Soo many options to choose from donuts to ice cream And drinks and still had many donuts when we came in around 12pm. Prices are decent. I got the blue berry fritter. I took a piece of the side just for the Crumbl and it was pretty good. The blueberry flavor wasn't as strong as I wished. But when I got home to finish it the middle was not cooked at all. Sooo I just threw it away. It was good. Place was clean and staff was great but hopefully next time the donut is cooked

I've been coming to Donut Town for 5 years now. They are successful because they do it RIGHT! No shortcuts and they use quality ingredients! You can taste the love and time they put into all their goodies. The owners Tom and Angela are the sweetest couple ever and I've had the pleasure of meeting one of their sons George too. He sometimes works at the Donut shop as well. All three of them are so friendly and welcoming . It always feels like visiting family when we walk through the doors. The inside and outside are so well maintained. As they take a lot of pride in their establishment! This is seriously the only Donut shop I enjoy. The Donuts are always fresh and stay fresh for days. They use clean oil @ Donut town. I've never had acid reflux or heartburn as I usually do with other donut shops. So if you haven't tried them out your seriously missing out. I most definitely recommend this small mom and pop shop. They bring smiles and happy tummies everyday! I wish Donut Town much success but they really don't need it because the Donuts speak for themselves!!!

A man was standing in front of the fountain machine, so after he moved slightly, I asked him to check whether the Triple XXX flavor was available. My husband simply pushed the button and let a small amount come out to see if it was the actual flavor or just water, since we've experienced this location being out of syrup before. It was clear, so we left the machine and grabbed bottled water from the refrigerator. As we were paying, my husband casually mentioned to the young lady at the register that the Triple XXX machine was out of syrup. She explained that they hadn't received a shipment. At that point, the owner approached my husband and told him that he couldn't "just grab a cup" and that she would charge him for it. The problem? Neither of us touched a cup or took anything from the fountain area. The owner was essentially accusing us of taking something we didn't take. There are cameras throughout the store, and she could have easily reviewed them before making such an accusation. In fact, the gentleman standing at the machine was blocking the cups anyway. What bothered me most was the way she spoke to us--with an incredibly disrespectful and condescending attitude. We are regular customers who have spent plenty of money at this location, and there was absolutely no reason to approach us as if we were trying to steal something. It's not the fact that the machine was out of syrup or that we were unable to get the drink. Things happen. It was the unnecessary accusation and the disrespectful way we were treated by the owner. After being a loyal customer and coming here several times a week, I'm extremely disappointed. Customer service and respect go a long way, and unfortunately, we received neither today.

A barista acknowledged they were aware of the issue but said they didn't have access to the router or anything to fix it. If this location wants to attract remote workers and people staying for a while, I'd recommend looking into the Wi-Fi reliability. It made what should have been a productive visit much more frustrating. The staff was polite, but the overall experience could definitely be improved.

As I asked questions about menu items, the employee appeared visibly annoyed, repeatedly rolling her eyes, shaking her head, and giggling while I was speaking. Her behavior made me feel as though my questions were an inconvenience. After taking our order, she began slamming doors, equipment, and machines while preparing our items. Her actions and demeanor made it seem as though she was angry that we were there. When our order was ready, she placed the items on the counter and walked away without saying anything. I had to ask if the order was ours because there was no communication from her. When I politely asked for her name, she responded, "Bye, I don't have to give you my name," and walked away. I found this response unprofessional and disrespectful. The entire interaction left both my daughter and me feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. I have visited Jamba Juice many times in the past, but this experience was unlike any I have had before. I hope this matter is addressed so that future customers are treated with the courtesy, professionalism, and respect they deserve.
