Service: it was a bit slow at night but I wanted to get a lemonade. I'm down to try didn't flavors so I know if I'll like it next time or not. I got the blue Hawaii lemonade & to be honest it tasted more like a piña colada, so I didn't really like mines. My daughter got the cookies & cream shake or smoothie & she loved it. The drinks are a bit pricey. They did have those Dubai chewy cookie but for $8 for one no thank you. They also have the Dubai chocolate bar but didn't get it. The area is very neat & clean. Refreshing beverage in Hawaii Kai, Honolulu, Hawaii... I was so excited that there was a Teapresso Bar so close to where we were having lunch. I thought that I could enter the drawing for $500, but this location isn't linked to that promotion... darn! Located in a shared space with Loco Moco at Koko Marina Center, the lone woman at the counter was just okay. It was a bit noisy from the customers on the other side of the room, so she had to speak a bit louder. I figured that since I'm there - and we walked all the way across the parking lot - and around the corner to find this place, I should get something... because it was quite a warm October day... My order was a POG (passion orange guava) iced tea. The woman didn't ask me for my level of sweetness or amount of ice. She just made the standard. It was alright. I let the ice melt because it was a bit sweet. I saw the passion fruit seeds on the bottom of my cup which told me that it's pretty authentic. I agree with other reviewers that there is better boba elsewhere on island, but after a meal at Koko Marina, it's just convenient to pop over and grab a boba - which is exactly what my friend and I did after Sunday brunch. I was still a little stuffed after brunch, so my friend asked the server if he could split the taro milk tea, and he said sure - didn't even charge extra for the extra cup, which I would have paid. If you are unsure of the type of tea and add-in's there are containers of loose leaf teas to smell and clear, tiny jars of jelly, boba to get a visual of what they are. We ordered the Thai ice coffee and featured milk tea with lychee jelly. Both drinks together costed over $12 which is kind of a lot and for that price you expect something pretty spectacular. The drinks tasted fine and good but not over the top great. The milk tea tasted like your average Hong Kong milk tea. The Thai ice coffee tasted like a milk tea with coffee..definitely not Thai ice coffee. It tasted fine for a coffee milk tea. So disappointed - at the customer service, the setting, and the drink. I so want to like this place but it has not improved since its opening a couple of years ago. To start, lady who took my order gestures me to order instead of greets. Not a "thank you" or "thanks for your patience" (since there were a few tourists in front of me who stood there in front to wait their order instead of stepping aside for me to order next-luckily one of girls in the party had some sense to look behind and told her friends to move). When I asked the cashier if they still do reward cards, she took it and looked at it, then gave it back. I asked if the company just doesn't do it (if not, just throw it away), she took it back again and used a pen to mark it. No words from her at all. Okaayyyy? Second, since this place is shared with Loco Moco, seating for Teaspresso patrons are limited. Sure, they got a couple of seats between their kiosk and the entrance wall, but those waiting for their drinks have to stand in the pathway so narrow that you run the risk of having your bottom touching the tables so that no one can even get through or sit at the table with a stranger's behind in your face. Last, one size for drinks but expect to only receive half the volume of your cup. Picture is my drink after it sitting in the car for more than 30 minutes in the middle of the afternoon. Teapresso is convenient for those living in the Hawaii Kai area! As other reviewers said, the boba and milk tea is a hit or miss. Customer service is okay but sometimes they can be understaffed. The workers ocassionally bounce between Loco Moco and Teapresso. As a result, service can feel rushed and unfriendly. What I do appreciate from Teapresso is how they enforce social distancing. They limit the number of customers inside when ordering. After ordering, you wait outside for your drink and they bring it to you. Although this isn't my go-to or favorite boba shop, I'll still come back out of convenience. read more

I was in the area, because my friend wanted to visit the Petco in Koko Marina. Found out that there was a teapresso next door. Just enter Loco Moco and its inside. They have metal straws, big and small sizes. They have their teas on display as well. They do not have all of drinks on the menu like the other locations do. Probably because it's a very small location. There was only one employee working, so it took a while before I could order. I was close to just leaving and head over to Starbucks instead since I do have some money on my Starbucks app, but he finished and finally came to take my order. I ordered an avocado smoothie. I believe they put condensed milk, fructose, half an avocado and heavy cream with it. It took about 6 minutes to get my drink. Another man came by and finally helped the other employee. When I received my drink, it wasn't filled up, and he handed me a small straw. Due to having a small straw, it was hard for me to even drink my avocado smoothie. The smoothie tasted the same as the one near my house though. Service was friendly but the wait time took a while even though it wasn't busy. I would recommend going here, if you live around this area and need a boba fix, but would highly recommend going to the ones in town. read more

Theres a lot of parking which is great. The inside is small because it's inside local moco drive inn. They have two tables that you can sit down on, but it's pretty cramped. After having a heavy-ish dinner and dessert, we were feeling a bit roley-poley. I was in need of my new favorite tea-rescue... I was so happy to find out there's a Teapresso in Koko Marina Shopping Center! I wandered into the "shop" which is located inside of Loco Moco, on the right side. It is basically a counter space, you simply place your order, pay, and wait for your freshly made/brewed beverage. I was the only customer at the time, so I chatted with one of the girls about my tea selection. Turns out, it is one of her favorites as well! I've tried it both hot with honey and iced with honey, just to see how it is since we're having summer-ish weather lately, but so far I prefer the hot version. The girl said she loves it as a milk-tea, so that is next on my to try list. She also asked how much honey I wanted, which was a surprise since I'd never been asked before. I squeezed in a decent amount and noticed that it was not your normal supermarket honey, but a different type (and sadly I've forgotten the name of it!) But it was sooo yummy! This CPR tea is a magical brew that legit comes to your rescue... if you're feeling congested or under the weather, having tummy troubles, or even just not having a very nice day in general, go get yourself a cup of this. Chamomile, Peppermint and Rooibos, along with a few other teas, is (1) seriously habit forming, (2) hard to find (It seems like there is only one or two suppliers, and yes, I checked!) AND (3) the only place I've found it so far on island is Teapresso. I've been averaging a visit about every-other-day this week alone for my CPR-fix! read more

Omg I don't understand why this place has low reviews because the pearls here are SO GOOD. Perfectly chewy, soft, slightly sweet boba! I tried the green tea Kit Kat smoothie and it tasted just like a green tea Kit Kat!!!!!! And I am someone who has eaten A LOT of those Kit Kat's. I do wish the matcha flavor was a little stronger, but it's mimicking a candy so that makes sense. I will definitely try more flavors! My friend and I greeted both of the workers. No response. Ordered my usual (that I get from Kapolei) Jasmine milk tea 75% sweetness mini boba & decided to get my husband the Twix crumble. She informed us they didn't have mini boba. That was fine. Got our drinks. My friend did not get hers with large boba like requested. When she told the older lady she asked for it, the lady rudely responded, "No, you no order boba." The younger girl looked at the cup and realized that my friend did order boba. She took the cup and added boba. She got her drink. No apologies, no speaking, no acknowledgement whatsoever. We were so disappointed. My drink was extremely bitter, as if she did not add any sweetness to it. My friend's drink was the exact same. My husband's Twix crumble tasted like it was just Twix mixed with ice, very diluted and lacked a creamy flavor of what we were expecting. My friend and I decided to go back in and ask if we could get our drinks a bit sweeter. She just finished handling a payment with a customer before us. She did not wash her hands prior to grabbing our cups. When she did grab our cups, she ripped open the lid, turned around, and apparently added sweetener. She then gave us back our cups (milk tea spilling out from our ripped cups into the tip jar). No napkins were given. Worst Teapresso experience ever. read more

This place is the only real boba place in the HK area...aside from Kokonuts- which is actually a great shave ice place that serves (sub par) boba. The tea here is what you would expect from your usually teapresso shop- but they don't have all of the menu items that their regular locations do. Prices are the same, and many of the top items are available. They do not (yet) offer rewards incentives for shopping- where as other shops usually do. First off, it's easy to miss the teapresso store front, because it is tucked in the corner of the Loco Moco (on the Petco side). You enter in the same door as Loco Moco and there's a counter immediately to the right when you walk in. I've been here a few times, and feel like the workers are still kind of "getting used to" the new place. In general, I'm just happy there's a boba place near home! read more

When I got my drink it looked good but right when I got out the door it leaked out of the side of the lid, it wasn't even the hand I used to open the door with. I thought ok no big deal I have napkins in the car. When I got to the car I wiped off the Thai tea on my fingers but my fingers were already stained orange! Now for the drink itself, I noticed there was a layer of clear liquid on the bottom, I'm guessing it's sugar so I stirred it and wow it wasn't the easiest liquid to mix in.
