Best one in the area. People are always nice and friendly. They always seem to have good staffing, so mobile orders are quick. They do a good job with their ratios (meaning, I'm not getting coffee that has way too much milk or way too much sugar). They also always understand "extra ice". Sometimes I order extra ice and get one extra ice cube. This place always fills it to the brim - how I like my iced coffee. The coffee is always pretty strong too and not "watered down". Inside is always clean. Parking lot is sufficient - always a spot. Great location! read more

The Starbucks at North Morristown is a 5 star. Everything about this Starbucks is pitch perfect. The parking is ample and safe. The location has wide and panoramic window views. Inside the tables are well laid out, taken care of and spaced apart. The ones against the wall have cushion seats. Starbucks staff here was extremely polite, friendly and on-point. They wore masks. I came here as a sort of Yelp! tester, to see how this franchise would be. The first thing that happened when I came in from the storm - was that a female barista asked me 'How are you doing?' (WOW - - when is the last time any barista at a Starbucks even talked to you!?). The coffee behind the employees kept hissing and steaming as I spoke with them indicating how hot and pressurized the Java was, that would be then poured out. Even the bakery items were full and ready to be sold, at like 7:20pm. This memorable visit to the Morristown North Starbucks was well worth a few bucks and the digs were cozy! All in all this Starbucks is top-notch (other branch managers take note). They displayed white paper cut outs of snow, hanging on the ceiling. The coffee was perfect and delicious. I usually come here every time I'm in town... this was the first time the barista openly made fun of my drink the I ordered and then said it loud enough for a customer to laugh too and I didn't think that was appropriate. Very frustrating trip to Starbucks. I mobile ordered 2 caramel macchiatos and when I got back to my car I saw there was 0 caramel drizzle on top. I went back and asked they add some drizzle to the top, as that is kind of what makes the drink. Since this is COVID times they are unable to take it back so they had to make new ones. I asked they add a little whipped cream as well. The second round I received had half the drink missing (see picture) no whip cream and the smallest drizzle ever I feel stupid complaining about this because it's petty I love other Starbucks- but I can never get a good drink at this location- and these were $10 so I think asking for the correct drink isn't too much to ask. read more

Love my neighborhood Starbucks! I've been coming here since they opened a few years ago and always have a great experience. I come here to grab whole beans, a coffee to go, or sometime later sit down to work. I never have an issue finding an open outlet but sometimes there's a bit of a wait before one of those tables open up. I only wish the outlets weren't so worn out already. The metal prongs easily pop out as there's so grip left in the outlet to keep it in. Maintenance may want to get that checked out but in the meantime just double check that your laptop is, in fact, charging. read more

One strong, independent latte comin' up! With their new location in Cedar Knolls, I am certainly satisfied as this is less than a quarter mile away from my office. Set up in the Shoprite chopping center, this little shop is convenient for those on the go in the morning before you would hit the highway or just a nice little stop off at lunch, giving you a coffee option with whatever lunch items you picked up within the ShopRite. Gives you a real chance to grab some food and reenergize before heading back to work. The only downside to this location is that they really should have thought about putting in a drive-thru window as I would certainly stop there more often it a quick side road from Hanover Ave. With the programming on the stoplight at the corner, it's a little inconvenient to stop in during rush hour and try to get back on the road in a timely manner. Looks like they'll be plopping in one more store next to Starbucks shortly. read more

Not even a grande. So I have to check my drink before I leave now? Starbucks is not cheap by any means. I can only afford to go once in a while as treat for myself. Another new Starbucks in town. This one is at ShopRite store, accompanied with SportClip, UPS, etc. It directly competes with ShopRite in-store coffee shop. As all,new stores, it is very clean and neat. The traffic is much lighter than Starbucks in Morristown Green. However, wait until the new shopping center opens. Regarding the coffee, it is worth $5 at all. OK, Starbucks is known to creat weird American innovation on coffee, whatever it is called. But the pumpkin spicy latte here does not even meet the Starbucks' standard. I can not taste anything other can the overwhelming sweetness, and a little artificial flavor. Starbucks is my go to place for speciality drinks. From the fruity drinks such as the black tea mango lemonade to the frappuccino's such as the java chip frap. There is such a wide variety and they are always coming up with something new. They have potato chips and popcorn which taste better than any brand I've had. I love how there are also healthy options as well such as yogurts and parfaits. The environment is very mellow so when I have homework it's a great place to come. I work closed by and have been to this SB for a few times to grab coffee. I have to say my experience with the staffs here is less than good. I seldom get any smile or a simple thank you when I make purchase or pick up my drink at the counter. Sometime they just left my drink at the counter without letting me know it was ready. With not many coffee place in walking distance, I probably will still go there. Hopefully I will be welcome once I become their regular. read more

I must have hit this store at the wrong time because ... What a mess. The line was incredibly long when I got there and I was in a rush so I dropped a mobile order and sat down to catch up on my email really quick. There was one barista taking orders and lining up cups (there must have been 11 order sitting waiting). The second barista was on the phone with the manager trying to get a corporate card to go through (not 100% sure, but based on my eavesdropping that's what I heard). Third barista casually strolls through the door with his headphones in, like he has all the time in the world, goes into the back, comes out and stands there. Then says "I'm going to listen to music while I make this" and starts to make an order. Mine was next and since it was mobile, my order details are clearly printed on the sticker attached to the cup. I ordered a cold brew with 1 pump SFV & a little room (not difficult). He didn't add my SFV and didn't leave me any room.... So confused. It's printed right on the cup. Terrible. Just started drinking coffee two weeks ago and the wife and I stop in now nearly daily. Clean, fast and delicious. We almost exclusively use the mobile order since we live a few blocks away in town.
