I stood there for a while and finally someone came up to the coffee counter and asked if I needed anything. I said I was simply just waiting for my online order that I placed over a half hour ago. He went over to his computer and printed it out and got started on it but doesn't really give me a lot of confidence in placing online orders in the future. Even though there were no other customers behind me and four employees behind the counter, it took about 10 minutes to receive my drink. With the staff there was far more chatting than working, including one staff member sitting on the side of the counter with a laptop, making it hard to tell he even worked there. The drink itself was decent, but not memorable enough to justify the wait or the price. Between the slow service, high cost, and street-only parking, I am in no rush to return.
