Nothing better than a Mochasippi to make an errand run not such a pain in the ... Had my mother-in-law from Mississippi with me on this Sunday and she had never been to a CC's. This was the first CC's I visited after returning to the area after 23 yrs and I love the prompt, friendly service. (Was ECSTATIC they still had the Mochasippi, though I always order it without flavor like it was made all those years ago.) Usually has a line through the drive thru (like today) so I always go inside. Besides, the smell of coffee is intoxicating. Average number of people sitting at tables; a couple of tables could have used a wipe down, but like I said, they weren't just standing around. Ordered small Mochasippi for MIL and a large for myself. Whipped cream? Yes please! Prompt and tasty, as usual. The only thing standing between a 4 star and a 5 star - and this is not a problem unique to this location (I've even contacted their customer care line) - is the rewards program is like an afterthought. I am not consistently asked for my card or if I'm a member; when I registered the one I do have, I don't remember getting the 85 pts, though there's no way on the app I can locate for transaction history; and there's no barcode for the card. (I was told when I first picked up a card I didn't need the physical card once I registered, so I pitched it.) And depending on which CC's I visit (including this one) the cashier may or may not understand to type in the card number if someone doesn't have the physical card; I thought I was also told I could use my phone number, but that hasn't been the case either. So even though I have a balance on my (virtual) card, I paid cash for these drinks and did not get credits for my visit because it was after the cashier had rung the order that I realized I wasn't asked for my program number. (I opted not to make her re-ring the order.) I have to drive out of my way to get to a CC's, and even though Starbucks is just down the road, I don't frequent them; I make the drive when I have a coffee craving. But please - either have a program all in, or don't. read more

Not sure if people know this, but I got a coffee at cc in River Ranch this morning. It was not good BUT I didn't taste it til down the road . So I thought I would run in another CC's and tell them not good can I have another one. By the way if the workers would just make the coffee the same way every time we wouldn't have this problem! So I tell sweet little guy not good can I have another. He says oh sorry ok that will be 6.23 I looked at him and said I not paying for another one I just paid for this and it's NOT GOOD!!! He says oh you have to go back to that store to get another one!!!! I almost lost my S---!!!!!!! I could not believe they would not take back this terrible coffee I just paid for (and still hot) and give me another one! I usually come to this location in the afternoon. I love the staff in the afternoon. That group that works between 1-3..I give them 5 stars. But today I decided to come in the morning. So if you want a cup of diabetes to wake you up, just come here. Look for the older lady with dark hair in a bun. She will try to adjust your order bc she doesn't want to admit that she can't make a cup of coffee. If I wanted something different, I would have ordered something else. But you just wanted to change my order. The new cup that she remade for me, tasted the same. A super grande cup of sweet cream and a teaspoon of espresso. $6 down the drain. read more

I am so excited about the first CC's on the Westbank AND the fact that it's 3 minutes away from my house. They have only been open since Monday, so the staff is still working out the kinks, but I have been here twice and both times my experience was pretty good. The first time I went through the drive through and ordered a large iced coffee. They clearly gave me a medium, but they charged (what I thought) was the medium price so I just took it and went on my way. Like I said, they just opened, so I'm not gonna give anyone a hard time over such a small slip up. Today I went inside and ordered a large iced coffee. This one actually was large and it was the same price as what I had been charged for a medium (just over $2). I'm not sure which was the mistake, but if a large iced coffee really is only $2.50 or so, then I will be back all the time. The space inside the store is nice with plenty of seating and they have a nice selection of pastries, if you are in the mood for something sweet. I am giving 4 stars on convenience alone and the coffee is really good. read more

UPDATE: The service has improved. Thank you!! --------------- First of all: I love CC's. I've been eagerly (and impatiently) waiting for this location to open. Hooray for CC's on the West Bank! The coffee and food are what you'd expect from CC's, so two thumbs up for that. This is clearly a franchised location, which is fine, but I wish it was cozier. The chairs are loud when moved, and it could be more welcoming. BUT they do have four comfy chairs, and the location is a good size. I do like this place better than the one in Harahan. They also have free wifi. My biggest complaint about this location: the immature employees. Though they have just opened, I've had an employee take my order while chewing gum, and I've also heard multiple employees cursing while in uniform and presumably on the clock. This is NOT CC's quality. Even right now, multiple employees are playing videos (loudly) on a phone and laughing (loudly). Everyone should be able to have fun at work, I get it! But there is a difference between work fun and work immaturity. I hope management addresses this soon. read more

This particular C C's is ran very unprofessionally. Drinks are NOT put out in the order they were received. Not one staff member knows how to make froth for a latte. I would suggest you visit a C C's Coffee House in New Orleans to experience the true C C's quality. read more

This is one of the best CC's coffee houses I have ever been to. Every employee has been super polite and enthusiastic. I pretty much only order iced coffee, and it has been consistently incredible every time I have gone there. I craved their version so much one day that I crossed the bridge ONLY to get their coffee. Their pastries are displayed beautifully and the place is spotless. I used the drive thru service when I was feeling too lazy to get out of the car and it was very efficient. Service with a smile! They do accept the CC's gift cards and you get points just like at any other location. If you are a fan of CC's and find yourself on the westbank, give them a visit. The place is brand spanking new. Its clean and bright and shiny. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful, but as a fellow yelp friend pointed out, they are also pretty slow at making your orders. I rarely order a coffee beverage with more than two syllables, but I've been here when others have. I can't be too hard on them because they are new and getting the layout. I'll give them a pass on that for now. I know CC's coffee may or may not be your thing and that's cool. Try anything coffee and see what you like. Personally, I find much of the drink menu too sugary or sweet. The one thing I have to put emphasis on is that you have to try the buttered rum muffin. I only tried one bite of my partner's and I have not been able to stop thinking of it since! it is so good, you have to experience it yourself. read more

Only comparing because its more of a corporate feel as opposed to a small coffee shop, but you can't tell given the quality of the coffee. Got the Mochasippi's for my nieces, which were sweet but not too sweet and surprisingly strong on the coffee but hidden well with the delicious taste. Me and my sister got two Carmel lattes which were superb, she got one with oat milk and an extra shot.. and all this cost only $21. So cheaper and way better than most places, and I been traveling the country for months going to diff coffee spots all over the country. Nice addition (and alternative) for the Gretna area. If you're a person like me, that wants a quality product, but not have to wait 20 minutes in a drive thru, just to get your incorrect order by personnel whose temperament is better suited for fast food restaurants, this place is for you. Each time I have came through the drive thru, my order had been correct, and the personnel were very friendly. Even though the "other" place is closer to my house, I will gladly pass it up and head over to CC's. Keep up the great work!
