Eggs anyway you like it plus bacon and coffee.
    Eric C.

Yummy eggs anyway you like it plus added bacon. Wide selection of choices plus surprisingly there is a drive thru. Located in a quiet business center. Buy and sit type of eating but I'm sure if you are a regular, you are treated with extra care. Check it out for an area close to the airport.

My first time visiting and it was so cute and quaint for breakfast. It was just what I was looking for after leaving the airport. The atmosphere was busy but not overbearing. I enjoyed the hustle and bustle. The food was on spot! I was hungry and ordered pancakes, eggs, and bacon. The bacon was cold but the eggs made up for it. I enjoyed the powered sugar on the pancakes. The customer service was impeccable. I'll be back to try that veggie omelette soon!

Always a favorite breakfast spot! Friendly staff and delicious food. My family has been going here since I was a kid to their old location. This new location (across the street) is so cute and well kept. Plenty of parking and tables. Even a few outdoor tables for a pretty day!

    Garden Salad add protein

I've always been a fan of Chateau Cafe but I had only ever been to the old location in Kenner that's now closed. I tried this location a few months ago and it was pretty decent. However, I will say I did not like it as much as I enjoyed the old location. My mom ordered the garden salad and added protein. It looked delicious and she said it tasted good as well. The salad portion size was pretty big for take out but it got pricy after adding on a protein. I ordered the chicken club which wasn't exactly what I was imagining when I order clubs at cafes. It was just cut in half but the portion size was definitively bigger than when you order a club at another restaurant like McAlister's. The chicken club was good but I will say the bottom piece of bread got very soggy very quickly. We ordered to-go and it took about 45 minutes in the drive thru. I got a frozen coffee while we waited and that was to die for! I would go back to try something new but I will say it's a little on the pricier side.

They have a large selection of coffee, matcha and desserts available. I went with an Iced Latte and warmed cinnamon roll which was moist and delicious. The latte was good as well. There's a large indoor seating area as well as tables outside. They offered free WiFi if you want to sit and work which a few people were doing. It was a nice experience!

The employees are nice and gave us plenty of time to look at the menu before we ordered. The space is bigger than I expected, with lots of seating areas, tables, and couches. There are also a lot of outlets anf the music is not too loud in my opinion, so I believe it is the perfect study spot. I ordered Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso with oat milk and I am not the biggest fan of it. There was a weird sour after taste to the coffee which I am unsure where it is coming from. I imagine if it was a little sweeter, it may have been more enjoyable. When I sat down to start on some work, I tried to connect to the cafe wifi, having seen the password posted on a sheet of paper near the counter. The wifi gave me and my friend a couple issues when trying to connect. After about 5-10 minutes of errors and no internet signals, we decided to use out hotspots. We were eventually able to use the wifi after maybe 30 minutes, so if you are able to find a connection, it is fine but if you are unable to, it can be frustrating.

The lighthouse-themed décor creates a warm, inviting ambiance that immediately makes you feel at home. It feels like a place designed for people to slow down, connect, and enjoy life's simple pleasures. The real secret behind this restaurant is the love that goes into every item they serve. The crêpes are absolutely outstanding, and I highly recommend trying them. My personal favorite is the Strawberry Lemon Curd crêpe. The combination of sweet strawberries and bright lemon curd is perfectly balanced and incredibly satisfying. Every bite tastes fresh, handcrafted, and made with care. If you're a carrot cake lover, you owe it to yourself to try theirs. In my opinion, it is the best carrot cake in America. It's moist, flavorful, perfectly spiced, and unforgettable. Another thing I appreciate is that everything is cooked to order. Whether you're dining inside or taking advantage of their convenient drive-through, the food always arrives piping hot and fresh. The service is consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. In a world filled with rushed meals and chain restaurants, Crêpes Rendez Vous stands apart by delivering exceptional food, outstanding service, and an atmosphere that feels truly special. If you're looking for a memorable breakfast, brunch, dessert, or simply a place that serves food with heart, this is it. Five stars without hesitation.

My Croque Monsieur was nothing but a ham and cheese melted in a panini press with one slice of chopped ham and very sour tasting Swiss cheese with a couple of unripe tomato slices. My wife's omelet em was overcooked and dried. Our grandsons Nutella crepe was the best thing on the table but nothing special. All that for $60 with drinks and a tip. The only good thing about the trip was that I now know not to go back.

I'm not saying District Donuts did the same for me but I'm also not not saying that. This was only my second time here, but I already knew what I was coming back for: that almighty hot chicken & honey butter biscuit. If you don't know, it's a French toast-style biscuit with a 'hot' fried chicken breast and honey butter. Yeah... it's as crazy as it sounds. And yes it lives up to it. I'll admit--it was a little big-back of me to try to take that down solo, so I shared it.... This time We also tried a salmon kolache (really solid), and I grabbed a ramen kolache to go. Creative menu, that actually works, nothing feels like a gimmick, like it has become at Crumbl Cookies [yea they caught a stray] The space itself is clean, well-designed, and the staff was friendly and extremely helpful. They were even training a new hire while keeping everything moving smoothly, which says a lot. I enjoyed this place so much I ended up buying a shirt and a bag of $20 coffee. I never do that, but I needed to take something with me that I couldn't eat, just to represent some good food and my hometown. Some of the best breakfast-style food in the city, easily. This place earns its 5/5 every time. Also officially added to my "EAT NOLA" playlist.
