Not great customer service. Clean family environment. The quality of the ingredients and syrups are not great. They are very slow.

This place is great! I like to sit here with my girls and watch h a show on our tablet while we enjoy our boba. The seating is great and they run the AC which is nice in S.E. Louisiana. The pricing is very fair. read more

I enjoyed my green tea, strawberry, mango drink. My only complaint is, you can't really stray from the pre-made drink options. But it tasted very good! read more

It was extremely full and only two people were working. when it was finally our turn they said had NO boba and when I asked for a refund said they didn't do refunds. the boba drink has no flavor and taste like water with milk and no boba. this is extremely disappointing please save your money and time. read more

Im not one to barely ever leave a negative review but I came in an ordered a drink, the menu was not specific on what's frozen and what's not. When I realized it was a frozen I quickly stoped the girl before it was even started. She said she had to call her manager to change it even tho I was already paying like 2 dollars more than what it was worth but I didn't want a refund. Then she disappears for a few minutes then comes back and goes to a different room to make my drink. Long story short I would not come here again, 11 dollars for one drink and I couldn't even drink it because I certainly don't trust the way it was made and looked way off. read more

Boba Boba - It doesn't look right - Bubble Tea Near Me - Kenner, Louisiana

We did a mobile pick up here and it was pretty good! Inside was clean and up to date, pickup was easy and order was ready before it said it would be. Employees were attentive and nice when we walked in. The tapioca balls were a little hard though but it was the end of the day read more

I came here 30 minutes before close and Emily (I believe that's as her name) took excellent care of us! Our drinks came out fast and she was so pleasant and sweet. The teas were really great, but I'd be mindful of how much sugar you're looking for because mine was almost too sugary, I didn't finish one. Great place with plenty potential! read more

Boba Boba - Bubble Tea Near Me - Kenner, Louisiana

Nice place inside, would not expect it from the store front, but good decor and sound / music. All great, but I can't seem to justify giving three stars for my drink. I ordered Thai milk tea, my usual drink. It was good, but very different than any other Thai tea I had anywhere, very sweet with something I just can't put my finger on. (I've had Thai tea everywhere I go for last 10 years, and never had this taste.) All good except for the boba, I was the last (only one when I was there) customer to get the bottom tapioca it seem and it was hard. More so than anytime I remember in boba drink, and will not pass through the straw. I'm particular about my drink and hard tapioca is not acceptable. I'd rather be told they are out of the tapioca or be told they are hardened and not usable. I probably will not go back because boba drink should be all about quality control. A good store makes great boba drink every time, and at anytime. I am disappointed with this store. read more

This boba shop just opened recently. The location is far from where I live, but since I was in the area I decided to try it out. I got the tiger brown sugar which was the best brown sugar drink I've had in New Orleans so far. I haven't had the popular one in NY but this was definitely better than other ones I've tried here. The boba was perfectly cooked and was still chewy which is how I like it. My boyfriend got the cocotaro with cheese foam. I don't have anything to compare it to since the flavor is unique but it was pretty good. He does wish the cheese foam was a little more saltier. The only downside was that the price for a 24 oz was almost $6, but the boba is included. The inside was very instagramable worthy. It was cozy and had a large area for people to hang out and relax. The service was great - the owners/workers were really nice and friendly. They gave us extra boba because they were about to close. Overall, I wish the location wasn't so far from me but I would recommend this place. read more

I wanted to like this place so bad. I love matcha and was excited to try this small business. I don't live close but had to drop a friend at the airport and took the opportunity to stop by. I ordered a Matcha with extra Boba. Too sweet. Not mixed well. Not a sealed top. Extremely over cooked boba. Maybe it was just the day I went. To be fair the customer service was good and nice ambience. read more

Went here and I didn't really enjoy the tiger brown sugar boba tea. I was able to finish it but it wasn't that great. It was too sweet for a tea, usually brown sugar teas aren't even crazy sweet like I tried that day. Service was great and quick. Ambiance was cute and peaceful, also tables indoors too. read more

HANDS DOWN THE BEST BUBBLE TEA PLACE IN KENNER!!!!! It has multiple toppings and flavors to choose from.! My favorite is coconut milk tea, the only thing is I just wish the cups were bigger read more

Would I recommend this spot? No I wouldn't. I'm really picky with my bubble tea, but this place is not it for me. The milk teas are plain for my taste. I can get a better drink at another spot for cheaper and more favorable for my self. read more

#YelpLove...#ThankYouThursday...Stop here during my doctor appointment. The decor of the place is so colorful and pretty. Definitely a Instagram picture worthy. Plenty of seating space indoor and seatings outdoor. Staff was very friendly. The menu has many different flavors that I have not heard of. I decided to try the three layer matcha strawberry. I really enjoyed it. I've had matcha drinks from alot of different establishment, this has a different taste to it, maybe because of the combination of matcha and strawberry which goes really well together. I should have asked them not to make it too sweet. Next time I have to remember to request that. Not sure when I get a chance to come back here since it's located all the way in Kenner, I grab some lychee slushy to share and try it out also. The slushy was good but I still prefer the three layer matcha and strawberry drink better. Next time I come back, I want to try the cocotaro smoothie. read more

New place, so had to check it out. Nice location since there wasn't any bubble tea shops in Kenner. Decor was very nice with welcoming staff. There were a variety of drinks on the menu which all sounded good, but wanted to try what they were marketing. I found it kind of odd that they had to walk between two rooms to make and prepare drinks instead of staying in one area. Although I did go while quarantine was still in effect, so they may just be cleaning ir reorganizing. I did feel like I waited a good bit for my drink to be made, but that didn't bother me too much. I got their signature tiger brown sugar boba which was to me a little on the sweet side and paired with tapioca pearls. The tapioca was not cooked long enough, therefore it was still fairly hard in my drink. Another family member of mines ordered the cocotaro boba, which actually needed a little more flavoring as it just tasted more of sugared tea. I've had many experiences with bubble teas as i've worked in shops preparing drinks, so I know what i'm looking for. I probably won't return to this place anytime soon, but i'll give them the benefit of doubt that they are still trying to figure themselves out. 3 stars mainly for atmosphere, but really.. 2 stars for drinks.. read more

I like that they added a boba spot to Kenner but I'm a little disappointed with it. The boba was too hard in my opinion. One of the drinks we got the lid wasn't properly sealed so it opened and created a mess when you put the straw in. And it took a while after my other two drinks got done to get a blended milk tea with boba. New orders had been made and I was just waiting on that. They've got a bunch on the menu and the strawberry mango smoothie was pretty good. read more

Was charged for a drink I didn't order and then was told all sales are final. That's not posted anywhere in the store and the manager was not present in the store. The employee was of no help whatsoever and did not repeat the order back to make sure it was correct. No one should go there unless they want to be charged for things they didn't order. read more

I gave it another try and the smoothies were terrible. Watery and no taste at all. Tapioca was floating on top ‍

Ordered 5 drinks but only received 4 via UberEats. No phone number anywhere to contact business

I hate to leave a bad review but this place was just not good...I ordered the Thai milk tea and it was overly sweet and did not taste like Thai milk tea at all. On top of it I was charged 2$ extra for only crystal boba topping per cup, which is pretty steep IMO. My 3 small Thai milk teas with crystal boba came out to be 22$. I don't mind paying that much if it was good but it wasn't worth it :( read more

You'd have better luck winning the lottery than actually getting tapioca pearls at this place. I've called FOUR times to see if they have boba and they said they did. Drove 20 min there only to be told they were out. This has happened FOUR times. A grand total of 160 min of my life and gas wasted. The employees are always shocked when I say I do not want boba without the actual boba pearls. I'm not spending over $5 on a drink that doesn't even have the main component. Needs better management. Used to be great but I've been disappointed far too many times to come back. read more

Just found this place and was excited to try them out. Been there twice at different times of the day. First time on Friday night at 7:30pm, they were out of boba?! I understand perhaps it was close to closing, although they don't close until 9pm. Came back on Sunday at 1:45pm and guess what, they were out of boba again. It would be 25 mins wait. What is wrong with this place? Their main ingredient is boba and they can't keep a supply ready?! We left, not worth coming to a business when their name has Boba and they can't keep up with their supply or too cheap to make extra at hand. Very disappointed. Will look for other boba places. read more
