She wanted a pink and blue snowball which ended up being blue raspberry and a pink flavor that I forgot. lol I chose the coco lime that included lime, coconut milk, condensed milk and a lime wedge. I think she mentioned something else but I don't remember the extra either. What I do remember is it was really good. My go to snowball anywhere is usually green apple but I'm glad I tried this one. I'd get it again. I noticed something about most of the snowball places around...they all use the snow wizard ice machine. But the crazy thing is, all of their ice isn't the same. This place figured ice out!! SO SOFT! Only downside and it's not their fault, it's in a rather busy strip so if you can't find parking out front...Beware McDonald's parking across the street. They tow as if they need all those parking spaces...I don't think I've ever seen a full McDonald's parking lot in life. Lol Anyway, 10/10 and cool points for entertaining my little chatterbox baby. Rating: 9.5/10 I'm so glad Metairie has a great drink spot. My 2 times here have been so great! From the cute aesthetic to the amazing owner and staff, this place deserves wayyyy more hype. I love matcha and I've found a lot of places' matcha are too thin or not flavored enough. The matchas I've had at Nectar+Ice (banana bread & baklava) are so creamy and delicious! They also have snoballs, lattes and affogato so everyone can enjoy them. The owner was very helpful and also let me sample the weekly soft serve special which was also yummy. The only reason it's not a perfect 10 is the small space (can get a bit crowded during a rush) and its hours are only from Wed-Sat. read more

Delicious!! I got the key lime pie soft serve - the current boujee soft serve. So delightful. And vegan and gluten free. Yes, even the cookie crumbles on it. The key lime soft serve was drizzled with a lime sauce and the cookie crumbles - that were also on the bottom making it even better. I also got a golden milk. Perfectly made. They made it with oat milk - my fav. Other milk options are available. Staff was very helpful. Nice atmosphere including outside seating. I made it here from an Instagram post shared by one of my friends. The featured soft serve flavor of the week was mango sticky rice, and I knew I was going to go get it! I ordered at the counter as soon as I walked in, as there was no wait. The interior is a bit small, but there is hightop seating against the wall. My order was ready quickly and I decided to enjoy it right there on the spot since there were several stools available. The mango sticky rice was amazing! I found this place through socials. All the reels I saw looked at are sooo good! I came here on a Friday around noon and had a little trouble finding it. It is attached to several businesses inside one big building, next to a gas station. It had cute exterior front door way, but it needs a bigger sign for a first timer. It is small inside, not a lot of seating, so you know you are mainly getting your yum yums to go. I walk in and - I assume - the owner greeted me with a big smile and asked if I had been there before. When I told her I had not, she gleefully explained the unqiue offerings her business has. This place has both bougie coffee and they sell bougie snoballs. They have so many options for coffee and snoballs, I love it! You can add condensed milk to your coffee, there are so many flavors including nectar and Dubai lattes, and don't get me started on the affogato options. You pick you ice cream; you pick your topping and drizzle (which can include condensed milk, mind you), and then you choose your pour - it does not have to be coffee - it can hot chocolate!! ohh! Such a neat concept and I only know of 3 places that do affogato. Drip Affogato Bar and Creole Creamery. I will say I used to think of this place as primarily a snowball shop and I don't eat snowballs often but once I heard they have a winter menu I had to run come and try it. First of all the owner is so so sweet and accommodating. She took what could have been a regular coffee run to such a pleasant and positive experience. Highly recommend for those wanting a good snowball! So if anything, I really really like it here. They have vegan soft serve. It's a new flavor each week. Flavors I've had are dulce de leche, cookies n cream, chocolate chip, and strawberry coconut. The soft serves are always very rich, smooth, and creamy. Overall a decadent dessert that is also cooling and vegan (aka no need for lactose pills). I've also had their moon milk which is a really unique spiced drink. This one is definitely if you aren't familiar with cardamom or spice in your drinks (pumpkin spice lattes doesn't count) then tread carefully and be very open. I've also had a snowball or 2.
