Im not one to barely ever leave a negative review but I came in an ordered a drink, the menu was not specific on what's frozen and what's not. When I realized it was a frozen I quickly stoped the girl before it was even started. She said she had to call her manager to change it even tho I was already paying like 2 dollars more than what it was worth but I didn't want a refund. Then she disappears for a few minutes then comes back and goes to a different room to make my drink. Nice place inside, would not expect it from the store front, but good decor and sound / music. All great, but I can't seem to justify giving three stars for my drink. I ordered Thai milk tea, my usual drink. It was good, but very different than any other Thai tea I had anywhere, very sweet with something I just can't put my finger on. (I've had Thai tea everywhere I go for last 10 years, and never had this taste.) All good except for the boba, I was the last (only one when I was there) customer to get the bottom tapioca it seem and it was hard. More so than anytime I remember in boba drink, and will not pass through the straw. I'm particular about my drink and hard tapioca is not acceptable. I'd rather be told they are out of the tapioca or be told they are hardened and not usable. I probably will not go back because boba drink should be all about quality control. This boba shop just opened recently. The location is far from where I live, but since I was in the area I decided to try it out. I got the tiger brown sugar which was the best brown sugar drink I've had in New Orleans so far. I haven't had the popular one in NY but this was definitely better than other ones I've tried here. The boba was perfectly cooked and was still chewy which is how I like it. My boyfriend got the cocotaro with cheese foam. I don't have anything to compare it to since the flavor is unique but it was pretty good. He does wish the cheese foam was a little more saltier. The only downside was that the price for a 24 oz was almost $6, but the boba is included. The inside was very instagramable worthy. It was cozy and had a large area for people to hang out and relax. The service was great - the owners/workers were really nice and friendly. They gave us extra boba because they were about to close. Overall, I wish the location wasn't so far from me but I would recommend this place. read more

Plenty of seating space indoor and seatings outdoor. Staff was very friendly. The menu has many different flavors that I have not heard of. I decided to try the three layer matcha strawberry. I really enjoyed it. I've had matcha drinks from alot of different establishment, this has a different taste to it, maybe because of the combination of matcha and strawberry which goes really well together. I should have asked them not to make it too sweet. Next time I have to remember to request that. Not sure when I get a chance to come back here since it's located all the way in Kenner, I grab some lychee slushy to share and try it out also. The slushy was good but I still prefer the three layer matcha and strawberry drink better. Next time I come back, I want to try the cocotaro smoothie. read more

New place, so had to check it out. Nice location since there wasn't any bubble tea shops in Kenner. Decor was very nice with welcoming staff. There were a variety of drinks on the menu which all sounded good, but wanted to try what they were marketing. I found it kind of odd that they had to walk between two rooms to make and prepare drinks instead of staying in one area. Although I did go while quarantine was still in effect, so they may just be cleaning ir reorganizing. I did feel like I waited a good bit for my drink to be made, but that didn't bother me too much. I got their signature tiger brown sugar boba which was to me a little on the sweet side and paired with tapioca pearls. The tapioca was not cooked long enough, therefore it was still fairly hard in my drink. Another family member of mines ordered the cocotaro boba, which actually needed a little more flavoring as it just tasted more of sugared tea. I've had many experiences with bubble teas as i've worked in shops preparing drinks, so I know what i'm looking for. I probably won't return to this place anytime soon, but i'll give them the benefit of doubt that they are still trying to figure themselves out. 3 stars mainly for atmosphere, but really.. 2 stars for drinks.. read more

I like that they added a boba spot to Kenner but I'm a little disappointed with it. The boba was too hard in my opinion. One of the drinks we got the lid wasn't properly sealed so it opened and created a mess when you put the straw in. And it took a while after my other two drinks got done to get a blended milk tea with boba. New orders had been made and I was just waiting on that. They've got a bunch on the menu and the strawberry mango smoothie was pretty good. read more

I hate to leave a bad review but this place was just not good...I ordered the Thai milk tea and it was overly sweet and did not taste like Thai milk tea at all. On top of it I was charged 2$ extra for only crystal boba topping per cup, which is pretty steep IMO. My 3 small Thai milk teas with crystal boba came out to be 22$. Just found this place and was excited to try them out. Been there twice at different times of the day. First time on Friday night at 7:30pm, they were out of boba?! I understand perhaps it was close to closing, although they don't close until 9pm. Came back on Sunday at 1:45pm and guess what, they were out of boba again. It would be 25 mins wait. What is wrong with this place? Their main ingredient is boba and they can't keep a supply ready?! We left, not worth coming to a business when their name has Boba and they can't keep up with their supply or too cheap to make extra at hand. Very disappointed.
