If you have the Starbucks app... USE IT TO ORDER AND PAY FOR YOUR DRINKS AND FOOD!!! I did and when I came in there was a long line of people! Because I paid for my food and drink on the app, I just went to the pick up and left! In and out in 1-2mins!! That's a record!!! Hehehe read more

Everyone's so friendly and their barista's are consistent! Every time you order a drink it's as good as the time before.

Nice staff from my experience so far. Buuuut ugh. 3 stars bc I'm honestly disgusted by a little surprise in my drink. read more

Starbucks - Roach I found in my drink towards the end. Seriously, disgusted by this. - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Honolulu, Hawaii

Love this Starbucks! The people are super nice! However this one guy I didn't see before made my order wrong and I felt so shame I had to go back and ask for the corrections. (There was a long line too). Super nice people though!! read more

I'm changing my rating to 4 stars because Zoe reached out to apologize, which I thought was incredibly professional. She could have just ignored my review entirely, but she didn't, and I definitely appreciate that. read more

We're regulars at this Starbucks and before the pandemic I would've given them a 5 star rating. Everyone knew and greeted us when we came in and we always tip well above 20% for their service. Now, no one acknowledges when you come in. This morning it was not busy and most of the time, I get my own bag and carrier because no one looks my way. This morning I was stopped and told I had to pay for the bag. I didn't get this employee's name. But I did take back my tip because that was rude. If you're going to charge for bags, then put it in the app. Also put a sign by the register or the pick up counter. read more

I come here almost everyday. Great customer service. Tiani is pretty cute. I usually order iced coffee or peach green tea lemonade. Both good. The lemon and raspberry pound cake is mean. I'm glad the 15 min. stalls are back open. read more

I did not know that this Starbucks location strong up here in the heart of Aina Haina shopping center, but truth be told, it's been around for a while. I guess I haven't been around the area to see it. I came here on a random Saturday morning after playing some Pokémon Go with friends on the last Saturday of July 2017. It's your typical Starbucks store with all the trimmings. When I got here, I was disappointed that there was not enough outlets to recharge my phone, especially when I had like 8% battery left that morning. I enjoyed the ambiance though, since there was soft music playing over the intercom and it just felt nice to be in some air condition space than the warm outside in the middle of July. The Starbucks location is quite small for its size, with maybe a few tables and chairs and not enough electric outlets for customers to use. At least they have free Wi-Fi for public use and the food and beverages are always great, just because it Starbucks and they're known for great coffee - even though I don't drink it anymore. The overall experience here at this Starbucks at the Aina Haina shopping center was a good as they come. It's a Stereotypical scene where you can get your drinks and food, hang out, and work on a dissertation, if need be. I do love the fact that this - or any other Starbucks location, for that matter, you can hang out or do whatever without having to buy food or drinks as a precursor to staying in the store. I however usually buy a Trenta black ice tea or a Trenta ice green tea, just because it is my go to drink for anytime of the day. Many of these drinks are pricey anyway you look at it, but Starbucks is popular with everybody who likes them. For me, are used to drink black coffee, but they got me addicted so I decided not to anymore. Going on five years sober black coffee no more. Instead I think either those iced teas or lemonades and rarely a frappuchino. Their pastries and baked goods are pretty good also, so sometimes I would get a cheese danish or is going to supplement my hunger pains. The service here is always delightful, since the barista's are fast and definitely gives you a good service when you are here. For me, coming to Starbucks is always a highlight of the day for me, just because it's food and drinks and it feeds my stomach. This Starbucks location is located at the Aina Haina shopping center in the heart of 96821. It is definitely in between Kahala and Hawaii Kai on the kalanianaole highway, so you can't really miss it. Since this Starbucks is attached to the shopping center, there is plenty of parking options to choose from. They are open from 4 AM to 10 PM most days of the week, so you can get your drinks all or come here to study whenever you feel like it. Like most Starbucks locations nowadays, they except major credit cards which is always a great thing. For what it's worth, the starburst location is always a great place to thumb here to hang out and just work or enjoy the ambience - with having a drink or two with a scone to brighten up your day. I always enjoy my time here at Starbucks, wherever location I tend to frequent. Since I know now that there is a Starbucks here, I can confidently come here more often if I am in the area. Usually it's at Koko Marina in Hawaii Kai or Kahala Mall that I usually frequent and that's okay. Aina Haina Starbucks just became my new Starbucks location to hang out in. The only gripe here that I don't like is the aforementioned lack of electric outlets within the property location. Still, it's a nice thing to come to Starbucks to come and write Yelp reviews while enjoying a trenta black tea lemonade and a warm blueberry scone. It's the little things. 4.5 stars. Support local! greatest staff, consistently best starbucks i go to! i love coming here, people are just so nice, and they get orders right.

Stopped by this past Tuesday to pick up some stuff for my ohana. Nothing much, just a few drinks, some sandwiches and a cake pop for the little one. Was helped at the register by a younger guy named Harrison... Even though I felt I was being very polite, he seemed very irritated at my order and it felt as if he was trying to rush me. He kept saying "alright" (not in a nice tone) and cutting me off while I was ordering my items... Needs to learn some customer service skills... Also I ordered an almond milk green tea latte for my sister, but he made it with regular milk. Sadly I only realized this when I got home, and my sister tried it. Had to throw away since she's got a dairy allergy. Still love Starbucks, but just won't be coming back to this one... read more

LOCATION: Aina Haina shopping center by the library. Next to La Tour Cafe PARKING: Park anywhere in the shopping center, it's not too large. Parking near Starbucks can be crowded as there is the library, yoga studio, gym, and post office but you can get lucky. FOOD: Consistency and quality 10/10 SERVICE/WAIT: great service 10/10. Friendly. I phone ordered and it was ready when I got there. barista asked me if that was how I wanted it and she had the order correct. I'm a gold star member so they gladly gave me my free refill of tea and even filled it with hot water after a while. ATMOSPHERE: clean bathrooms. Just the right amount of tables. Not too busy and loud. I was studying for an exam and it's a great place. Previously went to Kahala Starbucks....canNOT focus there at all, way too busy and no bathroom. This place had a bathroom with a code and I could've easily stayed there longer. read more

Starbucks Aina Haina gets 5 stars for service. I usually use the ap to order my coffee so I can run in and grab and go. A new starbucks! Now I don't have to drive all the way to hawaii kai to get my coffee!! This location is fairly new, nice and clean. Its on the larger side with lots of seating and outdoor seating as well. Its located right next to la tour, which is convenient. They were fast and polite here. Lots of parking as well. read more

Quiet, yet a great place to study. If you're not used to cold weather, a jacket is recommended because the air conditioning runs freely here. On the plus side, it encouraged us to get hot drinks rather than cold to warm up. Honestly, my friend and I were looking for a place to get our grub on. We had picked up some food from Waimanalo. It was so windy and grabbing a few drinks and munching away seemed like a good idea here. It turned out it was as we were able to have a softly spoken conversation as we completed our meal. It almost felt like a library! Parking and service was great. They baristas didn't bother us unless we bothered them. read more

They did a great job with this old FHB space. There's a huge refrigerated space that holds all the things that are usually crammed in the area under the pastries so be sure to grab what you need before you stand in line. If the main parking lot is full, they have one to the right of it, as you face the store, that has six spaces. It's only been four days since they've opened but the staff is great and provide great customer service and work as if they've been there for years. Can't wait to be a regular at this location so they have my drink ready when I'm done paying, like at some other locations I frequent. Thank you Starbucks for finally opening something on my way into town before I head onto the freeway! read more

I went back a few times after my last review and I can honestly say this location has improved. The employees are nicer and now they have a pass sign. It's not my usual starbucks but since they improved in my view, my review should be updated as well. Thank you Starbucks for stepping up your game and proving me wrong. read more

The gentleman who took my order was so polite and cute. The most warm and friendliest face. I wish I got his name. On the other hand, That chick who made my tea was the most rudest girl. She was throwing things around and dropped my drink on the counter and started walking away while she was calling out my order. How the F&$@#% can I hear or understand what she was saying? She must have missed the customer service training. I would fire her ass if I was the manager. She is there representing your company. Sad and embarrassing. read more

One of the less busy Starbucks I love and hate cause it's expensive here but I need my fix. Staff is awesome here and conveniently located around other awesome stores here. Free wifi is awesome! These last few visits, I've noticed the Starbucks Reserve Menu has been updated with domestic and foreign coffee, a must try. read more

I've been here about six times and every time the baristas are so friendly and upbeat. Sometimes they joke around and it's hilarious! The shop is brand new but a bit narrow and skimpy on seating. The quality of the lattes are the same as any other Starbucks café and the experience is better than what you'd get at the Hawaii Kai or Kahala locations. read more

Starbucks - Opened July17, 2014 - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Honolulu, Hawaii

I work in the Aina Haina shopping center at Divalicious Boutique, so I come to this Starbucks quite often. They have never messed up an order of mine and all the baristas make drinks very quickly. The staff is great. Monique always recognizes me and knows me by name and knows my usual order. Just today I witnessed excellent customer service. There were two japanese girls who appeared to be tourists in front of me in line and one ordered a caramel macchiato *stirred. When she got her drink she said she wanted it layered, even though the baristas and I heard her say stirred. Anyway the baristas handled it well, were very kind and made the drink again *layered with no complaints even though in this case the customer was not right. It's a great Starbucks in a great location. read more

Great Starbucks, friendly staff. The lines flow pretty quickly because they work as a true team. They are good for giving suggestion to the person that wants to try something new or doesn't quite know what to order. Food selection is what you would expect from Starbucks a variety of choices for every taste. I love the salads. Yes the salads are a bit pricey but worth it. Plenty of seating inside as well as parking. When I think of Starbucks I no longer thing of just coffee, I think of teas, food and great service. read more

Very clean and nice Starbucks! It's not too crowded and if you can't find parking the trick is to park in the short term parking on the side of the building! Thanks to a coworker who told me about it! Also they treated me to a free drink because it was my birthday month! Mahalo starbucks! Thumbs up on the Oprah chai tea... And a portion of the cost goes to a good cause too! One of my faves! read more

Starbucks - The BEST Starbucks on this island. Amy and her amazing team are friendly and professional. Every drink is perfect. - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Honolulu, Hawaii

This location has become one of the top places to visit whenever I'm craving something refreshing. The huge size of each of their drinks are worth every penny and really last throughout the day. I can't recall a single occasion where the wifi connection cut out or stopped working unexpectedly. The sheer number of selections can only be described as incredible, many of which actually provide sustenance. read more

Today at 12:30 at your location, i ordered a special chai latte, seems that i was not clear with my order so the barista had to redo it. I really appreciate that he tried to accommodate my request, however when i was leaving i heard him making fun of my order to his partner. My order was hot grand, chai tea bag, 2oz of heavy whipping cream, and 2 pumps of sugar free cinnamon dolce. Nothing that they do not carry on the shelf or requires effort. Hawaii has the worst customer service anyway but thought you need to be aware of this. read more

I'm not exactly a Starbucks junkie - I go maybe twice a week, but when I do I go to this one because it's on my way to work. I'm usually in there about a quarter after six in the morning, so there's usually not a big crowd, and most of the time my order is a drip coffee, so I don't even wait. I swear, a few times there was no line, I gave my order, had my Starbucks card swiped, and I was out in less than a minute - love it! The staff are great. First of all, they're usually pretty friendly. Some places, the staff barely look up at you, even when taking your order. Even though I don't come that often, I guess I'm enough of a regular that a couple of them even remember my usual order - it's really a nice touch when you're on your way into another day at the office. The only thing I don't like about this place is being in a residential neighborhood, every once in a while you get families there. Nothing more frustrating than some mom with her three kids, each telling the counterperson his/her own order as slowly as possible. The upside is the entertainment you get by looking at the faces of the other folks with you in line. read more

I usually do a mobile order and stop by here in the morning to pick it up before work. It's never too busy and my drink is almost always ready even when I place it just 5 minutes before arriving! There's this one barista, killing the game-- like always. I never have to complain about time, because he always knows what he's doing, and does so with efficiency. Wayne or Blane I think his name is, anyways if you ever go in, you gotta see this dude work his drink magic. read more

Am a big fan. Upgrade a regular cup of coffee to the "clover" in Aina Haina - really great - I like the Brazil bean, but the options are continually changing. Their iced mocha is so nice in this hot weather (no whip). In a pinch, their protein bento packs are my choice, the one with two hard-boiled eggs. I'm basically just glad they are in business offering great service all the time and wonderful coffee drinks in my area when I need to take a break or get a pick-me-up. Thank you Starbucks!!! And don't miss out - register a card online and load it with a little cash and get free things along the way as you make your Starbucks purchases. I definitely enjoy those incentives and rewards. Have to add, they make a great "traveler" if you are headed to a party, come loaded with coffee, cups, everything needed to share the love (coffee) with friends. read more

Today the service was not the best. The girl at the register wasn't too bad. The girl Erin that made my drink has no costumer service. I asked for light ice and literally she poured the whole coffee out, made somebody else's drink and then made my drink and slapped it on the counter. I feel she didn't have to waste the other coffee by rushing and throwing the ice in. I ordered a venti. She filled it halfway with cold brew and the rest of the cup with ice. Always ask for light ice so you don't get half a cup of coffee or any drink and ask for a side of ice then you will get what you paid for. read more

This is my favorite SB. Mainly bc their customer service is exemplary! There are a diverse group of workers there, especially this weekend May 10-14 & been there everyday for promo and just impressed with their work ethic, professionalism when customers walk in-out and overall genuine kindness to all. Even their tolerance of an older couple setting up an office there (power bar plugged in with 2 computers, cell phones and a PRINTER hooked up with their rolling brief case of plastic bags attached - unique Asian woman and Haole man in their 80s.) Didn't ask what the baristas thought but they kept working as usual not minding. Please commend all the workers this weekend, night and day, bc I visited 7x in 2 days for my stars. They even offered to save me a sandwich they ran out of 2 days in a row and it was there today! SB Human Resources has a great eye for good character!! read more
