Frosty's! is one of our staples when we visit Louisiana, main mission to get here is smoothies, teas, boba! Fresh, amazing, and refreshing is what I describe their drinks here. No powder here and as you take your first sip you'll know it's different for the best. Service is also quick and friendly. Ambiance is great and simple! The OG of bubble tea. Good to see Frosty's here for over 2 decades now and is still thriving. What really sets them apart from other bubble tea shops are the types of slushies/smoothies they make and the food they provide. You really can't go wrong with anything you order from there because it is made to order. The service is top tier and swift. They keep a clean atmosphere always wiping after dining customers. Okay so can we say small place with big flavor, uh yeah for sure. This tiny little spot kicks out some of the best vermacilli bowls I have had yet. I particularly like the beef which is tender and marinated well, plus I don't care for beef so just imagine how good it is. They also offer a great tea selection and the boboa is your into that. read more

This is my favorite Boba place! My favorite is Mango Kiwi with Lychee jelly or Lychee with Mango. I can't find a place like this near my home so when I'm on the Westbank I stop here for my boba fix. read more

Pros: Frosty's has juicy, thicc, hormonal wings that I'm not mad at. I get them with the fries. The wings are so good that I haven't gotten around to ordering any other food. Their bubble teas never miss. They also have milk tea if you're into that. Cons: They're so popular for takeout that, at times, it's tough to reach them over the phone. It's giving radio sweepstakes vibes where it's busy and you have to hang up and keep trying, hoping you're the #9 caller. This is obviously unfortunate when you're trying to save time and can't leave to order your takeout. None of the online menus that you find when you Google search are up-to-date. I would recommend adding on at least couple of dollars to the total you've estimated. read more

Frosty's truly is one of my favorite places to eat on the westbank. The place is always clean. Staff is friendly, and food is always fresh and tasty. Everything is made to order to if you're ordering food, you will have a short wait. But they are super quick with their bubble teas and smoothies. There is ample seating, but the vibe is def more of a grab and go type of situation. My go to order right now is the grilled chicken wrap - spinach wrap, minus tomatoes, add red onion, green bell peppers, parmesan cheese with very light Caesar dressing. Swap the fries for fresh fruit. With a peach passion fruit jasmine green tea and popping lychee bubbles, and I'm always happy with my order. This place is a westbank gem FOR SURE! read more

Food is awesome! So flavorful and never missed a beat. I like the vermicelli bowls, it's a nice light lunch with fresh flavors! Their vietnamese coffee is a must, and is sooo strong for the days you need a pick-me-up. Their smoothies have fresh fruit put in them which is hard to come by nowadays! The guy who picked the phone up today seemed like he was in a bad mood but i can look past it this once since the food and smoothie is hitting! Excellent establishment, the food is on point and the boba teas/smoothies are a must have. It's tooled away in a nice plaza, and the experience from beginning to end is very organic. I found Frosty's years ago but since moving back home I'm so happy to see they're still open. They're open but due to COVID-19 precautions, you must wear a mask when entno more than 5 people are allowed inside at one time and it's pickup only (although you can order inside and wait). I've actually never had a meal there but I go back time and time again for their boba slushees and smoothies. They have a variety of flavors you can mix and match, which I love compared to other stores that have a pre-set boba menu. I always get a blueberry lychee slushy with tapioca. Their menus are displayed on HD TV screens so you have no issue finding what you need. Frosty's is the best place for boba on the westbank! EDIT: Now selling face masks here too! read more

We came in during a non-busy time and there was plenty of tables and parking. I am from out of town and it was highly recommended by many of my friends and it did not disappoint. We enjoyed what we got and it was very refreshing. Everything was made fresh, with real fruit, and to order. I got the durian smoothie with tapioca, it was absolutely delicious! The tapioca bubbles were fresh and chewy. I tried the mango tea and it was so good. I recommend this place for a hot day, for groups, families, kids, friends, and casual dates. I come here frequently with my sis and they never disappoint. She ALWAYS gets the pomegranate jasmine tea and today I tried the lychee jasmine tea w lychee. Both are really good! I had the com thit nuong cha gio and she had the shrimp fried rice (without shrimp). 10/10 for both. Their service is quick and they are nice. Anything I asked for they did it. The inside isn't too big but they have about 3-4 tables. Most people order to-go. Definitely recommend coming here! (Not pictured but their wings are DELICIOUS) read more

Yesterday I bought a taro smoothie with tapioca and it was grainer than a pre workout drink. It was very un appetizing and don't recommend. 2 of the same order were made fairly fast but the grainy boba threw me off completely. read more

1. The milk tea drink is nothing spectacular, just sugar. This would be good for kids and teenagers. 2. The vermicelli noodle dish was below average. They are skimpy with the shredded carrots. They use low quality ice berg lettuce and was skimpy as well. This dish was basically a noodle fest rather than anything else. The eggroll was good though but have to pay extra. 3. The customer service needs improvement, very blunt and direct while not actually listening to your order. You'll find yourself repeating details. I have better vietnamese food, and this falls below the standard that I am used to. I grew up in a vietnamese community and I think this business would not survive in my community. However, if this is the best to offer in new orleans, I guess that would do. I would recommend trying other vietamese restaurants right down the road. read more

I don't come here often but I have been many times over the years especially since it was down the street from my old house. They are consistently good. My go-to is their mango jasmine green tea with lychee jelly. It's not too sweet and is so refreshing on a hot day. I also like their wraps for lunch which come with a large portion and are really filling. My husband enjoys some of their Vietnamese dishes. Whenever my cousin from out of town visits, he raves about their avocado smoothie and always makes me stop here for his craving. Overall, it's a great local place to grab a quick bite and something refreshing to drink. read more

Frosty's Caffe is always my go-to for all my bubble tea cravings! The workers are very welcoming and always have great recommendations for different smoothie/tea combinations. I appreciate that they always use fresh fruits and boba in their smoothies, unlike other bubble tea places. My current favorite is the blended Thai tea with pudding and boba. I also love that they serve food here - some of my favorites are the crispy chicken caesar wrap with fries and the mango avocado salad! Would definitely recommend for lunch and dinner. Gasp! I can't believe I never left a review of this place and I have been coming here for years! This place is a nice mom and pop Boba and deli shop. They have a variety of food and I must say I have to be disappointed. I have come here so much they already know what I want - medium thai tea boba slush with Amaretto and extra boba. Let's not forget the eye candy that behind the counter‍ when he's there. Besides all that .. this is a great place to get your boba fix, or fruit smoothie, deli sandwiches, egg rolls, chicken tenders and sit down to enjoy your meal.
