Even though it was packed, we managed to get two seats by the windows, they had two fun games to play to keep them entertained! I can't wait to try a flight next time!

Is it possible to post that no loud calls are permitted? In NY there are coffee shops with no tech allowed, I wouldn't want that as many times I bring my computer here, sit by the window, work and enjoy my coffee. perhaps boundaries can be made: go outside and make calls? On a positive note, the decor was lovely and very autumn-inspired, which got me excited to try their seasonal menu. However, the experience went downhill from there. When it was my turn to order, the young lady behind the counter offered no greeting, not even a simple hello, and just looked at me until I spoke. I ordered a seasonal pistachio maple latte and was surprised by the price. I have never paid $8.96 for a standard drink with zero modifications, and given the lackluster customer service, that price felt especially high. Even though there were no other customers behind me and four employees behind the counter, it took about 10 minutes to receive my drink. With the staff there was far more chatting than working, including one staff member sitting on the side of the counter with a laptop, making it hard to tell he even worked there. The drink itself was decent, but not memorable enough to justify the wait or the price. Between the slow service, high cost, and street-only parking, I am in no rush to return.

I absolutely loved the idea and the overall vibe of the cafe. That said, we came specifically for coffee and mochi donuts, and unfortunately those fell a bit short. The coffee was just okay, and the mochi donuts weren't great - ours tasted on the staler side, which was disappointing. Overall, I really think this place has a lot of potential. The service is great and the concept is very unique for this area, and with some improvements to the quality and freshness of the food and drinks, it could easily become a go-to spot. Worth checking out for the aesthetic, but I'm hoping the menu catches up to how cool the space is.
