Passport Photo "Digital Copy" Runaround On January 25, 2026 at 10:40 AM, I purchased a set of two printed passport photos and also requested (and paid for) the digital copy. I was told the digital photo would be emailed within the stated timeframe, but it never arrived. Timeline: 1. 1/25 at 12:30 PM: I called to follow up and was told to wait two more hours and call back if I still didn't receive it. 2. 1/25 at 2:56 PM: I called back and was told I needed to come in person. 3. I returned to the store,- same day of 1/25 only to be told the same information I was given earlier over the phone. I even asked and begged if I could just pay for a whole new set again to solve the issue. I was told that if the first set didn't go through, they would release the digital photo for the second attempt, and I provided a different email address just in case. 4. 1/26: Still no email (I checked inbox, spam, and trash). 5. 1/26 at 10:07 AM: I called again and was told to call back in a few hours. 6. 1/26 at 1:42 PM: I called back, was transferred three times, and ultimately was told to check spam and to come back to the store for a USB. When I returned the 1st time. I let the young lady know, I work long hours and can't keep coming back and forth in person with no resolution. That's why begged to pay for a 2nd set. At that point, I gave up. I was patient and respectful throughout every interaction, but the process was a constant back-and-forth with no real resolution, and there was no offer to refund the digital copy I paid for but never received. I'm sharing this because a simple request turned into multiple calls, transfers, and an unnecessary return trip. I hope the process gets cleaned up so other customers aren't sent in circles the way I was. read more

Pharmacy is getting worse and worse, understaffed and rude, waited 2 days for an antibiotic, on phone for over 40 minutes trying to find out where medication was, they were out of medication but did not inform me, no one picks up the phone. When I finally got to pick it up pharmacist is on a break and wouldn't release to me. Will no longer be my pharmacy to have meds sent to. read more

If you can use a different pharmacy. It is concerning to not have staff with no education in the drugs and medications they dispense. I only use this site because they are down the street and every time is it hell. Last time I got my vitamin D and the tech was so confused when I asked what was prescribed the D3 or D2 because one is preferred by plan and one isn't. I paid cash since it is cheap . The next is my Zepbound for obesity prior auth complete they didn't know how to bill my primary insurance quoting type 2 diabetes. If you are going to inform a patient please be correct about the right drug and indication. Lilly makes both Zepbound and mounjaro but one is approved for type 2 and the other is OSA and obesity. Tech looked so confused when I handed a manufacturer copay card and the tells my doctor they can't do it without a type 2 diabetes indication when it is from the Zepbound website they would need to have used the obesity which I am using it for or the OSA. It's concerning and I hope other patients are more taken care of than this that actually have life threatening conditions saw a patient had to pay out of pocket for sick child and they couldn't figure out her insurance . Living is expensive now and if pharmacies can't figure out insurance they should be trained . If you don't accept the insurance then inform the patient I'm sorry we don't take this or don't know how to do it and let them go elsewhere read more

This particular pharmacist apparently think that He has to question the doctors prescribing certain meditation as though He is the doctors supervisor and has to approve the doctors decisions. Doctors prescribe certain meditations that also work for other things. He refused to Fill IT because He said its not intended for headache Or migraine. I have been taking these for the past 5 years. I had a pituitary tumor that cause ME to have constant headache / migraine for the past 25 years so this medication is the only one that relieves the pain. Athough IT is intended for something else IT does work to relieve the pain. Like other medication Researchers found out that they are also good for something else. Now this particular pharmacist does not even know my history but still decided not to fill the doctors prescription and leaving ME without any medication when I a.m completely out. No person should have that much control ON ones life preventing them from taking their medication and at the same time undermine the doctors position. His job is to fill prescription from the doctor not question his authority. He said " IM a doctor too" ! You sir are a doctor OF pharmacy not a Medical doctor. Stick to your degree. read more

I am so grateful for this location. On 11/10/2023 I came late to the pharmacy to get meds after my surgery. I was close to closing time and they still helped me and I was scared I would have to go back to the ER. I just had my gallbladder taken out and they made sure I had my medicine so I would sleep last night. To the 2 nice lady's and young man that worked last night. You are a life saver. Local pharmacy, staff is friendly and helpful. They always seem to be a little understaffed in the pharmacy department as it takes quite a while for the drive thru as well as the inside line at the pharmacy. Other than that they have most items, snacks and foods you'd expect at a local Walgreens and the store is usually clean and quiet. read more

The pharmacy area needs to be desperately cleaned. How gross is this floor? Plus there's always only one person at the cash register and it always takes longer than necessary to ring items up. Otherwise, nice that I'm able to drop items off for fedex, even that at times takes a long time because of the minimal amount of employees. So sad to see how most companies run their business and only care about profit and risk customer service and cleanliness 10/22/22 this place is a joke. You wait hours in line at the pharmacy inside or drive thru. Then if you call you wait over an hour and half, someone picks up tells you to hang on then you get hung up on. The worst! Made appointment to get flu vaccine. Got to store five minutes early. Checked in on QR code as sign in pharmacy says, waited ten minutes, nothing. Checked in again on QR code informed I was already checked in. Waited twenty more minutes and told pharmacy technician to cancel my appointment. Made appointment following day, on line again because pharmacy technician told me that is only way to make appointment and walk ins for flu vaccine not allowed. Exact same thing happened again. When asked technician what was the issue she gave me some rude response under her breath. Hint go to Albertsons pharmacy across the street on Boulder and Baseline. I've been in the pharmacy industry for 30+ years and I've had enough of these chain pharmacies and their lack of customer care. I blame their corporate for not increasing staff as needed. Also, for not instilling in their staff some type of integrity. I called this location on Thursday and was on hold for over 1.5 hours with no one ever picking up my call. The hold recording even did the countdown from "there are 3 plus calls ahead of you" down to "one call ahead of you" and finally please hold. I'm assuming they closed for lunch and left whatever calls on hold as they walked away. So, I called back Friday morning inquiring if they had Mounjaro 5mg in stock. I failed to get their name, as they told me they had 1 box left of the injectable. I asked if they had the 7.5 or 10mg and was told no. Only the 5mg. That she would process and keep it on hold for me pending my insurance and mfg discount card. I showed up at 4pm and was told they haven't had 5mg in stock, that in fact they only had 2.5mg and 7.5mg and 10mg available in stock. WTF! I rushed after work to get there and only to find out I was lied to. No way to have my doctor call in a new strength at this time of day. Then when I asked who took my order I was told the system doesn't track it. Yes it does. Continued lies from this pharmacy. In fact it's like this at all Walgreens. I was able to get my med filled and processed at a small mom and pop pharmacy within 15 minutes of leaving walgreens. Jfyi. It takes a pharmacy 15 minutes to process and fill a prescription if no issues with your order or insurance. Which is 90% of the time. This is how Walgreens and chain pharmacies fail the community by being understaffed and having no care for patients. No accountability. They could care less. 30+ years as a pharmacy tech order entry and filing meds, including billing agent and manager and consultant for retail and ltc pharmacies. I know how things work. read more

All I can say at this point is they really screwed me up. Even when I tried to leave they ended up screwing me up in my future prescriptions at a new pharmacy. The customer service here is TRASH. I went to print pictures at 8pm. I showed the cashier that I had my own cord to print my pictures. She never said we're unable to print your pictures tonight. All she said okay. After I went through the trouble of editing my pictures. A lady came by I asked her to print my pictures. She said your gonna have to come back in the morning. I don't live near here. I can't come back in the morning. She had this disgusted look on her face. Well I don't know to tell you. Wow! Great customer service. The pharmacy at Highland and Del Rosa closed early (they are supposed to be open 24 hours) because they didn't have staff and refused to give me a prescription that I had waited over an hour for in line (they told me this at 8:39pm) - phoned in by the doctor earlier in the day. I have a kidney infection and I am on an immunosuppressant so I don't have an immune system. The pharmacist told me to go to the Walgreens pharmacy at Baseline and Boulder in Highland. I got there just as they were closing at 9:00pm and THAT pharmacist was kind enough to fill the prescription. read more

Decent store but the pharmacy is awful! They have a long line to pick up/drop off prescriptions at all hours of the day so expect to wait 25+ mins to do what you went for. Also prescriptions are almost always back ordered and it takes DAYS to get your medication. I don't understand how this is possible? Both times I've needed my medication immediately to treat my illness and they told me it won't be in for days. How do they expect people to go DAYS without the care they need? And then not offer any sort of consolation for the trouble they have caused on top of that! Awful service. read more

I've waited in line up to an hour trying to pick up prescriptions. They promote a new fast service at their pick up counter. But that sign has been there for over a year. Tom the pharmacist gets the store it's 5 Stars. He is very professional and helpful. You can tell he genuinely cares. During my wait I saw him go above and beyond with myself and 2 other customers. He is very knowledgeable and you can tell he takes pride in his job. I felt like I was getting the run around with the Walgreens by my house. I called this location and Tom was able to take care of the issue right away. I had my baby's prescription in less than an hour from the time I called. The other store told me they wouldn't know if they could fill the prescription til the next day. How do you not know what your company carries?! I Routinely wait a solid hour to just pickup my RX that has already been prepared. It doesn't matter if it's inside the store , waiting at the drive through. It's doesn't matter the day or time , it's always an ordeal. Pre-Covid this was an issue as well.
