I visit daily, order the same thing, and if it is not made correctly I ask for it to be remade. If they were consistent with how they make coffee this would not even be an issue, each barista makes coffee different and somehow that is my fault. I have done this twice in the past 30 days. Today I went to receive my remake because my $7.36 drink was WATERY and was told that I will not be able to ask for a remake any longer. Treating me like a crook so something, which I do not appreciate at all. I politely left and proceeded to contact corporate, filed a claim to the remaining funds that are on my card to be refunded to me because I will no longer be a customer. I have yet to receive any form of communication from them whatsoever. I then filed a complaint with the BBB and my next step is to file a complaint with the attorney general if they don't provide me with a refund. I spend over $1500 a year at startbucks and for them to treat me like a criminal is unacceptable to say the least. They lost a good customer in me, but it is of no loss to me, as there are other, BETTER places to spend my money. read more

Visited the Starbucks location multiple times when in t area for work. They are the only one. Nearby so they tend to get busy weekday morning. The drive thru line was often wrapping down the entrance when I stopped by around 7:30 so place a mobile order! Mobile order each day and the average est time was around 10 min. One day I had to wait a few extra minutes beyond that and they can't seem to time drinks with food so food was cold by time drink arrived. I would also say that this spot doesn't have the friendliest baristas. They were rude but just kind of blah each morning and it wasn't clear why. No one was complaining to them, they didn't seems super understaffed, they just didn't really care at all. Pretty average experience compared to other Starbucks. read more

I love my local Starbies! This is my go-to Starbucks location and tbey never disappoint. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I nearly almost order ahead with mobile ordering, and my order is ready every time. They can have a bit of a line if you don't order ahead, but I think that's due to the popularity of this location. The line generally moves quickly. If you're in need of a spot to work or meet, there's plenty of seating inside. There's outdoor seating during warmer months as well. read more

i opened this review like oh this will be an easy UP as i thought of my quick trip but actually the layout of this location is (can i cuss??!?!) ..it's enough to not go back actually. i've been inside this location at least 3x and the service, cleanliness, speed, and atmosphere were fine. during peak hours you can't even get into the parking lot because it's a narrow angled one-way drive around. there's not enough room inside of their parking lot to accommodate the waiting cars so they sit in the street causing a traffic jam. there's other traffic from the other businesses in the suite. it's the most frustrating thing. you can't even get inside of the lot to park to order inside or grab your pickup items. i had actually mobile ordered and was almost involved in an accident trying to get inside. my order was sitting at the station waiting for me read more

First off, this location has a friendly staff. This was my first time working remotely from this location. Wifi connection was good, I just had trouble getting a connection at 1st (but I think that's due to my tech savvy struggle self, lol). After 2 trys, I was connected just fine. There is a decent amount of space if you want to stay in their lobby area to work or read, and there were plenty of people for a noon-ish crowd. The only downside was the cold breeze that comes through the building so often....if they had a fireplace it would be a definite bonus. I enjoyed a Honey Citrus Mint Green Tea, so delicious and sweet. It kept me warm for the majority of the time there. Also the cars always seemed to speed out of the drive-thru, which is no fault of the staff. Everyone's in a hurry, just need to be mindful of the pedestrian customers coming in/out of the building, saw at least 2 close calls. You can't go wrong with Star B's but then again you can because Star B's is not the cheapest or most consistent coffee shop you could go to. I have had some pretty boss coffee at other locations but I always come back to Star B's for the purest of the pure shit! Lol I normally do a white mocha frap with xtra carmel. It's a violation if they give me coffee and I say xtra and there is just a few drizzles on the top! Day ruined cause I have to get out, come in, look you in the eye and tell you you didn't follow the damn sticker on the cup that clearly says xtra carmel! This happens quite often at this location and others I've gone to. I find it best to just have a person you prefer to make your coffee on request to get it exactly how you like it. Today I went with a simple carmel iced coffee that was Delish except it kind of tasted like grease but that could be the carmel. We arrived at this Starbucks right as they were closing during a severe thunderstorm. We had our screaming baby, but the employees at this location welcomed us in, even as they were preparing to close, gave us free coffee, and waited out the worst part of the storm with us. When we were ready to leave one of the employees even walked us out to the car with our diaper bag and helped us get safely in to the car! They went above and beyond and it made a big impact. We will definitely stop at this location the next time we are close by! read more

Normally Starbucks is great! Consistent from Location to Location right? Well sadly not the case. This location seems to struggle with the basics. Order a "Standard" drink. Straight from the menu with no modifiers you should be ok. I say should because some times they end up on the mobile stand when ordered via drive thru. Now if you order any drink with modification might as well skip this location. Something will be off, wrong milk type or leave out the Espresso (not exaggerating). I've fallen in love with the mobile ordering feature of the Starbucks app, and this is the store closest to my office, so when I'm driving in and I'm feeling the need for coffee and a pastry, this is the place that gets my order. Unlike the location a mile north on 86th street, this place is fairly quiet ad subdued. There's no drive through, so if you want to get something, you've got to park and walk in and get it yourself. I'm okay with this... it means it much quieter than the others. The staff sets my mobile order on the counter so I can walk in, say hello, grab my order and be on my way before the my headlights have a chance to shut themselves off. They've learned that I don't like my pastry warmed up, which isn't an option to request on the app, but they know when y order comes through how I like it, and they have it ready. Friendly staff and I often will stop here before work and get a coffee and it is my go to location if I need to pick up a gift card. Staff has always been super friendly and nice to me. There is a decent amount of space if you want to stay in their lobby or on patio to work or read. The only downside can be the drive thru line - not the service - the customers, and maybe the person that designed the parking lot. The cars always end up blocking the road with a long line into the drive thru during peak times. No fault of the staff - these are the folks heading into the offices that are in the Intech Park area with morning rush and group coffee orders. During these peak morning rush times I avoid the drive thru and order inside. read more

But good ol Starbucks brings it back around every time with our usual orders and convenience. This location is in prime location to Park 100 and the highway. It offers a full circular parking lot around the entire building for ease of entering and leaving. The drive thru is a bit busy during morning rush, but if you are a regular like me there are tricks to get in and out for those of us who Mobile Order. The drive thru line always leaves a gap to the road so others can go in and out of the parking lot. This location I've found to be always clean and tidy. The amount of tables is larger than other local locations for those with work meetings, brunch, and just those who want to use free wifi. :) It is not the biggest Starbucks I have ever been to but I guarantee the capacity is above average. read more

I try not to be that person. The super particular uppity snob about coffee. I try to keep my orders simple. I admire the baristas for remembering everything they have to remember while being fast and accurate. So for me to get angry at a Starbucks....it makes me sad. Came twice. Long waits both times. The first wait was 15+ minutes. During this visit I watched the barista at the window try to hand a Frappuccino (which turned out to be mine) to a woman in a car in front of me three different times. By the time I pulled up I saw it sitting in the direct sun- whip cream melted. Frappuccino separating. She gave it to me anyway. If it wasn't because my son was already getting impatient in the back I would've asked for a new one. Who knows how long a replacement would've taken. The second time I went was only because it was on our way out of town. Given my first experience I ordered a very simple drink- venti cold brew, three stevia. The label on the cup was correct but there weren't 3 stevia. Bet you're thinking "pfft how would you even know!" and that's a fair question because I would think it too. I drink this all the time. An IV of it would probably be cheaper. I frequent various Starbucks an embarrassing amount of times. I have had this drink in other Starbucks in the country. All tastes similar. Not here. My visit at Starbucks is always a pleasant one. But this location is one that I wish I had something nice to say about. I sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes after my order was placed after I decided to go inside and see if my drink had been made. I walk inside and I instantly notice how dirty the floors were and how much trash covered them and the several flies that swarmed around the inside. On a Saturday morning, it was busy with only two workers who barely knew how to make any of the drinks. This was by far my worst experience at a Starbucks. They barista asked "how can I help you?" I informed her that I had been sitting for 15 minutes and decided to come in and see if my drink had been made. She advised me that it wasn't but it can be. Really?!. I'm sure most would consider me somewhat of a coffee snob. I blame it on being from the Seattle area, which is obviously also Starbucks' home :) But I am in no way too good for Starbucks. Especially because when it comes for convenience and ease of acquiring said coffee on my way to work, nothing is easier than this place. Usually hoppin' with all the people going to work in Intech Commons, etc (at least in the morning)... but the staff are nice and pleasant, and they do the best they can in a rush. My near work go to Starbucks. I like this place, the morning staff is friendly and make my lattes right. They have great memories, after stopping in a few times, they remembered my name and what I like to drink (grande latte) , and I appreciate that touch of humanity when I am patronizing a corporate coffee house. Yes, there is no drive thru. Why this is a problem, I don't know, because it doesn't take any *less* time to get your coffee going through the drive through than it does to walk in the door. If you are too lazy to walk 20 feet from your parking space to the door, maybe you need to reconsider the path your life took that makes that trek too inconvenient for you. Everyone knows what Starbucks is, it's great. Were all addicted, we get it, move on. It's just that this location in particular has the absolute slowest service of any Starbucks I've ever been to in my life, and that's a lot of Starbucks. Also they are notorious for getting your order wrong. I'm currently standing inside waiting for my mobile order bc the drive thru line was a mile long literally blocking traffic) It said 3-8 min prep at 7:58 when I ordered it. It's now 8:12. There are 5 ppl working that I can see. Someone else just asked how much longer for my order, flustered the girl said "there's no way for me to see future orders" guy says "what time was the order placed on the ticket in your hand?" "7:47" ARE YOU KIDDING ME???!!!! This is absolutely ridiculous. If I hadn't already paid on my mobile order I would leave. Also I will say the 5 ppl that are working do not appear to be rushing at all. Because this is normal for them. They are the slowest baristas in the world. Congratulations.
