    Purple Potato Bubble Milk
    Julia V.

Ordered delivery from this new bubble tea shop and I was pleasantly surprised to see their long list of Korean items like the cheesy powder chicken and the Korean hot dogs. The purple potato bubble tea with extra cheese foam was especially delicious and aromatic with the perfect level of sweetness (50%). I also loved how juicy and tender their boneless fried chicken thighs were. A low point would probably be the hot Cheeto 핫도그 (hot dog)--the initial spice flavor of the Cheeto dust was nowhere to be found and the entire coating tasted quite bland. Other than that, I would definitely visit this place in person to try more of their fried chicken flavors, along with their long list of bubble tea options.

Nice to have a milk tea spot in Chalmette. The Taiwanese popcorn chicken was pretty tasty and was seasoned well. I also ordered the Takoyaki and thought it tasted better than some restaurants in nola. I tried the Green milk tea and it wasn't too bad. I probably wouldn't go out of my way to come here but if I'm in the area, I'd def stop by for a quick snack and drink. The service was pretty quick and staff was really friendly. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The inside was a simple cute vibe.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Come check it out if you live in the Chalmette area.

    Milk Tea and macaroons

Discovered this place while searching for something different in Chalmette and I was impressed. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The decor was super cute, fresh and made for selfies.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We were greeted with an amazing Playlist and were given the option to order at the kiosk or with the young lady behind the counter. The first time I had with garlic honey wings and was overly impressed: nice big wings with a perfect crisp and deliciously seasoned fries. The second time I tried the chicken sandwich. It was delicious but I had more bread than meat. This was my first time trying the milk tea and it was absolutely mind-blowing: refreshing and satisfying. This is definitely going to be my go to spot.

Took my youngest on a "Mommy-Daughter" date to cheer her up since dropping her sister off at college she's been down and she's such a Boba girl so I found this lil gem on Yelp. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's a lot smaller than the previous pictures lead me to believe but still very cute![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Let me tell you this was the perfect pick me up for my baby she was in heaven.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] She got the Oreo one, I got the watermelon one (we both wish we would've chosen the extra sugar option. I had to go back and get the colorful fruit black tea with extra sugar and it was perfect. Tip: if you want it COLD get the extra ice option too. Without it it's just blah and room temperature. She of course loved the hot Cheeto mozzarella stick, the wings while skimpy with the sauce were PERFECTLY cooked and tasty. It would help if they separated and labeled what flavor was what instead of just dumping them in a box (since I had these two before at other place I could tell the difference) we got half Soy Garlic and the other half Honey Garlic. The Ramen we had was also a lil bland. It wasn't really missing flavor more so needed a lil more salt and spice but it wasn't bad. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The claw machine was a fun touch she eventually got something on the 3rd try lol that machine is a tad bit rigged[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] (as most of them are; you know you get something but when the claw hits the top of the machine it drops it because of that "bang") coins are available for purchase at the counter. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They also have board games and uno available which was fun to do while we waited on her dad to pick us up.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They also need to give the option on the kiosk to select your order is for dine in (we had to put our ramen together) that's why the pic isn't that cute. But overall we had a great little time and will definitely return.

Very Mid-Tier Ramen. I ordered chicken and this definitely is pork. Nice look on the inside tho!

Food: Everything we tried was good as fuck. If you're into Asian snacks and street-food style bites, this place is definitely worth checking out. The food came out fresh, packed with flavor, and had us reaching for the next bite before we finished the first one. Simple food done right. Service: The staff was friendly and welcoming. Orders came out quickly and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Ambiance: It's a small joint, but that's part of the appeal. Casual, laid-back, and focused on the food. Nothing fancy, just a cool spot to grab something different and enjoy it. Overall: Yum Tra is a hidden gem in Harvey. Great flavors, fresh food, and a menu full of Asian snacks that keep you coming back for more. Small spot, big taste. I'll definitely be back.

Anyways for Easter she asked everyone what they liked my brother specifically told her cars , and she got him Psoriasis shampoo as a GIFT ?????? while others got art set , makeup , etc. told him she got him the shampoo to take off for 2 weeks until he gets his condition under control. Mind you he sees a doctor on his own as he gets treated for this . She claims she got him this because it was a "health hazard" rather than asking him to get a hairnet or at least providing it for them. It wasn't a health hazard when she first hired him so why after 2 months of him working she decides to tell my brother to take off. She also proceeded to tell another employee "it was a health hazard and it could be getting into toppings and drinks so she told him to go home till it gets fixed if she sees improvement he can comeback if not, she have to keep trying???? with him. she said she swept it up and showed my brother, and she called his condition "snowflakes". Psoriasis is not contagious and poses no direct health hazard to coworkers in a workplace. On top of that disgusting idea of a gift she asked another employee in front of my brother if he was slow. Was also told the other employees are allowed to take small breaks when the room is empty meanwhile she always gives my brother more tasks than others. She also sends them home for small stupid reasons one of them being her messing up a drink and blaming it on them and when told to look back at the cameras she throws a tantrum and sends them home mid shift. She also texted him i'm a vicitm in this situation apology which I will have attatched. This is cross posted everywhere and will reach many people as I can reach.

There's no indoor seating because it's a tiny cute little shop, but they do have tables and chairs outside if you want to hang out. They have all kinds of fruit, milk, and boba teas. I got to try the strawberry fruit tea ($6), and I added some lychee popping pearls to it (For only $0.75 extra, it's SO worth it). It was not overly sweet, delicious, and perfectly refreshing! Just what I needed since it was hot out! I'll have to try their milk teas sometime I got to try their grilled cheese ($6). It was made with colby jack cheese on a bun. (At least, I think, I'm no cheese expert) The bun was good, but the cheese wasn't my favorite. In my opinion, this would be so much better if they used a sharper cheese, but to each their own. I did add imitation crab (+$1) to the grilled cheese, which helped boost the flavor a bit, but I really thought they could have use sauce or seasonings. You may enjoy their grilled cheese though if you're a purist! I also tried their sushi dog ($6). The hot dog was good quality, all beef. This had plenty of sauces and flavor, and much more up-my-alley! It is only half a sausage though, you don't get a whole dog, which was my only complaint. One thing to note: It's completely cashless, so you should definitely bring small bills for tips because you can't break a $20 there! Overall, I would try their other menu items, but I'd skip the grilled cheese. Their drinks seem to be yummy too!

Tasted so artificial and super sweet. It's supposed to be a mango, pineapple and banana combo but not a single real piece of fruit was used. It was just syrup, what looked like jelly, and powders with milk and ice. So gross. Look at the pictures, all of the syrup settled at the bottle. It's half the drink. Never again. And being next to one of the best international markets in Greater New Orleans? Yeah... it's a whole experience. I started coming here about 7 years ago, and my go-to back then was the Vietnamese coffee with boba jelly. Fell in love instantly. Then one day I wanted to switch it up, and the owner--who I've seen consistently since day one--put me on to honeydew with watermelon and condensed milk. BABY... that became my order for a whole year. So this visit, I came in on the same type of timing, wanting something new. And just like that, she recommended strawberry with coconut. Let me tell you... she knows BALL. The flavor is creamy, smooth, and gives strawberry Blue Bell ice cream vibes in the best way. Their boba is always consistent. Texture on point, flavors on point. Never a miss. They also have bánh mì--basically a Vietnamese po-boy--and I'm almost certain the bread is from Dong Phuong. If you know, you know. I usually get the roasted sweet pork with extra pâté because that pâté? Chef's kiss every single time. Random memory but I remember catching them at NOLA Night Market years ago and that lemongrass chicken had my husband hooked. I'm still waiting on that comeback! They went fully takeout after COVID and are on DoorDash, but I noticed the boba teas aren't listed. Honestly, I get it... they don't hold up the same sitting around. Staff is always kind, service is smooth, and the quality never slipped in all these years. This is a no-brainer for me. I'll always come back--and I'm always trying something new. I always recommend the Banana with Matcha
