I really like this place. I've been more than a handful of times to work. It's usually pretty quiet and if a little too loud, I just go outside. I am more of a tea drinker than coffee so it's a good fit. The tea selection is good & I always try something different. I haven't had one I didn't like yet. The coffee is good too when I'm in that mood. All of the food is really good. I love a good sandwich and they have them. The service has always been good. There's a small parking lot and I've never not found a spot:

I came here once to try a latte. I walked in and saw the menu full of so many fun flavors. I asked for the mint chocolate and the lady behind the counter said they don't have that flavor. I then asked about the swiss chocolate, and she said they have mocha. I said what about white chocolate? And she said they didn't have that either. I told her maybe they needed to update their menu and I just ordered the boring mocha coffee. They had a nice clean space, bathrooms were clean, plenty of parking, and nice little courtyard. But I probably wont make a special trip to come back.

Royal Blend is a great local coffee shop in Old Metairie! Their Iced Coffees are delicious, and they have dairy-free milk options. I also tried their Bran Muffin which was delicious! I need to go back soon for lunch since they have a pretty expansive food menu for a coffee shop!

Was in need of some coffee and decided to run in for a quick coffee to go. Royal Blend definitely has plenty of food and drink options for you to enjoy. Sadly the coffee fell a little flat for me. Tad chaotic at the counter with the service and mannerisms, but I'll definitely come back and hope to update my review to a higher rating! TRB is within a really nice shopping plaza and I'll definitely have my coffee "for here" instead of "to go".

GREAT breakfast!! Amazing biscuits with gravy! Cheesy grits are sublime! I could go on forever about the pastries at this place!!

Food is always good and the atmosphere is welcoming. The employees are gracious. The business is clean and always crowded.

Would not recommend or return. Service, food, ambiance, everything is mediocre. Basic simple food I could have just made at home.

I love me some Juniors. This place is underrated and not talked about much and I feel it should be!…read moreThey have fun specialty drinks during holidays, like their frozen martini espresso. They also have fantastic brunches on Sunday, and they have balcony dining as well! Did you see that? Beautiful balcony dining! The drinks are reasonable too! I got a French75 for $11! They offer bottomless mimosas too. They have to die for brussel sprouts that I order EVERY SINGLE TIME I go, which has been about 3 times in the last 6 months. Whatever the sauce is, is addictive! I love their fried chicken sandwich and their pancakes are on steroids - super girthy. Parking is off street. I didn't see an elevator or anything to get up the stairs in case you have someone that can't walk up them. There is a bathroom upstairs and downstairs. I have had really great service every time I have gone, the servers are laid back and friendly people. I really love this restaurant.

The tuna bowl felt super fresh and light, though the portion is definitely small. The crowd was bright and open, nice vibe all around, and the bar impressed with a solid drink selection. I have to say District has stepped up its food and coffee game a lot. I have been frequenting their…read morelocations more and more, especially the Elmwood one. I recently discovered their boozy coffees and that they sell Vietnamese coffee - eff the world condensed milk glory! So, freaking good. During the holidays, they sell egg nog lattes which are creamy and so delicious. But if you want the boozy one, go with the District Lebowski. Jaw drop, so good! I still think the donuts themselves need more work - I wish they would taste sugary like the ones in Lafayette called Meches. The toppings are exquisite and those hot honey fried chicken sliders are the best! The staff are very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I kind of wish those boozy coffees were at the other locations, but other than that, keep doing what you are doing!

District meets the suburbs…read more I've been to the locations on Magazine and Harrison several times but 1st time I have been to this one. This one feels like a chain restaurant (which it now is) and has no real personality being pinned in between a bike shop and a Jersey Mike's inside of strip mall. The kolaches at District are really good. They have a variety of flavors, I usually get a smoked sausage, cheese and jalapeno which is tasty but this time I got a brisket boudin and cream cheese kolache in a collaboration with Gonzo's. This was phenomenal. I also got a regular glazed donut. This was not that good. It's too dense and too thick. I like my glazed donuts to be light and airy; I want it to almost melt in my mouth. All of District's donuts are thick. Most of them are good especially the banana pudding donut. The issue is these aren't really donuts more like cakes or just a dessert. If you are coming to get your order to go this place is fine but if you want to hang out, I prefer the other locations.

The service was nice the first time but the second time we really didn't have a good one. We had a guy that was really nonchalant and didn't pay us any mind. I could go into more detail but no need to bash anyone. But when someone acts like that it makes the food mediocre. But the food was decent my favorite thing I ate was the French Toast it was sweet and moist easily a get it again. The Crab Rangoon dip was elite as well so creamy and full of flavor. The Harrison BLT was a big let down just felt they didn't put any effort into it was kind of just there. A BLT is a very simple dish but has to be made with love and care. The Winser Scramble had a lot of potential but it only had 3 shrimp in there it's hard to forgive that when that's the only protein it has in there. The hangover bowl was pretty nice, literally any dish makes you get over any hangover you have brisket in a dish it's always hearty. Now to the McOutpost, I love the idea of it. I felt if the biscuit was a bit firmer and more flaky it would've been nice. Overall this spot is a pretty cool spot to go catch a vibe and a bite.
