The medical assistant Yoseli has helped me every time to get comfortable in the treatment room and has asked me about all my concerns with compassion and patience. She has a great smile that would brighten anyone's day! I have been helped by almost everyone here, and every single person has been awesome. I came one day for a Diamond Glow facial and was helped by Vanessa. She's so kind, and really takes the time to help you figure out what your concerns are and how to accomplish your goals. The facial was so relaxing, and she makes the environment calming and safe, I almost fell asleep! For all of my actives and injections, I see Jessica. Jessica will forever be my go-to person. Since she's a nurse practitioner, not only does she have the knowledge about everything skin related and medical, but she has that compassion that is ingrained in all nurses. She has transformed me, it is absolutely shocking the difference she has made in me. Not only has she helped me achieve my skin goals, but she has also helped instill in me the confidence that I have been chasing for years in myself. It's kind of unbelievable that this is the first review for this place! My sister had bought a face moisturizer and it felt amazing on her skin so decided to try some products out for myself. I have oily/combination skin so I bought the "Balancing Regimen" it consists of a face wash, face polish, toner, and moisturizer. I also purchased their eye cream, lip scrub, lip balm, and hydrating body butter for my daughter who has eczema. I've only used the face/lip products twice so far and oh my god! Here's some of the things i noticed: 1) everything smells AMAZING!! 2) there's no need to pack product onto your face, a little goes a longgg way! ( the first time I used to much and I noticed my skin felt kinda sticky so I reduced the amount I used the second time and had no issues) 3) each product leaves your face feeling so smooth and soft and hydrated almost immediately, and without any residual sticky or greasiness as long as you don't over do it 4) my dark eye bags have already visibly lightened already 5) even after just two uses my face has a nice bright glow and feels moisturized without being oily! Normally I get pretty oily in my t-zone within just a few hours into the day, and it's now 6hr since I washed my face and I'm currently completely oil free! 6) the lip scrub and balm are a magic duo of you have any type of dehydration in your lips, instant moisture and softness and the balm is still sooooo lightweight, again a little goes a long way type of product 7) pricing is pretty fair for the quality of products you are getting, they are cheaper than most luxury name brand products but more pricey than drug store products obviously. They do offer a first time buyer discount code if you use their website and sign up for emails, highly recommend that if you are on the edge about ordering do to pricing. Once your actually use the product I think you'll agree it's worth the costs! I'm going to keep using these products twice a day for the next two weeks before I decide if I'm set in stone on keeping this skin routine, but so far I am verrryyyyy impressed and hopeful that I've finally found the perfect products for my skin!

I was told the digital photo would be emailed within the stated timeframe, but it never arrived. Timeline: 1. 1/25 at 12:30 PM: I called to follow up and was told to wait two more hours and call back if I still didn't receive it. 2. 1/25 at 2:56 PM: I called back and was told I needed to come in person. 3. I returned to the store,- same day of 1/25 only to be told the same information I was given earlier over the phone. I even asked and begged if I could just pay for a whole new set again to solve the issue. I was told that if the first set didn't go through, they would release the digital photo for the second attempt, and I provided a different email address just in case. 4. 1/26: Still no email (I checked inbox, spam, and trash). 5. 1/26 at 10:07 AM: I called again and was told to call back in a few hours. 6. 1/26 at 1:42 PM: I called back, was transferred three times, and ultimately was told to check spam and to come back to the store for a USB. When I returned the 1st time. I let the young lady know, I work long hours and can't keep coming back and forth in person with no resolution. That's why begged to pay for a 2nd set. At that point, I gave up. I was patient and respectful throughout every interaction, but the process was a constant back-and-forth with no real resolution, and there was no offer to refund the digital copy I paid for but never received. I'm sharing this because a simple request turned into multiple calls, transfers, and an unnecessary return trip. I hope the process gets cleaned up so other customers aren't sent in circles the way I was.
