    Curry Popcorn Shrimp
    Khalin C.

I just tasted some soy garlic popcorn chicken from there this morning, so ordered the curry shrimp and bbq sausages. The shrimp are exactly as they say, curry shrimp; which means they have flavoring of curry without salt. Delicious without the extra sodium. The bbq sausages were hot, slightly sweet, and delicious. Ordering was quick and easy, and they had my order hot and ready, when I got there. Cute place with an arcade grip machine, to possibly get a cute plushy.

The bubble teas are amazing. The interior is so cute. I haven't had the food but it always smells good. The employees are always friendly and helpful.

Super quick service managed to get our drinks not even five minutes after walking inside. The drinks are a afford price and the inside is very spacious which is nice .

Love this place. Conveniently located and never has a long line. My favorite thing to get is the chicken bites, they don't have any sauces but they're pretty good on their own. I haven't picked a favorite drink yet but I try something new just about every time I go and no complaints yet.

We visited VIVI Bubble Tea while we were in New Orleans, and everything, from drinks to food, was delicious! I would definitely recommend it! Location: The general location of VIVI Bubble Tea isn't difficult to find because it's across from Lakeside Shopping Center, but if you're not paying attention, you can definitely miss it. There weren't many parking spaces available at VIVI, but you can find parking at the mall or surrounding areas. The interior is cute, so make sure you take pictures with the backsplash! Price: The things we ordered were moderately priced -- it wasn't too expensive, but it wasn't so cheap either. Food: The quality of the food and drinks was good. The drinks had enough flavor, and they went well with the food we ordered. The Popcorn Chicken tasted pretty good yet not as distinct as I would like it. The Takoyaki Balls were tasty. I would definitely visit again if I'm ever in the area. Aside from being in a cramped area, everything was great. Everything inside was cute and clean.

It took me a while to find a boba spot that served popcorn chicken and thank goodness for VIVI! The popcorn chicken was good, and they have several flavors to choose from. I also got milk tea, and it was also good. Overall, worth checking out!

I was recommended this location by another foodie and it didn't disappoint! Also heard great things about their popcorn chicken but was too full to try them lol. What we got: Pineapple Mango Jelly Tea which was refreshing but very sweet! The Tiramisu Milk Tea which had a good coffee flavor and the perfect amount of sweetness. Can't wait to go back and try more

The interior is very cute and spacious. I think their AC might've been broken because it was a little hot on the inside. They had a lot of options on their menu but not a lot of fruity milk tea blends. My 4 friends and I all ordered different flavored drinks, and they were al bland with barely any flavor. They all tasted almost the same and just tasted like milk. We waited about 15 minutes for them to make a new batch of tapioca which was fine, but I was unimpressed with their milk teas..

Definitely my go to milk tea stop! I've been here quite a few times before writing this review. I've tried most milk teas and even floats from here. I have not one bad think to say about any of the flavors. Créeme brûlée was my favor along side lychee with strawberry popping boba. I honestly don't think you can go wrong with any of the teas. I saw the advertisement for there pop corn chicken and thought they had very interesting flavors so I go the two most unique flavor and tried them. Let me tell you... best decision! The curry and basil popcorn chicken was to die for. I had to to stop myself from going to day as I've been 3 days in a row. I would definitely give this place a try! There is lots of options to choose from like organic, no dairy, etc. The shop it's self is beautifully decorated very trendy and cute. If I could give them more stars I would. Definitely a regular here now.

Really nice place to grab drinks and some easy eats such as popcorn chicken, takoyaki (fried octopus balls), BBQ sausages and fried yams. So far, I've had mostly the fruit teas which have all been great and only because I always look for something fruity when I stop in. They have maintained very good customer service and cleanliness. Definitely will be back to try out other flavors whenever I'm looking for something refreshing.

Just came from there this evening to hang out with friends. Let me start by saying this place is CUTE! So colorful and vibrant, it makes you happy. Even the menu posters hung on the walls are fun to look at. With COVID still affecting us, VIVI's adhered to social distancing. The seating (yes, they had seating) was properly distanced. They area is well spaced and clean. People that came in had a natural tendency to space themselves out with out the need for floor markers or being told. So I felt safe being in there. It feels crazy to even add this, but these are the times we live in. So, onto the beverages... If you're not familiar with Bubble Tea, TAKE YOUR TIME WITH ORDER and DON'T BE AFRAID TO ASK QUESTIONS. They have a menu on the wall, but they also have a small yet very colorful paper menu that can help you choose. I recommend starting simple. Go with what you know and like, unless you came with a bubble tea expert that knows you well. Im not gonna lie, I like bubble tea, but I am far from an expert. Their beverages consists of Cream float Series, Yakult Drinks, Milk Teas, Organic Milk series, Fresh Fruit Series, Slush Series, Flavored Teas, and a Special Signature list. Prices are maybe a little bit more than Im used to paying for bubble tea. I ordered 3 mediums. Oreo Cream Brulee, Flaming Brown Sugar, Coffee Jelly Bubble. The Oreo drink was very chunky, you definitely need a thick straw for that. I had it with milk tea, so it took away from some of the sweetness of the oreo. My eldest daughter had the flaming brown sugar with milk. According to her, it was sweet but not too sweet and tasted like caramel towards the end (she forgot to shake it before popping the straw in). She said it reminded her of a caramel frappe from McD's. It had a good amount of tapioca , but probably could've done with less. She said she would order this again. My youngest daughter, she had the coffee jelly drink with milk tea. She did not like this drink. She ended up switching drinks with me, so I got to taste it. I actually didn't mind the taste. I was mostly milk tea tasting with a hint of coffee. For coffee lovers, that would not be a good thing. This drink though, it had a ton of jelly and a ton of tapioca balls. Every sip from the straw was like a machine gun of jelly and tapioca being shot into my mouth. I did not appreciate that. Now, unto food. YES, they serve snacks! These go very well, with the teas and atmosphere. It's a small selection of Asian 'finger foods' but perfect for just hanging out and sharing with your friends. Nothing heavy. They have popcorn chicken, popcorn shrimp, takoyaki, Taiwanese BBQ sausage, and fried yam. I ordered popcorn chicken, takoyaki, and the sausage. Takoyaki, The best way I can describe is like a seasoned omelet with seafood (octopus), shaped into a ball and fried. If done right, it can be delicious. This kinda fell flat. Mine was undercooked, while it was crispy on the outside it was very mushy in the middle. It also had one bit of octopus, and lacked a good amount of fish flakes that would 'dance' as a topping. It could have used a good sauce to go with it, there was none available, except Sriracha. The sausage tasted good, I dont think they make their own so I cant really judge them on it. It was tasty and sweet. The popcorn chicken comes in different flavors, pepper salt, spicy, garlic, curry, and basil. I picked curry. I can say, this was the best of all 3 foods that I ordered. Crispy outside, juicy center, flavor was on point. Would go through a drive through just for this. Since I was with friends, I also got to taste the fried yams and my daughters got to taste another flavor of popcorn chicken. Fried yams, it's just lightly coated sweet potato fries. It was also good, but yeah..it's just sweet potato fries. The other flavored popcorn chicken was also tasty to my girls. Overall, I give this place a 3.4, my daughters say a SOLID 4 out of 5. They want to go back for sure. I wouldn't mind either as I would like to try other drinks and I loved the popcorn chicken. I'm also curious about trying out their popcorn shrimp now. They also have a rewards system through the clover app where you buy so many teas from them and get one free after 10. The clover app is free to install and has other businesses that you can also visit for rewards. Note to self: I dont think either of my daughters like milk tea. We will have to remember that for next time. TLDR; Drinks were super chunky, food decent, price decent, service great. I will be coming back to try new stuff. Thumbs up.

One thing that sets Follow Tea apart from other bubble tea places I've been to previously, is that they offer cheese as the foamy part of your tea. They also offer a variety of fruit and milk teas. I was intrigued by the cheese, so I got the Lychee Rose Cheese Tea. This is made using cream cheese, the same type of cheese that cheesecake is made of. This is actually traditionally a Taiwanese method of making bubble tea. My friend got the Passionfruit Tea without the cheese. My Lychee Rose Cheese Tea arrived beautifully presented. The cup was made of sturdy, frosted plastic. On top there were some dried roses. This was so tasty! I loved the flavor, it was subtly sweet, and the cheese provided a slight savory balance. The tiny pieces of lychee were an added chewy bonus. My friend also enjoyed her Passionfruit tea. I wish we had some bubble tea places that offered the cheese foam, here in Connecticut, maybe I'll have to look a bit harder. We had a lovely time at Follow Tea, and enjoyed their tasty products.
