This Starbucks location is my go to location. As I have been going to this location they employees are very friendly and they are very quick at getting your order ready. I have not had issues at this location and I can tell that the employees care about their customers because they are very personable. The app is great to utilize because you can always order ahead and earn stars for free items. My go to drink is the strawberry refresher with lemonade and the egg white bites with roasted peppers. Each time I am satisfied with my order. The atmosphere is great inside and the store is always clean. read more

We were in need of coffee numerous times while in Indianapolis and Starbucks is a fairly reliable place to get strong coffee. The employees were friendly and helped guide us with ordering something that we would love since neither of us get to Starbucks very often. I'd say in about a year, we've only been to various locations about 3 times. I usually go for a chai tea latte but sometimes something with more caffeine. Our first full day, I didnt sleep the night before because of anxiety, so Starbucks saved me from being a zombie. Overall, this Starbucks is pretty standard but I liked the employees and the store had a very zen atmosphere. This specific location will definitely help you get caffeinated. read more

When I walked in, they seemed a bit busy but the line went by quickly after they were able to finish completing orders. Everyone working there was kind and efficient when it came to taking orders. They did run out of two of their sandwiches and the employee that took my order checked in with me about whether I wanted to make a change. My experiences with Starbucks are always short because I choose to order online and pick up. Out of the 3 regular stores I visit, this one could definitely use improvement. Being across from my office, a lot of coworkers prefer to mobile order and pick up before coming into work. However, we are greeted with not-so-friendly baristas and we've had our drinks slammed on the counter after our names are hollered out. This location is always very busy as well so if there is possibly another location near you (82nd/Clearwater or Ruth/Keystone), I would suggest that. The store is very clean and small and occasionally has outdoor seating which is nice but since it's so busy, I wouldn't say it's the best place for a meeting or getting work done. read more

I frequent this location frequently as the building is connected to my office. I come here usually at least once a week and there's always a quite a few people here. They tend to run out of items frequently (sandwiches, strawberries for the refreshers, etc.). I always do the mobile order so that I don't have to wait as long. This is a clean facility and the staff is very friendly and willing to help. If you do order something they're out of via your phone, they provide you a gift card once you arrive which is very nice! read more

It is difficult not to love a Starbucks that is attached to a nice mall: it's two yuppie worlds colliding. I like to hit up this Starbucks and do the following -- Step one: Get an iced vanilla latte. Step two: Walk around mall cool, caffeinated and happy. I've never had a problem with a messed up order at this Starbucks, but I keep my orders pretty simple. Hellooooo.... renovation!! I walked into this location last week after taking a break from my expensive Starbucks habit. When did the interior change? I love it! It feels more open and airy. Very woodsy feeling too. I try to avoid this Starbucks before 8am and during the lunch hour, because it is always waaaaaayyy busy. If you use the order ahead function on your Starbucks app - that helps immensely. So why the three stars? They always, always run out of food items like the protein boxes. Let's cut to the chase: This is a very high-volume Starbucks. On the good side, there were two main takeaways: 1) The guy who took our drink orders at the counter couldn't have been any more awesome - I wish I had caught his name. If the manager is reading this, we were there at about 3pm on Saturday, November 4th. This guy was fantastic - great communication skills and very friendly. 2) This Starbucks is at Keystone Mall, my favorite mall of all time. On the not-so-good side, because this is such a high volume place, expect to wait a while for your drink to be ready. That goes without saying I guess, but that's always been the issue with Starbucks. At the larger stores with the heaviest traffic volume, there seems to be a mismatch between the staff that takes your order and the staff that makes the drinks. They had about 4 people making the drinks, and they needed about double that number. But, 8 people wouldn't have fit behind the counter without running into each other, so that's just the way it goes. read more

Terrible experience and cannot day I am surprised. The lack of respect, cleanliness, and overall attitude of the staff was disturbing. Drove a few extra minutes and avoid this location. There are plenty of great starbucks around happy to serve their customers with the respect they deserve. read more

Came here for a post lunch pre shopping iced coffee. At the end, I was asked if I wanted milk - I asked for a little room for milk and instead of leaving room for me,they added my milk for me.... Unless I was at a drive thru, I always expect (and have always had) Starbucks to allow customers to customize their drink to their liking - add their own milk and sugar unless otherwise directed. The fact they didn't give me this option irked me a bit- they might have thought they were doing me a favor but they weren't, haha. Didn't want to be that person who was picky/wasteful and ask for another cup but I will for sure next time be MORE SPECIFIC so they have a clear understanding of what the customer wants. read more

This is the only Starbucks near me so I'm forced to go to it in the mornings. I am not exaggerating when I say I've tried probably over 100 different locations of Starbucks because I travel for work, and this is by far the worst. This morning, I'm surrounded by 12 people waiting for their mobile orders to come through, and there are only 3 people working the entire store. I have no idea why the management would choose to have such few people working with such high demand. Also, my coffee is burnt every single time. I love Starbucks but not enough to go to this particular shop again. First time I went the barista got annoyed that I had three cards: an empty discount card, a gift card with some credit and my debit card to reload my gift card), then she asked me to step away and wait for my coffee. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and thought I left my wedding band. When I inquired about my ring she said that they wouldn't keep a ring if it was left behind in the toilet! Next week I came back for a latte and to reload my card. There was a woman behind me and when she placed the order the two baristas just kept chatting away for several minutes while I waited by the cash register. I turned around and headed towards the exit door then one of them says "did you need anything, sir.". I said "nope" and I heard her scoff at me. Like she was annoyed by my perceived rudeness. Meh. At best it's disappointing. At worst, it will make you never want to visit a Starbucks again. Sadly this is on the way from my gym to work. If you are lucky, they will greet you with words. Most days, expect to be a disturbance to the rude and apathetic staff. I can't tell you how many emails I've written to starbucks about this location. Most recently they threw a bag of trash from the front OVER the coffee counter because the associate was too lazy to carry it around. Poorly managed obviously, rude and apathetic staff. Starbucks is my go to place for a latte. You pay a premium for the customer service.... but this store absolutely does not cut it! The staff is rude, it's like they are doing you a HUGE favor by taking your order and making your drink! They are always out of some key ingredient.... and no "sorry is there anything else we can get for you" its a matter of fact "we are out" I have been to plenty of Starbucks stores around the world this is probably the rudest place and they don't even make the lattes correctly or maybe the rude service has left a bitter taste in my mouth. Horrible experience. I just spent $18 on an order of iced oat milk (after being told that a hot one would cost $3 extra to "build"), the wrong flavor cake pop, a pretty good kiwi tea and a caramel crunch frap without crunch because they were out of it. Worst Starbucks experience ever. read more

An okay, typical Starbucks location, except for that its prime location is perfect for catching cranky anti-shoppers (like me) leaving the Fashion Mall. I always find myself wanting to get the hell out of the mall as soon as possible, but get drawn into this Starbucks every time I leave...a subconscious reward or trap I guess. I've not had a drink order screwed up here, and they are mostly efficient at moving shoppers along quickly, especially as the line grows very long during the holiday season. The only negative incident I've experienced at this location occurred once, about 45 minutes prior to closing time with a parent. The treat case had been cleared out and inventoried, but the pastries/etc. were still laying on the back counter for customers to see. My very hungry parent asked to purchase a cookie, and the baristas refused. Okay then. read more

I go here near daily so the fact that I haven't written a review shows I have, admittedly, been slacking. Service is what I have come to expect from Starbucks located in malls. It's hit and miss and not always quality. Drinks taste different every time. For instance? I hated the toasted graham latte based on the version I had at this location. In reality? It wasn't half bad. This location also has the unfortunate habit of leaving pastries in the plastic bags and just inserting that into the paper bag/sleeve. This wouldn't be a problem, except when they do that you get the unfortunate experience of seeing the production dates on those pastry items. Last time (for me) the production date was from over two months ago... And no I am not joking. What else? Some baristas are super friendly at this location - such as the girls who wear glasses... They all seem kind. Dom, Chip, and Clark are stars! Oh and they now carry Bantam bagels (which were featured on Shark Tank) which are bite size bagels that are sort of like filled donut holes, only with bagels and cream cheese. read more

I don't care what anyone says, this is one of the best locations on this side of town! They are on top of it! Yes it's busy, that's not their fault- it's called location. If you want slow go down the street! But for how busy they are they are always busting it! I work in this mall and I can empathize with these workers. If you had to deal with the entitlement of the people that come to the Fashion Mall, you wouldn't always have a smile on your face either. No one has ever been rude, just maybe not exceptionally friendly, which in dealing with the general public it wears you down. You don't know what's happened to them that day. I've witnessed some of the rude customers that think they come first even though there's a line. I have nothing bad to say about this place. It keeps me sane when I just need a cup of Joe to cheer me up. read more

Been here a few times, and every time I do it's consistent excellent customer service. It's the only Starbucks I like going too.

Speedy service, was a large line and only waited a few minutes. Sandwich and latte were great.

The baristas here are great with the exception of one. My drink is always on point I can walk here from home, which counts as my exercise newly remodeled, looks nice but not warm, cozy, and inviting like it use to be. Seating is very limited there's no comfy chairs anymore. Outside seating is good place for people watching. Definitely stop in for a good cup of joe but don't plan to stay, lol. read more
