Love their "for here" ware. I know their policy has changed about just hanging out at the Starbies....but get a "for here" beverage, they taste even better in the glassware. The place is still getting all their ducks in a row, but I have always had good service so far. AMBIANCE: Large seating area (I know not the usual) but great for doing school work or work-work. And very clean!! FOOD/BEV: Today (Feb 16,2025) we had a brown sug-cortado and a vanilla sweet cream (non-dairy) cold brew. So happy that have more non-dairy options. No belly aches for me!!!! This Starbucks location is normally my go to for pick up orders in the drive thru but after going inside for the first time today I wont be back. I took a seat after my order was placed granted I did have my back turned towards the pick up area but after maybe 7 minutes went by I never heard them call my name. I turn around my drink is ready on the counter. I waited patiently to ask for a straw while the workers were busy talking to eachother. Once they stopped talking 0 out of the 3 workers that were right in front of me bothered to ask if I needed something. They all just looked at me and then looked amongst eachother like I was bothering them. Mind you the girl that took my order was standing at the pick up counter I assumed she was leaving her apron was now off. So she knew that I had been there waiting on my drink. If I am standing there wouldn't atleast one of them ask if I need something? The guy working had a headset on and he was just looking at me with a stank face. I ask the girl I believe she had glasses on for a straw and instead of just helping me out and giving me one right then and there so I could leave she told me where the straws were. My fault for not knowing where they were, how does she have time to yap away with her coworkers yet can't attend to a customer for 2 seconds to give me a straw real quick? What a very annoying and frustrating way to start the day :) read more

Highland has a shiny new Starbucks! Woohoo! Located in the newly-developed Highland Crossroads Plaza and right across the street from Lowe's on Greenspot Road, this Starbucks location is among the best locations I've come across in a long time. It's situated for perfect freeway access right near the 5th Street off/on ramps on the 210 Freeway leading to Redlands. The plaza is still in development, with this location and Chipotle being the only stores open. However, soon Corky's, Stater Bros, Costco, Dave's Hot Chicken, Ono Hawaiian BBQ, and more will be keeping it company. This location opened just last week, so the wifey and I were really excited to pay a visit; as well as a little nervous. Both of the other Highland locations have been remodeled with alarming results. Most of the seating had been removed and all of the wall outlets to charge devices had been covered over. The resulting atmosphere was not conducive to work or study and very much projected an off-putting vibe. Walking into their Greenspot location, nothing could be further from the truth! First off, this is one of the roomiest Starbucks I've seen in quite a while. The lobby is airy and spacious with about a dozen tables as well as long desks and plenty of chairs. What's more, there are plenty of power outlets all over for people to use to settle down for some studying, collaboration or any other kind of work. I mentioned my delight about this to the manager on duty and she smiled and told me they very much intend for this location to be very community-focused. This is the way Starbucks started, after all! The lobby also featured two gender-neutral bathrooms which were not code-locked. The location also has a nice sizable outside patio on which to enjoy your selections in the warmer months of the year. All of this is well and good, but you might ask.... how are their drinks? Having been here twice I can say that the drinks my family and have ordered have been well-made and delicious every time. My first time here I ordered a Dragon Driink and the second, a Dirty Chai Latte. My wife ordered a White Mocha each time. They were never disappointing. They also had a plentiful selection of baked goods and grab-and-go food items. The music in the lobby was also at just the right volume, not as loud as it can be at other locations. Oh, and its drive-thru line is looooooooooooooong! It starts on the other side of the Corky's that's going in next door. Plenty of time to think about what you want to order. My only minor complaint so far is the drive-thru lane exits right in front of the store. This is similar to the Eureka/Stuart location in Redlands. The cars come out right near the front of the store where the handicapped parking spots are. It requires some situational awareness when pulling out of the parking spots. Very important to note is that the workers and baristas here were all very friendly and eager to help and make suggestions - always appreciated. Say what you will about Starbucks. Some people love them and others do not so much. Either way, this location is off to a strong start. It will be very interesting to see how the location evolves and holds up as the plaza it's in becomes more developed and busy. read more

This location is my go to for that evening fix of caffeinated flavored exuberance. Perfect for that pick me up fuel to enjoy the early evening with friends in the weekend. It has the longest drive thru ever that wraps around the shopping complex so that even if there is a line, you not blocking traffic in the middle of the street or entryway to the parking lot for peace of mind. read more

This location is a toss up, the weekend crew seems to be better than the during the week crew. On several occasions I've gotten half filled lattes which doesn't happen at the baseline location so I had to start going back there. read more

I given this place more than 5 times to get it right. Always ask for my coffee stirred and never is. Who doesn't stir their coffee in the morning?? there times I've asked for sugar and cream, only cream was added. now sipping on coffee grinds only half way through my cup. Come on guys it's the easiest order coffee cream and sugar nothing fancy and you still can't get it right. Smh. read more

I went to Starbucks to work on some personal things. I went to the counter to get a water and was declined to get one as it was new policy. I asked to pay for water and per policy Starbucks could not sell cups of water. I was upset and just sat down to do my work. Thirty minutes later I got asked to leave since I was a non paying customer. I said I wanted to pay but they didn't want to sell their product to me. Later on they said they had water bottles I could buy. I was so upset that I just left. This new policy or new store is ridiculous. There was only five people in the store and most had Stanley cups which meant they brought their drink. I felt very disappointed and will no longer be buying Starbucks. read more

I was kind of between 2-3 stars because there are people here that are good at what they do. There's a young guy (maybe Jacob or James?) who is super sweet and is always on it. Then there comes like half the other staff... I had a friend pick up some drinks for us and she kept getting weird looks and was told -quite rudely- to order a drink without ice next time because "it's easier". Quite frankly, if you're telling a CUSTOMER their order is wrong bc it's more difficult for you I think you need a different job. I've had personal encounters there with a young lady, both times I was served by her she was extremely rude (and one time even tried to embarrass me but telling me there was something in my hair - it was a bead holding tinsel in my hair). Also btw, I order a grande quad -blonde espresso- with oat milk, brown sugar, and vsc cold foam; I have them shake it with ice, then strain it out when they pour the drink (the ice takes up too much space tbh and I don't need it aside from making my drink cold) Ik I sound snobby, I promise it works . Anyways, apparently half the staff doesn't know what it means to strain ice and hates me when I ask them to do the simplest drink customization there is. Do better. read more

Unfortunately I cannot give this location less than 1 star but if it was possible I would. The worker who was taking orders at the drive thru this morning was very rude and extremely unprofessional when i asked for adjustments made for my coffee. I get the grande oat milk shaken espresso and it has 3 shots but i always adjust it to 2 and i kindly asked for that adjustment but was told very rudely it's made with 2 already. She even had an attitude when i asked for a water cup, something so simple. I knew the shots were wrong but wanted to double check so i asked another worker that was taking payments and handing out drinks and he confirmed it comes with 3 and asked the workers behind him to change the drink to 2 shots. The worker who took my order at the drive thru very loudly yelled i already said it comes with 2. Although another worker literally just confirmed it has 3. It isn't even about the drink at all it's about the customer service. She would've still made the drink right but it wasn't even about that anymore. This starbucks just opened and could be doing so well because it's on a mainstream street where people can go around doing many things and might want to stop by for a coffee except who would wants to stop somewhere they'll be disrespected and will have their day ruined. I have a lot of respect for workers who have to work with customers on the frontlines because that takes a lot of patience which as proved today not a lot of people have. The other worker who handed me my drink and asked for the shots to be changed was very kind and tried his best to make conversation to make the situation a little better so I'm very grateful for that but it was already too late to alleviate the situation. I know it doesn't mean much or anything at all but I won't be coming back to this location even if it was the last one open near me.
