I was told the digital photo would be emailed within the stated timeframe, but it never arrived. Timeline: 1. 1/25 at 12:30 PM: I called to follow up and was told to wait two more hours and call back if I still didn't receive it. 2. 1/25 at 2:56 PM: I called back and was told I needed to come in person. 3. I returned to the store,- same day of 1/25 only to be told the same information I was given earlier over the phone. I even asked and begged if I could just pay for a whole new set again to solve the issue. I was told that if the first set didn't go through, they would release the digital photo for the second attempt, and I provided a different email address just in case. 4. 1/26: Still no email (I checked inbox, spam, and trash). 5. 1/26 at 10:07 AM: I called again and was told to call back in a few hours. 6. 1/26 at 1:42 PM: I called back, was transferred three times, and ultimately was told to check spam and to come back to the store for a USB. When I returned the 1st time. I let the young lady know, I work long hours and can't keep coming back and forth in person with no resolution. That's why begged to pay for a 2nd set. At that point, I gave up. I was patient and respectful throughout every interaction, but the process was a constant back-and-forth with no real resolution, and there was no offer to refund the digital copy I paid for but never received. I'm sharing this because a simple request turned into multiple calls, transfers, and an unnecessary return trip. I hope the process gets cleaned up so other customers aren't sent in circles the way I was.

Unfortunately, after today's experience, I will not be returning. My husband and I stopped in while running errands because he wanted a drink. A man was standing in front of the fountain machine, so after he moved slightly, I asked him to check whether the Triple XXX flavor was available. My husband simply pushed the button and let a small amount come out to see if it was the actual flavor or just water, since we've experienced this location being out of syrup before. It was clear, so we left the machine and grabbed bottled water from the refrigerator. As we were paying, my husband casually mentioned to the young lady at the register that the Triple XXX machine was out of syrup. She explained that they hadn't received a shipment. At that point, the owner approached my husband and told him that he couldn't "just grab a cup" and that she would charge him for it. The problem? Neither of us touched a cup or took anything from the fountain area. The owner was essentially accusing us of taking something we didn't take. There are cameras throughout the store, and she could have easily reviewed them before making such an accusation. In fact, the gentleman standing at the machine was blocking the cups anyway. What bothered me most was the way she spoke to us--with an incredibly disrespectful and condescending attitude. We are regular customers who have spent plenty of money at this location, and there was absolutely no reason to approach us as if we were trying to steal something. It's not the fact that the machine was out of syrup or that we were unable to get the drink. Things happen. It was the unnecessary accusation and the disrespectful way we were treated by the owner. After being a loyal customer and coming here several times a week, I'm extremely disappointed. Customer service and respect go a long way, and unfortunately, we received neither today.
