So I live in the mountains and wanted to make sure they had a product that I needed there before I made the trip. The first lady that answered the phone was nice and respectful. So I don't know whoever that picked up the phone the second time after being on hold even knew my situation, but she was rude as F*** towards me and had noooooo customer service phone skills. She kept saying, "huh". Not polite at all, she was pushy like I was wasting her time. Get someone else in there that takes pride in their job. That was such a downer!! They lie told me 25 min for prescription and then came back in 30 min and no prescription. Really they took there time while I sat and waited then they come back up to the front 1hr later and say they don't have that pill in that mg so they can double it I say ok that's fine then they tell me 20 min later they can't do that and that I have to go somewhere else. Horrible customer service never coming back here go across the street to CVS. read more

This pharmacy is completely dishonest! When I tried to pick up my prescription the idiot pharmacist told me my health care does not cover the medicine my doctor had prescribed. I was in ridiculous pain and just wanted to get my medication and get out of there so I paid for it out of my pocket. This was yesterday, Sunday and my health care providers pharmacy help line was closed so I could not call them to find out what was going on until today. When I called this morning they told me, yes my medicine is covered under my health care; I honestly wonder if the person who rang me up just pocketed the extra money or if they have tried to scam other people out of money also! Don't shop at the Walgreens pharmacy unless you also want to be scammed!!! read more

I like coming to this Walgreens because it's close to my house. I sometimes get pictures developed here and it's supposed to be one-hour photo but they usually can develop your pictures in a few minutes, which is really convenient. This Walgreens is pretty spacious, clean, and organized. read more

I went to Walgreen"s to pick up some meds. I went to see how the drive up window looked and there was only two cars in line so I thought. This should be fast. Well 20 minutes later and about 10 cars behind me. I finally got to the window. I asked what had taken so long and the employer said they had to fill an order. I said that its ridiculous that they fill orders while at the window. Usually ordering prescriptions take about 20 or more. What kind of sense is this. I asked to speak to the manager and she said it's not meant for speed but for convenience. Well it was not for convenience for me cus after a few minutes I was stuck and could not back out. Needless to say I will be looking for another pharmacy. There is too much competition to have to put up with incompetence. read more

Henry the pharmacist was INCREDIBLY helpful to me! He was willing and able to look up my insurance coverage, since I forgot to bring the correct insurance card. When we found out my insurance wouldn't cover my prescription right away, he helped me find a way around at a very low cost. He also helped me figure out the right syringes to use. The whole time he was very nice and knowledgeable, and made me feel assured. Thanks! read more

I called in advance asking to have my fed ex package held there, as I couldn't drive there during the week. When I arrived, they didn't hold my package, and it was sent back to fed ex in Ontario. There was even a note written down saying to hold the package, and it was not held anyways. Had to drive 3 hours to the location too just to be let down. Completely Unacceptable. read more

If you look at many of the other reviews, for example, 08/24/20 Cilla W. she must have got Mary or the other cranky pharmacy tech that thinks she is almighty powerful. They are so unhelpful and inflexible. They think they know everything, and they can't make a mistake. The young pharmacy staff that serve customers are great, especially Yuri, who is also smart and customer oriented. They are pleasant, and responsible, but they have their hands tied behind their back, because they are managed by incompetent pharm techs. In fact, Yuri is the only one other than Henry(who is not there anymore), that understands there is a problem in the system, and has the ability to explain it to the head pharmacist. If I could give this store a minus 10, I would, but one star is the minimum allowed on Yelp. I have tried numerous times to catch up with the pharmacy manager Tom, but have not been successful with multiple visits. The pharmacy does not have the correct information from SilverScript for my Employer Prescription Drug Plan, but they treat me like I am out of my mind when I tell them it is not correct, and they continuously say, it is not us, it is your insurance, which is CVS/Caremark and SilverScripts. This has happened for 5 years in a row. Well if the same problem happens every years for 5 years in a row, obviously I am an idiot for trying to get the problem corrected. Whose responsibility is it to fix my problem? Walgreens says that they have no power to fix it, it is a SilverScript Insurance problem. SilverScript calls Walgreens, and they fix it for one month for one prescription at a time, and then they make me fight every time for the last 6 months of the year when I have met my MOOP. I get them to call the Insurance program, and the insurance tells them I am correct. They override the system for a one time solution. I get the Insurance Company on my phone and they say that they will fix it, and then the pharmacy will not answer their phone. Then they call the store manager on me for raising my voice because I am letting all the other customers know that I am not happy and that the pharmacy is wrong and that they lie, and the store manager orders me out of the store. When the pharmacy technician finds out that she is wrong, she accuses me of being rude and determines that she has the power to choose not to fill our prescriptions any more, and refuses after incorrectly filling some prescriptions and falsely charging my account. Yep, that is what a brilliant customer service agent does these days, causes the business to lose a contact worth $55,000 prescription drug retail market charges. Not that it is true that the pharmacy pays that much, but that is what they put on the print out to the Insurance company. SilverScript Insurance is a very poorly managed company, and they falsely represent what they offer. Walgreens prints receipts and says that my Insurance saved me thousands of $'s, which is only if you overcharge for medication. The "Certified Store Manager" Eric Bomhart has such poor management skills that his solution is to throw an upset, disgusted, loud dissatisfied customer out of the store and threaten a little old lade, because I have proven that store is wrong and this whole time I do know what I was talking about. This manager does not know how to manage. If he did, he would have taken me to a separate place, calmed me down, listened to what I had to say instead of yelling at me and talking over me, and solved the problem. Sadly very disappointed in the quality of prints from the photo center. This is the second time I've ordered and the second time I got all of my prints back with smeared edges. There was a large amount of time In between instances and figured the first time was just a mishap but I was wrong. I ordered almost 300 photos after a huge 9 state road trip and almost have smeared edges. I know now that even the promo codes are worth getting the photos printed here. I only spent about $35 for all and next day pick up but next time I'll be look into different options. read more

The pharmacy in undermanned, unprofessional and Very Slow. You must wait in line 10 + minutes just to drop off your prescription. .. The drop off window is apparently permanently closed and you have to get in the pick up line to drop off !! There are many other places out there ! Lots of competition and I'll start looking for it soon !! read more

I have got to give this Walgreens serious props. I was passing through Highland & stopped here. As I was sitting in my car preparing my shopping list, I saw a customer exit the store looking through her bags. As soon as she turned around to return back to the store, a clerk was coming out of Walgreens with the customer's "obvious accidentally left behind" phone in her hand graciously extending it to the customer. Wow, what a kind gesture; the clerk went out of her way to exit the store to help a customer when some clerks would have done otherwise. I then went into the store with my long list of items & confusion over where to start. Another kind clerk/Aid in cosmetics came over to help me & was so informative. She walked me to each aisle locating my items. She not only explained my products to me but gave me additional info on other great products equal to & possibly alternative choices for me to try someday. She was also aware of other persons that came in after me should they need help. She proceeded to check me out after 1st asking me if I had a Walgreens card & then gave me a W balance reward card. I definitely had to call this Walgreens back and ask the names of each clerk because I found them to be extremely customer oriented. The 1st clerk returning the phone was named Jeanette and my very attentive, kind Cosmetic Clerk was Miriam. I will surely return to this Walgreens, the Location is also very nice. read more

I use this store mainly for pictures so that is what my review is for. I like that I can choose pictures from my Walgreens app and send them to be printed the same day. There have been many issues with the printer. I've been printing pictures here for years and I would say there is in an issue 2/3rds of the time. I appreciate the manager with darker hair who used to work in photo. She is awesome and truly cares about staff. I cannot say the same for some of the others who work the registers, they seem to not be very friendly. Overall I will continue to print here but not if I'm in a hurry. read more

I very much like this wal greens, for everything! Their pharmacy is good, most staff there are pleasant, competent and efficient. I've always loved how great they are to pick up ANYTHING, Meds, vitamins, candy, you name it! Also, I have a balance rewards card so you get better deals as well as rewards every once in awhile (when you rack up enough points) I also just recently started using their photo, I can create them online, then come in to pick up in an hr, never a bad price and they are always beautiful! I really like this place. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I use it mainly for the pharmacy, but I use it for gifts, too, oddly enough, because they carry interesting items at good prices. I've also gotten my pictures printed off my phone at their photo kiosk. They even have the cord! That was really convenient. It's clean and bright, and I just really like it. read more

You can get all kinds of immunizations, make up, and photos all at the same spot. Most photos can be done in a few minutes or an hour at the most. The beauty advisors also have coupons sometimes so make sure you ask! read more

I come to this Walgreens often for many different reasons. There is one visit that stands out. My son told me a couple of hours before school that he needed a picture to go with a project due that day. Of course being last minute I was scrambling to think of how we were going to do this. I took a picture of what he needed on my iPhone and through the snapfish app I uploaded it and sent it to Walgreens 1 hour photo to be printed up where we would swing by on the way to school and pick it up. What I didn't think of was Walgreens opened only 45 mins before his school bell rang so there really wasn't time for Walgreens to get their photo machine up and running plus print the pic. We waited as long as we could at Walgreens but I had to get him to school. I was shocked when the manager asked what school my son went to and his name and offered to have someone drop the pictures off at the school office as soon as they were done. Now that's what I call customer service!! My son got to school on time and his pictures were delivered to his school office in time for his assignment. Nobody delivers service like that anymore. The service at the pharmacy in this store has really deteriorated recently. In the latest case, I came in this morning (on a weekday) to drop off a prescription and was told the wait time would be 20 mins, came back an hour later and was told that they were still "working on it" and it would take another 20 mins. This is not the first time this has happened here recently, just the latest. If you're in a hurry, go elsewhere. read more
