I had a few questions about the menu, and while the baristas were friendly, one of them wasn't able to answer everything I was curious about. I was also recommended to try the matcha without honey, with the suggestion that if I really liked the quality of the matcha, it would be best enjoyed on its own. Unfortunately, the matcha wasn't quite what I was hoping for. It mostly tasted like milk with only a faint hint of matcha, so the flavor felt a bit too subtle for my taste. My mom ordered one of their pour-overs, though, and she really seemed to enjoy it. It had a bold, rich coffee flavor that she appreciated. Based on our experience, I think I'd stick to ordering coffee here next time instead of the matcha. I'd like to add that there is a lot of fresh bread and food selections made by local vendors inside the market that would go great with the coffee. I did enjoy the calm and clean atmosphere of the store. Overall my experience was pleasant.
