Absolutely delightful little, unpretentiously located sweets boutique. Hot and cold drinks available, including bottled Perrier. Order at counter, pick up at counter. Went looking for ice cream and found something better. Food/dessert menu seems to rotate. Customers inside were mostly two to a table, and atmosphere was quiet and welcoming. We ordered a turkey sandwich, which had to be the best we've ever had, complete with crisp lettuce, lots of hard-boiled eggs, a subtle sweet-ish dressing and tomato. $8 and it was well worth it. Our desserts consisted of a large croissant with sliced strawberries and whipped cream, an elderberry fresh made macaron ($3.50), and an AMAZING huge slice of Mango Chiffon cake ($7.25). (As we were leaving, they had just put out a Mocha Chiffon cake which looked to die for.) Service was quick since nothing had to be cooked and staff was pleasant and thanked us for our tip. Will DEF be back!
Tried the Tiramisu Latte & Mango Sticky Rice Matcha Worth the hype- support local! Everyone was very welcoming
We decided to switch it up today from our usual and ordered the Strawberry matcha latte/ White chocolate latte, which were both delicious! I'm not usually one to be drawn to Strawberry matcha lattes because I'm afraid that it would take away from the Matcha, but I would rate this a 8.5/10! Not too sweet or overpowering. The White chocolate latte was also very delicious! The Almond croissant was also very good when warmed up, but I feel like it was lacking almond filling.
My go to study spot!!! I'm literally there everyday it's like I work there LOL! Their matcha is sooo good, definitely the best matcha in NOLA. Their earl grey is so delicious that it gets sold out most of the time (10/10 recommend). It's very spacious and study friendly (minimal outlets tho). The workers there are always so nice and began to memorize my order just by seeing me. Everything is reasonable priced and budget friendly. They even make cakes of all flavors with tons of designs. If you want to try matcha for the first time I definitely recommend this place!
A hidden gem in the middle of a busy area! Their lattes are so good and I loved the banana pudding. It was a nice quiet area away from the noisy street. Took my sisters and niece there and we had a good time. Definitely recommend.
Le cafe eblouir 2112 Belle Chasse Hwy STE 1, Gretna, LA 70056 If you're a fan of strong coffee, that kisses the lip or crunchy pastries that make music to your ears, then hold and behold "Le Cafe Eblouir!" I definitely found this place by coincidence, and I'm glad I did! The Tiramisu latte and the Ham/Cheese crossaint were just O-M-G! I will definitely pass by this hidden gem again next time! #Tonylameats #lecafeblouir #gretnala #cafe #pastry #coffeeshop
They make a great matcha. I got their hot matcha latte with oat milk and no sweetener it was really good, not grainy and great flavor 7.5/10. I got a almond croissant as well it was okay not enough almond cream in the middle and overall too dry and I got it warm for optimum flavor but it wasn't hitting like I needed it to 6/10. The service was good, I sat down in the cafe to enjoy everything and read and really enjoyed the ambiance of the cafe. And they have specialty drinks they look like they change up. Look for the menu on the wall right of the cashier. I missed it the first time but definitely going back to try a pumpkin chia or something.
The bingsu was soooooo fluffy yet flavorful. It's such a fun mouth texture. I want to get all the flavors
My favorite cafe in the westbank. I love getting the tiramisu latte and iced matcha latte. The matcha here has to be one of the best. The service is always amazing when I come in. My family and I always order the cakes from here- specifically the strawberry chiffon cake. If you don't like overly sweet desserts, this is the perfect spot. It's the perfect amount of sweetness and fresh fruits.
Here's a pic of the ago toast. Three months later and I still love this place. Yum!!!
It's been a while since I came back to Le Cafe Eblouir, so I decided to stop by on a Monday morning before work. After coming back, my experience was the same as last time... really great! The service was fast and friendly. The inside still has a chill aesthetic to it like before. I got a large Iced Tiramisu Latte (with tax = $8.51). The tiramisu foam the shop makes is made from scratch so it's all fresh! The coffee tasted really good, but the caffeine definitely hits you instantly since it's a cold brew mixed with that tiramisu foam. Overall, still a recommended coffee place in the West Bank area! read more
I got a tiramisu latte. It was very sweet and quite filling but good. The service was super friendly. They had a lot of good looking pastries. We ended up getting 2 macaroons. My fiancé got the King Cake one and I got a biscoff one. Both great! read more

Great coffee shop on the wank, very nice staff and pretty good music too! They were playing my Grammy nominated friend Adrianne Linker when I sat down so they won me over pretty quick! Will be back to try the curry puff pastry for sure! read more

Such a cute coffee shop!!! Definitely worth going here to enjoy amazing drinks and patisserie while also supporting a local woman- and asian-owned cafe! You can't go wrong with any of their coffee/tea. I have tried the tiramisu latte, lavender latte, and chai latte. All of them them were to my liking. I loveeee all of their baked goods. They are all so well made. I especially like the chiffon cakes are not too sweet and filled with fluffy cream. They come in a wide variety of flavors that are rotated through day by day. I can't wait to come back and try them all! read more

One million percent YES!!! I was greatly anticipating this experience due to reviews and they didn't let me down! I purchased the mini strawberries and creme stuff almond croissant, the bad choco chocolate covered chocolate croissant, the avocado toast, and the mango bingsu. I know, it was a lot but I was so eager to try it! The strawberries and creme was light, fresh, ripe, and perfectly balance on a lightly flaky, perfectly textured slightly sweet almond croissant. The bad choco was actually the best chocolate croissant I've ever had! The croissant was flaky, layered, buttery, and heavenly. The chocolate on top I expected to be a harder more fake chocolate texture but it was not, I was amazed that it's a creamy, thick layer of real chocolate with a coco powder dusting. The chocolate on the inside was a slightly crunchy texture and really came together to make this a next level experience. I also have to add that I LOVE chocolate croissants and have eaten them around the world to include Paris, Germany, Japan, and across the US but I don't buy them anytime I see them anymore because out of all those places, they usually always taste pretty close with no standouts. I found my stand out and will come back here again and again for these. The avocado toast was more filling than I expected being only one slice of toast. The toast is perfectly toasted, fresh and flavorful avocado, balsamic drizzle, fresh tomatoes, sliced egg (extra$), and everything bagel seasoning. It was sooo good! The bingsu was so fun to eat and delicious! I love the light airy shaved ice, the fresh flavor of mango, and the light milky bottom. I got the chewy mochi which added another fun texture. I would love to try strawberry next. Before leaving I ended up getting a salted caramel macaron and fruit tart to go, both were amazing!!!The setting is really clean and cozy with soothing music and the staff was delightful! I included pictures of their current menu and offerings since yelp is lacking that. Please come try this place, they will impress you! I drove from downtown and it only took 15 min and was more than worth it! I'm read more

We came on Sunday not realizing they close at 3pm. So we decided to come on our next day off together. I got: *Tiramisu Latte *Strawberry & Cream Croissant Thien got: *Hot Latte with Almond Milk *Mocha Chiffon Cake Everything was delicious. I've never had Tiramisu Latte before so I wanted to try something different. It's good, a little on the sweet side because I've gotten used to drinking more bitter coffees. Strawberry & Cream Croissant is one of my favorite things so I ate that all up. Thien's Mocha Chiffon Cake was nice and light. He finished it all up, which I'm quite surprised. He never finishes up dessert, especially cake like that. Surprisingly, I didn't get bingsu today. Definitely next time. 10/10 would recommend. read more

It's a small little spot, hidden next to a grocery store, but this place can pack a punch! This women/locally owned bakery/cafe is bringing some delicious baked pastries and some fresh coffee to New Orleans, let alone the Westbank!! In our eyes, the biggest impact is the introduction of BingSu! It's a Korean shaved ice, with flavors to pick from. We ordered the Mango Bingsu and the Tiramisu! Both of them were able to hit the spot, perfect for a refreshing treat that's not too sweet! @phidingthefam read more

Oh my God! This tiramisu latte is off the charts! So delicious. I had a great experience today as a first time customer. The young ladies working were very nice and helped with recommendations of 4 different treats to take home. The items in the display cases looked great. What a nice cafe to have so close to the Navy base! read more

I love this little bakery! The location is a little hidden in a shopping strip but I love how close it is to my house. The inside is small and cute and I've always had good customer service. Their iced Earl Grey latte with almond milk is my absolute favorite! Their iced matcha is also delicious and SO much better than the matcha drinks sold at Starbucks. As for dessert, I've had their creme brûlée, tiramisu and chiffon cakes. 100% recommend all of these but I'm partial to the Earl Grey chiffon cake. I recently ordered this for a birthday dinner and it was a huge hit. The smaller 6 inch size serves at least 8 and major bonus points that it's not too sweet! I've become a regular. read more

I came here specifically for the mango bingsu but they were out of it so I opted for the matcha bingsu and earl grey mochi instead. Although the matcha shaved ice was very tasty and not too sweet, the sesame seed coated mochi bites that came with it were way too hard and chewy than any mochi I've ever had in other parts of the U.S. Not good for those wearing dentures, dental crowns, or braces. Beware that the earl grey mochi is actually a mochi ice cream which you can just get from a specialty supermarket at a more affordable price (bulk pricing). read more
