Unsafe drive thru. Once you're in it. You're stuck. Ridiculous wait time on a Sunday afternoon. Arrived and was the 5th car. It took over an hour to get to the ordering/pickup window and get my drink. The inside kept filling up with people. I'm convinced that they only attended to those inside first. Anxiety inducing for sure. I'm glad they are popular I guess but I do miss it before they had their grand opening and had been open for nearly a year. If people are holding up the line waiting for food, have them drive around and park. Especially when yall don't have fast food type of food. So why have it available at a fast food window. At least do like real fast food places and have multiple windows and exit points still!!! It's unsafe and I will never return. Drinks taste good but not worth the headache nor wait. Can't even imagine how horrible it'll get when it's actually warm outside. -additional note. Them giving you the machine to tap to pay also traps you here. So even if you want to take a loss on money if it's taking too long, you can't drive off. RESPONSE TO THEIR RESPONSE : we called after being stuck in line for 45 minutes and they did not ask anyone to circle around because we suggested it and was told the reason it was taking long was because of food. And yall have been open longer than this grand opening event. Do not try to insult my intelligence. Food should be changed to order inside only if that is the case. It should not take over an hour in line for a drink. And if there's staffing issues , take something off the menu or change how you run service ( close inside or drive thru) to take some stress off the limited staff that you have.

Tried the new popcorn chicken at Yum Tra's grand opening weekend, and I was slightly disappointed to say the least. I got the Gochujang and honey soy garlic popcorn chicken. Overall, I think the popcorn chicken was just okay- Light batter with little crunch, both flavors seemed very very similar (Gochujang was a tad spicier), and they were VERY salty. I was very parched after eating only half the box and needed water. In contrast, I liked the creativity with the street food and many different flavors! I believe they are one of the first WB boba places with street food like this. Service was good- the store was quite busy during a midday Sunday shift but I didn't wait too long for my food to come out. There is also a nice waiting area opening for those who wait to sit and enjoy. (After effects, gave me a terrible stomachache and feels heavy in my throat/ stomach)

Newly reopened Yum Tra providing street food now offering a wide variety of different eats. Definitely came to try out the new foods they had to offer. The garlic shrimp noodles came out hot and fresh. The garlic butter chicken was a bit on the soggy side, assuming it was caused from the butter, but had decent flavor. The mochi coins have a nice crisp to them with a hint of sweetness. With that being said, I think I prefer the coins with the sweet fillings rather than the savory. I'm giving 4 stars because of the LONG wait you have to wait for drinks as there are only 2 baristas taking orders and making drinks. Kudos to them holding it down though! However, I can see they would be super stressed if there was a large crowd. Also newly renovated restaurant providing more seating and claw machines. 10 stars for the two baristas, but 4 stars for the store because they need help in the front.

Absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced. The owner was rude and aggressive, publicly berating an employee in front of customers by telling them to "be more firm with customers." I've visited many times, and there's always new staff clearly, employees aren't treated with respect. A business cannot survive this way. Orders are mishandled, staff are humiliated, and customers suffer. The way you yelled at your employee in front of everyone was unprofessional and uncomfortable. Those conversations should be handled privately, not in front of customers. I will never return to this location.

White chocolate coffee frappe with crème brûlée topping 5/5

Gotta love endless options!! They have the biggest coffee selections for a boba place I have seen. I believe this place is owned and run by Vietnamese people. I recognize my people coffee, because the coffee is super strong. Every time I am in the area, I always try to get something new from this place. I am loving a good coffee frappe for the summer months. My favorite combo so far is the white chocolate coffee frappe with the crème brûlée topping. Just enough coffee without getting me wired with the sweetness from the crème brûlée. Now, if you want a stronger coffee, try out the Dalgona series. It is soo delicious that I sucked down half of the drink and forgot to blink for hours. There is a long table inside for larger group to come after lunch or dinner for a nice drink, as well as some small tables for smaller parties. I haven't study at this place yet but the music is a bit loud for me, in my personal opinion. Unlike most boba tea places, it has a drive thru!! It is super easy to grab your favorite tea or coffee before work or errands.

My green milk tea with tapioca was okay. Wasn't on the sweeter end if you like sweet drinks. The food was really good. The shrimp pasta & the Tokyo potatoes was amazing. Ate the shrimp pasta before I could take a picture, but I have a pic of the potatoes which tasted amazing.

I like it, I like it a lot, i like again and again. Okay so getting something on the WB that you don't have to travel to the East side is always a plus. The loss is calm, classy, and cool enough to sit and do a lil work, just finish your drink, or get a photo op. Having a consistent tea place has become one of my must haves in a daily routine requirement. The flavors are on point, the fruit in cup is delicious and doesn't give that dirty lil aftertaste. And the teas base does not have a faucet water base at least not that I could catch . Anyway definitely stop by you will not be disappointed, they have something for everyone (sweet, bland, fruity, and milky) just give it a go and get on the tea wagon.

My new fav spot to get milk tea drinks! My go to drink is the Green thai tea. I would say every time I came here, the drink quality has been consistent. Haven't explored their other drinks yet but their menu has a huge selection. I love that they have a drive thru, so very convenient if you're on the go and don't have time to stop inside. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. The inside is modern and not too small. They offer board games and etc to play if you're coming with friends and want a spot to chill at.

Service is always 10/10 They have a drive through which makes me want to go even more as I don't have to get off. I have tried a couple of their different drinks. My go to is a strawberry or mango green tea w strawberry jelly or strawberry popping boba :)

    All time fave drink!

Everytime I go drive thru is quick and easy, employees usually have good recommendations for drinks, so far dirty boba espresso latte and creme brulee boba drink have made it to my faves, my usual go to is a honey black tea or honey green tea latte. Went inside at my last visit and the atmosphere is so friendly, I love how chill and welcoming everyone makes you feel!

Mr. Bubbles -- 5…read more Located right before you walk into Hong Kong Market, this is hands down one of my favorite boba spots in the area. And being next to one of the best international markets in Greater New Orleans? Yeah... it's a whole experience. I started coming here about 7 years ago, and my go-to back then was the Vietnamese coffee with boba jelly. Fell in love instantly. Then one day I wanted to switch it up, and the owner--who I've seen consistently since day one--put me on to honeydew with watermelon and condensed milk. BABY... that became my order for a whole year. So this visit, I came in on the same type of timing, wanting something new. And just like that, she recommended strawberry with coconut. Let me tell you... she knows BALL. The flavor is creamy, smooth, and gives strawberry Blue Bell ice cream vibes in the best way. Their boba is always consistent. Texture on point, flavors on point. Never a miss. They also have bánh mì--basically a Vietnamese po-boy--and I'm almost certain the bread is from Dong Phuong. If you know, you know. I usually get the roasted sweet pork with extra pâté because that pâté? Chef's kiss every single time. Random memory but I remember catching them at NOLA Night Market years ago and that lemongrass chicken had my husband hooked. I'm still waiting on that comeback! They went fully takeout after COVID and are on DoorDash, but I noticed the boba teas aren't listed. Honestly, I get it... they don't hold up the same sitting around. Staff is always kind, service is smooth, and the quality never slipped in all these years. This is a no-brainer for me. I'll always come back--and I'm always trying something new. I always recommend the Banana with Matcha

I've never had one and has a lot of flavors and good textures. It has a little bit of everything. It's got the vegetables, pork if many variety. Including meatballs. Lots cilantro and jalapeño it's a really good sandwich. Overall, I recommend if you haven't tried one might as well try Mr. bubbles. We have about six sandwich options. A lot of drinks even a veggie option with avocado so I don't think you can go wrong. Take a little trip to the taste of Vietnam. Try Mr. bubbles you'll be happy you did if not it was a good adventure. The service was fast and friendly, and the ambience was your typical sandwich shop with a little bit of Asian flair. Don't forget to stop by Hong Kong market while you're there it's an adventure in its own.

We were across the river and I found this spot via Mapquest. It is a small, quaint, hole-in-the-wall type place. Limited selection but everything looked delicious. She even offers a bag of doggie treats! Though Eclair is in the title, they didn't have any available when we went. However, I was easily talked into trying the creme brûlée crepe cake as a substitute for the eclair. We left out of there with half dozen macaroons, a gold encrusted oreo cupcake, the crepe cake slice, and a bag of doggie treats. The macaroons are simply delicious, flavorful and colorful. The oreo cupcake was a hit, and devoured quickly. My son and I split the crepe cake and it was surprisingly light. I wasn't sure what to expect with the multiple layers but was delightfully thrilled with the taste. And true to form, it had the torched sugar crusted topping. Definitely worth returning for more. Aladdin also devoured his doggie treat with gusto. One thing to note, the crepe cakes have to be ordered ahead of time and purchased whole. We were fortunate to have been able to sample a slice. I will definitely be placing an order soon. Overall, a superb find and well worth the trip. I will be returning.
