I was genuinely surprised when I entered Tsaôcaa New Orleans for the first time! The inside was aesthetically pleasing and very spacious. There are multiple claw machines, books, & board games for customers to enjoy during their stop. They even had multiple booths for you to sit at which is pretty cool to see since I rarely see at boba shops. Orders are taken via kiosks, but the service was still very friendly and nice when you have questions. We got 2 of their special drinks: Brown Sugar Milk Black Tea ($6.65) with additional boba ($0.85), herbal jelly ($0.85), and cheese milk foam ($1.00) = $9.35 total & Lychee Mojito with no toppings ($6.75). The drinks were really good! The brown sugar black tea had a richness to it that I always look for in any brown sugar drinks, so I was quite satisfied. As for the mojito drink, it was more of a sparkling drink so that caught me a bit off guard, but the taste was still refreshing. We also got their 5 piece Boneless Hot & Spicy Fried Chicken & Fries combo ($12.25) with an extra Soy Garlic sauce on the side ($1.00) = $13.25 total. So delicious! They make it hot and fresh right on the spot. The chicken was crispy and the sauces definitely enhanced the flavoring. Overall, Tsaôcaa New Orleans is worth the visit if you're in the area. With Feng Cha, this is one of the best boba shops I've been to in NOLA so far! read more

They have an *extensive* menu. Anything you like from the usual boba place, I guarantee they have it! Lots of interesting combinations and choices. We took a good ten minutes in a booth to study the menu offerings before even ordering. I finally got boring and just ordered Thai tea with coconut milk and boba. It was delicious. I do wish I'd tried something unique, and I will next time; I'll definitely be back. My friend got a pineapple green milk tea, and seemed disappointed at first because she couldn't taste any pineapple. The tag on it said plain green, so I went and asked if they'd heard the pineapple part of her order. Turns out they hadn't, so they made her the right tea, even letting her keep the plain green too, and she said they were both quite good. A+ customer service. The booths are comfy and cozy too. This place is so worth the drive ! I've been here multiple times and it never disappoints. Their tapioca pearls are incredibly fresh (still soft even the next day!), and everything just tastes so rich and satisfying. Honestly, it's a little addictive. My go-to orders are the peach tea and the premium Earl Grey milk tea with amber bubble. Both are amazing every time. My first time trying Tsaôcaa was during a Lunar New Year celebration at my job. There, I was able to try the coconut shrimp and popcorn chicken. This visit was my first time at the physical location; it is very beautiful inside! It would be a great place to study, or a place to meet up with friends. To place an order, one orders at a kiosk. They have claw machines with stuffed toys for grabs which adds to the fun vibe of the place. There's also some board games you can play with. I always order their Taiwanese popcorn chicken. It's so crunchy and juicy! The seasonings on top is the best part. I also always get the takoyaki balls. It always has an octopus piece inside. Their drinks are also really good. Absolutely beautiful inside! FIRST BOBA SPOT WITH RAMEN. The ramen was I would say that it's top tier for the price. Spicy tonkotsu broth: rich, creamy, intense pork flavor. The pork flavor was strong! Only thing was the pork was a little dry. Ramen noodles were my favorite. It wasn't gummy or too firm. Chicken wings were crispy and seasoned well. This place JUST opened when I went in. Fast service and I'm so glad to see a boba place near where I live. The interior is very cute and they have a large selection on their menu. Jasmine green tea boba was delicious even without sugar in it. The tonlotsu ramen was a bit bland compared to over ramen broth I've had, and the noodles were too think for my liking. Everything else though, especially the pork in it was perfect. First off, this place is so so cute. The decor and the ambiance are so on theme. In addition, the staff are super kind and helpful. Very delicious! Haven't ordered a bad drink here yet and all their flavors are made with natural ingredients. Most recently had the Rose Milk Tea and it had actual candied rose petals that were delicious and not overly floral in flavor. My favorite drink is the Peach Lycee Green Milk Tea with Boba. Sometimes service is super fast, others it can take a second because they don't have premade mixes (a good thing). Sign up for their rewards! They 're new in the neighborhood. Very clean and spacious dining room. I had udon noodles with pork, and the broth was flavorful and the ingredients generous and tasty.
