We get along like Starbucks lovers... Haha!! Well we do! Never really out her much but I really wanted to try planted by La Tour and needed to go to First Hawaiian Bank which all was right here in the triangular back corner in Aina Haina Shopping Center yay one stop shop! A more modern industrial vibe here this is a nice location with a few seating outside as well this slightly hidden Starbucks does its decent share of traffic flow surprisingly as a it's quite busier than I'd imagine. With code provided they do have a bathroom here "super appreciated!" so that we can sip, relax and enjoy the moment with our yummy drink. The staff here is just so friendly with a polite greet and the calmness in general I can see why this place is chosen to bring your workload which majority seems to be doing here. Keep calm and bring your own cup and see more stars! Thank you!

The picture after asking for additional crunch and caramel sauce, as paid for.

I have been coming to this Starbucks for years. I don't frequent how I used to because this is just a treat for me. Still I am a paying customer and should be treated well. The vibes here are more like I should be greatful they are providing me service rather than them appreciating a customer. Cashier gal was polite. Taller lady giving off manager/lead vibes was brisque. Ordered a frap and paid for the extra toppings. Received my drink and rather than be upset and have a crap day, I asked for more of the toppings I paid for. There was very likely 6 pieces of crunch topping and a thin line of caramel sauce. The person that i asked if i could get extra added a little more of the crunch topping and no sauce. I don't like having to repeat myself and the fact that I had to ask in the first place, because paying almost 20% of a drink for the minute amount that was originally added did not seem right. It would be really great if the workers understood that the customer, me, is paying extra to enhance the drink and make my day just a little happier not to add something that really should have been free.

Ice coffee I ordered thanks to Hiwa.

I have not been to this Starbucks in a long time . I walk in . Two people are working. Hiwa greets me . I first go to the rest room. Then I proceed to get my drink I ordered an ice coffee . Hiwa took the order . She was good . did it quickly. She was polite. She has a good personality. I get my drink and it's very cold . It's good she. Put a lot of ice in the drink . Thank you Hiwa.

Going to try the "decaf" coffee morning wake up today! Good morning Fast, Friendly & Fantastic Service! One of the BEST Starbucks establishments on da Islands! A smile and an extra "shot" of Aloha is apart of each order made just the way you love it!

My favorite neighborhood Starbucks. Location:Aina Haina Shopping Center across from the library On these hot summer days it's nice to get a refreshing ice tea or cold brew. Since Lilo just had her nails trimmed at Pacific Paws, she joined us at Starbucks as well. She was in for a special treat with her Puppucino. I guess we will see this evening if it doesn't agree with her. Regardless, she had a great time being part of the family and enjoying her Starbucks treat. Thank you to the Staff at Aina Haina Starbucks for treating all your customers, even the furry friends, with kindness. The customer service at this location is tops! Nice place to catch up with Pokémon as well.

Great service and friendly staff. Not super busy, and the coffee was ready quickly. I would return on another Wednesday late-morning like today.

Solid Starbucks location. The staff here is always super friendly and professional. My drink orders are always done to perfection and I've never had a bad experience here yet! This location is very convenient because parking is ample and right off Kalanianaole Hwy. I like that this location is very clean and well organized. It does get crowded with locals in the morning and on the weekends. Seating is available inside and outside. They also have a basket that has used coffee grinds for gardeners, free for the taking. I don't think I've seen this done on the mainland, but it seems to be pretty popular with the locals. All in all, a great Starbucks! Location: 5/5 Prices: 4/5 Service: 5/5 Parking: 5/5

My fave starbs on this side. Super convenient when you're leaving HK and heading to town to order ahead and swing by. The staff here is consistently friendly and hardworking. And for some reason, the drinks just taste better here. I know they are all following the same recipes, but maybe the fact that they actually care for their customers makes it that much better. :) They have it together, so even if you don't order ahead, you're going to get your order pretty quick. Def recommend over the others in the area.

I've been coming to this location for awhile, and I like the baristas and their customer service. I'm only deducting some stars for larger gripes with Starbucks itself, though I warn readers that this will be some first world whining. While by no means deal breakers as I still come to Starbucks religiously with my caffeine addiction, I do have a few issues. We're more than a year into COVID with more than half of Hawaii fully vaccinated now, and Coffee Bean has enabled limited seating, it'd be great to see Starbucks follow that too. The new paper straws tend to get soggy quickly if you don't drink fast enough, and even if you do, you have to almost rip the straw to get it to fit the Venti drinks. Lastly, and again I know this is totally first world complaining, but it's frustrating that Starbucks has toyed with my emotions on this oat milk debacle. For those not familiar, Starbucks finally began offering oat milk, only to run out and remove it from the menu entirely a couple weeks later. Like I get that from a small mom and pop shop, but how does Starbucks make a mistake like that?! Okay sorry, epic rant is over now. I still love Starbucks, it's just a little bit of a love hate relationship.

To all you up and coming or experienced baristas out there. This is how you fill up a cup of coffee to go! If you fill it to the top it literally can melt the lid and the top of the cup. Even if it's double cupped. So do your customers a favor and don't fill it to the top or their going to spill it on their shirt! Mahalo

Been me and my girlies go to for the past few years for our bi-monthly debrief, and we are not alone. Take a look around and there's always a few tables that look like the 2020 Hawai'i version of a Sex in the City girl gang talk fest. The location is genius. Who would have thought that putting a coffee shop in a hidden outdated strip mall in a tiny neighborhood valley would pop off? Yet it does. It feels current, it feels now. Surf Camp shares its name with its sister the popular Surf Camp attire and retail store which is the older sister as well to Up and Riding for kids- a surf themed clothing, accessories and shoes store in Kahala Mall. All of these spots exhibit a taste level, an eye for trends, and quality products. There's also a subtle but felt honoring of what makes local, local, underneath everything. I think that's what adds to the success. They know how to create a look, a vybe. Now when it comes to coffee I'd just like to do the shrugged emoji girl. Some of it I just can"t get into. I think I'm too old to get on the matcha bandwagon. I really just want drip coffee or espresso shots. I don't need fancy. I don't like milk. But my friends do, and I love my friends. The pastries are really good. The kids behind the counter are cute and hard working. I enjoy being here every time I come. If you want an experience with your beverage, a chill spot to sit and chat with your homies, or are headed out to Sandy's, Makapuu, Koko Head, or any of the other fun, beautiful spots this side has to offer, check out Surf Camp. I bet you'll be back.

Well, a second bite of the cherry ( an English/British idiom ) and I have to say I enjoyed it this time. Blueberry syrup wasn't too sweet. I may not have mixed it well, previously. If I recall correctly, I've had their Iced Black Sesame and Iced Hojicha - not Kinako ( must be thinking of another café ) - Lattes. All quite good. Minimalistic, modern interior design ...makes for a nice cafe experience...but i got my beverage for takeaway. I like the green-tiled countertop. Open from 630a till 330p, weekdays. Weekends they are open from 800a to 200p. Parking shared with other establishments in the building on Halemaumau Street - try saying that 3x, fast. I parked in the Niu Valley Shopping Center where there are lots of stalls.

Having more businesses and a solid coffee shop with Kai Coffee expanding to Kalama Valley is a big welcome. This place is located along Kealahou St. Easy to find. Just turn in from the stoplight between Sandy Beach and Hawaii Kai Golf Course and drive a minute in. Plenty of parking! Cozy, clean, and comfortable place with indoor and outdoor seating. Usual coffee choices with breakfast wraps and sandwiches. Friendly and efficient service. Its signature Kai Latte was good with a nice balance of macadamia nut flavor to coffee. House coffee was brewed well. My only issue is the cup sizes. Large is definitely smaller than the usual and not even filled to the top! The Turkey Pesto sandwich was really good. Nicely portioned and prepared well. Warm, crispy flatbread. Tasty pesto. This sandwich inspired me to buy pesto and make it at home lol. Overall, a solid, little coffee spot in a quiet, calm neighborhood that is Kalama Valley. Conveniently located just a minute from the main highway. Nice, friendly service with well-prepared food and drinks.

I thought that I could enter the drawing for $500, but this location isn't linked to that promotion... darn! Located in a shared space with Loco Moco at Koko Marina Center, the lone woman at the counter was just okay. It was a bit noisy from the customers on the other side of the room, so she had to speak a bit louder. I figured that since I'm there - and we walked all the way across the parking lot - and around the corner to find this place, I should get something... because it was quite a warm October day... My order was a POG (passion orange guava) iced tea. The woman didn't ask me for my level of sweetness or amount of ice. She just made the standard. It was alright. I let the ice melt because it was a bit sweet. I saw the passion fruit seeds on the bottom of my cup which told me that it's pretty authentic. I'll stick with the other locations of Teapresso Bar where the service is friendlier; the location is more convenient; and the environment is calmer.
