjoyed good service and tasty joe. I've always been waited on quickly and the baristas have all been friendly. There is a drive thru for those days when you just don't have time to park and go in (huge plus - huge, huge huge), and I've never had to wait very long in line. I go to this Starbucks often and every time I am impressed by the speed and accuracy of the employees. The long drive thru line may be scary, but I often do not wait longer than 5mins. I have no gotten the wrong order, and even when they were out of almond milk, I was given a ton of apologies - heads up coconut milk is just as great. (this review is 60% about the app & 40% about the service, drink, store etc) Hello, this mobile ordering is making my life all the easier!!!! Ya'll saw the line, I totally skipped... Bullying huh. So I pull up the trusty Starbucks app, located the closest store, placed my order & pay, then... Boom, Bang, Bing, I pull up walk in & get my order!!! Helllllo am I happy camper? Heck yeah (in my Napoleon Dynamite voice) Annnnnnnnnnd on the way out, because this Starbucks app is so cool, I can tip the barista, even after my transaction is complete!!!! Way cool. I found my skinny cinnamon latte to be great tasting & temperature appropriate; quite PERFECT. Although the Barista & I didn't have much bonding time, the time I did spend with her, mainly her calling my name & me scooping my beverage. She was pleasant, cheerful & engaging (she called my name correctly & with authority!!!!) Clean store. Ample parking in this shared parking lot. The drive through looked like it was a 45 min wait maybe 11 cars, so we parked and walked inside. The line of about 7 people took about 20 minutes before we could place an order. I've been standing here with no acknowledgement from any of the staff as they make drive-thru orders a priority. A few mins later I waved at the person that seemed to be doing the least and asked her for help, she said someone would be right with us. They were not... The demeanor of all of the employees is very negative. It's obvious that no one cares. I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager. Savana is not manager. She was very rude and was talking about us on her walky talky thing on her head. I only asked her why was it taking so long to place an order and she rolled her eyes and walked away. Didn't even call out the names on orders. Just slid every coffee onto the counter. One end of the counter was for mobile and the other was for who ever ordered at the counter. Terrible service, we waited in the restaurant for two coffees for most 25 minutes for cold brew. The first coffee was wrong, it was terrible not even worth asking them to fix. Cold brew 1 sugar and LIGHT cream. The coffee was almost white and no sugar. Good lord hows anyone mess that up? By far the worst coffee shop I've been too. Would not recommend, unless you want to wait an hour for the wrong order Absolutely terrible service. Went inside to order a coffee and waited 25 minutes. So, 25 minutes go by while we are waiting, staff is just standing around chatting really unacceptable customer service. I had to approach the counter to make it known that I've been waiting a long time. Only to be told that my drinks were at the other end of the bar, she (Savana) seen us waiting by the mobile orders. We don't know your set up, no one called our name, and the one drink was wrong. Very sad service. there is a target location literally around the corner. The food case is kept open for bugs to get into the food, at least 10 little flies flying around inside. I've never felt so compelled to write a review about a Starbucks. I come to this location often because it's in between where I live and where I work. I'm probably here 2-3 times a week, at least. With that said, every time I'm here my experience gets better and better. First off, the inside is spacious, clean and there's also an outdoor area with chairs and tables. Second, the baristas are the friendliest I've ever encountered. Whether it's cracking a joke with a customer to make them laugh, telling a customer about a latest deal, or just going the extra mile in general, the service has always been phenomenal. To be honest, it's probably the friendliest Starbucks I've ever been to. Lastly, they're super efficient. Even when there's a long line, I never feel like I'm waiting too long, and my order has never been messed up. And to be honest, even if they did ever mess it up, I wouldn't even be mad because I know they'd handle it professionally. Best Starbucks ever! read more

This is a hipsters paradise. And I am not referring to the clientele. Every time I have come, the male baristas have either well maintained beards (even well conditioned) or moustaches that they have spent a lot of time grooming and shaping into styles. They must spend a lot of their spare time grooming their faces. And their clothes? Perfectly ironed pants (even the jeans have the line from ironing) and their shirts are perfectly starched. Seriously. Its a good thing they spend so much time on their appearance, because they definitely don't spend any time at all focusing on the customer, or even what the customer JUST ordered and paid for. Or that they took any order from any customer at all. On the few times I have been, I have never seen an employee of color or female. All white males. I wonder what this says about the area, or the management of this location. Which I am shocked because this is in a diverse area. The inside is clean, neat and well organized, though on the small side. If you are lucky, you might get something similar to what you ordered, if you ordered something like almond milk in your coffee, you will probably get regular milk in that drink. Be warned, strongly warned. But, you will quickly be given a beverage and your food order, even though it will most likely not be what you ordered at all. For example, on my most recent order, I ordered a croissant and an iced pumpkin spice latte, and they tried to give me a cake pop and a hot skinny mocha. I'm just sayin'. read more

It has a homey feel in that regulars are greeted by the staff fondly, students like to study here, always people reading with soft music in the background and customers understand early closings (4pm today due to TS/H Nate). If the line gets close to the door during a rush, there are 2 people at the register. Drive through is usually busy but fast. Fave store on the East bank. read more

I came on a Saturday evening, and I ordered a coconut milk mocha macchiato. Not sure why or how, but it was made incorrectly. For some reason, they used the vanilla bean powder and caramel. This has the be the worst Starbucks. I live right here and always mobile order, but lately the app ALWAYS says literally everything is out but when you go they don't know why because it's not out. I had to start mobile ordering the second I woke in the morning for it to be ready in time because even mobile ordering it's never ready at the time it's supposed to be ready. I used to mobile order about 5 minutes before I'd walk out and it's 10 minutes from my house, say I order at 6:45 it'll say ready for pick up at 6:55 I get there for 7 and it's still not ready and I end up waiting another 15+ minutes sometimes my order gets lost, I've had to cancel my order so many times because of almost being late for work EVEN THOUGH i ordered SO early and made sure I had enough time. The first few times it's ok but it started happening EVERY TIME and I wake up so early for work that it's not usually busy when I go. My drinks never consistent- I order the same thing ever time and a few times it was either not full to the top like it usually is or ALLLLLLLLL half and half no coffee what so ever. The lady even noticed it before I did once & offered to make me a new one bc she knows my order, I never see her anymore I now go to the one on vets and it's been SUCH a change- the same drink that I've ordered for a year consistently tastes and looks SOOOOOOO much different at the vets store, it's perfect every time. It's ALWAYS there when I get there I walk in and walk straight out even if I ordered as I'm leaving my house. I've never had any issues with the app saying items were out when they weren't. Nice staff, spacious, and reliable free wifi. Not freezing cold. Tables are clean; people actually go around and clean their tables unlike other coffee chains. There aren't enough outlets though. The outlets they do have are very loose, and my charger falls out constantly. I think there's a missing opportunity because they have tables and counters that can fit over 30 people but only like 6 outlets. A lot of businesses can use the outlets. Yes, I'm passionate about the lack of outlets. read more

When I placed an order for myself and my cousin the barista that waited on me instead of clearly understanding my order he overtalked me as I was telling him that in my regular grande coffee order to add almond milk which btw he did not do. He was too busy trying be clever instead of paying attention. My iced coffee was too strong for my liking because I requested caramel in addition to the white mocha. Again it was just okay..
