Used the aioli as a base, layered the eggs, bacon, and ham... and I feel like that's exactly what it was meant for. Solid, simple, and filling. I've tried a few other things too like the bánh mì and donuts. The bánh mì was good, donuts were okay... not my go-to for that. But that frozen cocktail? Listen... it was TOO good. Took it to a festival with me and between that drink and that sun, I slept the whole festival away lol. Overall, I'll definitely be back. I still want to try more from the kitchen--especially that chicken everybody keeps talking about. This is a great spot for early weekend brunch, late evening studying, or weekday coffee runs. The large king cakes come in a large rectangle with dark golden brown dough and lots of very fine gold, purple, green sugar on top....looks more impressive than 95% of the other king cakes which can be slathered with too much white icing, use coarse sugar, or have dough on the yellow side instead of golden brown. We also got almond croissant which was delicious, especially after a bit of time in the toaster oven. The chocolate croissant is unique for its layer of chocolate glaze on top.
