The employee then told me to park in spot #3 and wait. Before pulling away, I asked if I could take the orange juice that was sitting right in front of her because I knew it was part of my order. She told me "No" and said they would bring everything out together. After waiting, the fat blond employee lady came out with only the Big Mac. I politely asked about the orange juice because my son had been waiting for it. She rolled her eyes, asked what size it was, and walked away with an attitude even after I showed her the receipt. We waited a long time just for the orange juice. When she finally returned, she claimed that I had not paid for everything I ordered. I showed her both receipts and explained that I had been charged twice. Instead of apologizing for the confusion, she continued to argue. At that point, I went inside with my son and spoke to the manager. I showed him both receipts and my bank transaction showing the charges. The manager remained calm and tried to resolve the situation, which I appreciated. However, the employee continued smirking and saying that I was being too loud, even though I was understandably upset after being accused of not paying for food that I clearly had paid for. What should have been a simple meal with my son turned into a frustrating experience because of poor customer service and unprofessional behavior. The manager handled the situation much better than the employee, but the overall experience was unacceptable. Based on this visit, I cannot recommend this location. Rating: honesty zero star
