Now this Starbucks looks fine - lots of sitting spaces, reasonable clean, etc. But of the two baristas on duty on Sunday December 15 at about 6 pm were apparently annoyed I alerted them to the fact there was no toilet paper in the bathroom while they had no customers they were serving. They came up with all sorts of reasons not to help - until they felt like it. The only proper and appropriate response was to cordially apologize for the unpleasant inconvenience, then assure me they'd handle it right away. Then do it. Instead, this: First they tried treating me like an imbecile - "well did you try the other bathroom?" Then they brushed me off with the tacit implication they'd "get to it". Now I'm not usually a crusty guy but because of their failure to ensure there was toilet paper in there - I was. So I kindly assured them I would like to use the paper now. I should be thankful they did rip some Starbucks napkins out of the dispenser and hand them to me. They seemed stunned, however, that I needed them to attend to this presently - as though I was being peevishly demanding. Should I go home to wipe? Is that what they expected? Blithely unaware of any pressing need on my part to wipe my a**, they assured me that only they were able to replace the toilet paper after they declined to hand me a new roll so I could install it myself. It was a Sunday night. There was no customers at the counter. No one at the drive through. but as I stood there with the unstated need to complete dropping a log tout de suite (there's a limit to how much more information I had to provide to finally persuade them to do their job), do you know why the one barista couldn't attend to this issue? The one with headset clearly ranked too high so ignored me first. It was other one whose humiliating act resulted in this review. So this is the obnoxious response of the other espresso jerk (it's like a soda jerk - that's a pun; I'm sure if he was home with his family demanding toilet paper, he'd act faster but i digress) I was made to wait and like it because Java slinger 2 just HAD to wipe a coffee machine DOWN nice and SLOW. I'm watching. He demonstrated his he could care less. Maybe he was ironically signaling how nice I'd file being able to slowly, fastidiously wipe like that. No - the only reason was to show me to my face he'd act on this when he was good and ready. And I didn't say a word because he had me by the beans. This is an acceptable response? Spoiler alert: no. I realize these poor kids have an occasionally abusive level of work with people demanding things of them throughout the job. But that's the job at times. You get paid to do your job. And blatantly disrespecting a customer in a normal job would get you fired on the spot. So if a polite gent like myself asks you for toilet paper because IT IS YOUR FAULT SAID GENT HAD TO SIT DOWN, START A DEPOSIT, AND REALIZED THERE WAS NOT ONE SCRAP OF PAPER IN THE ENTIRE BATHROOM TO WIPE WITH, THEN YOU HELP. GLADLY AND QUICKLY. AND SAID GENT HAD TO USE HIS HAND TO GET THE WORST OUT OF HIS EXIT. HE HAD TO WRITE OFF HIS UNDERPANTS AND THEN GINGERLY PULL HIS PANTS UP TO GO OUT TO YOU, THE "BARISTA"AT THE NOT SO GENIUS BAR FOR HELP. IMMEDIATE ASSISTANCE. AND THEN WHEN THIS GENT IS FORCED TO PUT UP WITH YOUR PURPOSEFULLY PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE CONTEMPTUOUS INSUBORDINATION, THIS GENT YELPS. I'm a reasonable guy so I won't submit this to Starbucks corporate and demand his firing or demand he be brought up like his parents should have done but I will post this Yelp warning. I write to warn patrons to check for toilet paper at this sloppy Parsippany Starbucks because if you're there to leave one, there may not be paper because Parsippany Starbucks doesn't give one. read more

Inside area is super nice! Service is very efficient. Honestly for me it's the staying open until 10PM and having ample place for studying. It is super cozy and clean inside; I was impressed. Got the medicine ball tea which was bomb if you are sick. 10/10 Starbucks!! read more

Don't know why there are so many bad reviews because I've had nothing but great experiences here. My husband and I have been going to this Starbucks ever since it opened. It's clean and the people are nice. It's so convenient right across from the apartments and it is just a block from the bus stop. Keep up the good work guys/gals! read more

I've been a big fan of the Shaken Espresso series and this one is no different. Fairly low calorie yet sweet and energizing. The Impossible Breakfast Sandwich is high in protein and is a great non-pork alternative compared to their other sandwiches. I wish it was on something other than the sesame ciabatta bun but otherwise, it hits the spot every time. Highly recommend adding avocado and Sriracha to take this to the next level. read more

I met my manager here for coffee. When I arrived I parked in the private lot. I walked in and there wasn't a line. We were served by a nice young man. I ordered the caramel macchiato hot and an impossible sausage sandwich with no cheese. The sandwich came out with cheese so I had to send it back. It took a bit for me to get it but it came out eventually. The sandwich was ok and the coffee was good. All in all I had an ok experience. read more

This location just opened up a few days ago. They completely tore down the old Burger King and built this brand new store. They do have some customer service issues to deal with already at this place, Lotta Tudes - they could be more friendly and less abrasive when it comes to dealing with patrons. Some friendly vibes wouldn't kill you, lol. Inside is clean and functional but it's a little too noisy to get any work done. The seating area is not comfortable at all with it's big ass blocky furniture. They do have a drive thru window and I can see myself using that option for future visits. This place gets 'Packed' at peak hours with very long lines inside and at the drive thru. They do a pretty decent job at getting you in and outta here somewhat timely and this will only improve, I hope. I'll be back to this location at some point when the hype dies down. read more

Ample space ... unlike downtowns or NYC Starbucks, it's cool. Ample space to sit, chit chat or get some of your pending work done in peace (not exactly though :P). Ordered mocha and hot chocolate and it was good. Never had any problem with SB in terms of coffee. What I liked is, they have more than enough space at this outlet. There is one Small glass cabin marked as community center-this is cool. Good to have Starbucks in your neighborhood. read more

This is my go-to Starbucks when I'm in the Parsippany area. It's your typical Starbucks - same menu, decor, all that. The service is prompt, especially dividing their time between in-person and drive thru customers. I often get a plain ol' Pike Place medium roast, black, and ask to fill it to the top. I appreciate they fill it as much as they can. Other Starbucks, in my experience, tends to leave a lot of room at the top when I request not to. A unique thing about this location is the Community Room. It's enclosed by glass. Sitting inside, the noise bounces off so it can be a little louder in that section, but the purpose is for people to gather and chat. There's a lot of seating and it seems maintained and clean. Great to settle down for a while and get work done. read more

Have been twice this week and it's everything one expects from a Starbucks except the staff seems to have no personality above robotic.

I know a lot of people are so-so on Starbucks because their drinks are expensive, but I have come to enjoy their coffee more than Dunkin. This Starbucks is fairly new and it's beautiful inside. Lots of seating, lots of parking, easy in and out, pleasant and fast service and an excellent cafe latte. I'm going to make his place a regular stop, especially since Dunkin charged me $.50 for almond milk the other day. read more

Although this is still my to-go Starbucks, I do wish that they actually give "light ice" when I ask for it. I don't like how half my drink is still filled up with ice when I ask for light ice. This has to be the absolute WORST Starbucks in history...well this and one other that I've been to. Let me start by saying that I worked at Starbucks 18 years ago as my first on the books job, and I would have been fired acting like the employees here. I have only been through the SLOW DRIVE THRU (maybe three times)- and I don't mean slow because there are many cars on the line. I mean slow as in there could be two cars and you'll still wait an eternity. I go after coming from my in laws house, but I can't seem to figure out why. It's maybe a mile out of the way but adds several minutes to my trip back home. Sadly, there are very few Starbucks with drive thrus and this is ideal when there is a sleeping baby in my backseat. Now, what's worse than waiting a long time for your drink...driving away only to figure out they screwed up your drink, or noticing at the window that they messed up but being so short on time that you can't wait for them to fix their mistake. In my picture you will see what the words "light ice" mean to the barista(s) at this location! Instead of light ice, it's like I ordered a drink of ice with a splash of flavor. I'd love to say I won't be back, but sadly, I probably will (until this kid grows up and knows how to stay awake in the car). read more

Good place in nice location. Easy access from rt46. They have drive thru as well. This location is new about 6 months old. They have all the standard things found in other Starbucks. They have pretty of tables and chairs. They have nice center room, if you want extra quietness. Its not pack like some other locations. They have plenty of parking as well and so far I have not waited in long line either which is great. They also provide wifi access. read more

Best part abouT this Starbuck it's in the middle oF alL grocery stores so you can get your coffee, while busy shopping. Their is plenty of pArking space in the lot and inside is plenty. I went to this location today. There was a young girl with French braids there to check me out at the drive through. When I asked if I could use my stars (which is the only reason why I come to Starbucks instead of my local coffee shop) she refused to let me use them and then lied to me about how many I had. Doesn't matter time of day. rarely matters what crew is there. god forbid you're there at peak hour but either way you'll probably be waiting a LONG time. My 5 dollar coffee usually isn't even worth it to me by the end of the drive thru process sometimes not even the order ahead process. I will be late to work if I trust them. This is my favorite Starbucks location in northern jersey. I live almost 20 mins away from this location, and even though there are about 4 other Starbucks locations that are closer to me, I still make the drive to come to this one. This is your perfect place to study and get some work done. They have plenty charging outlets under tables and by the couches, as well as usb outlets. My go to drink is usually a grande iced coffee with almond milk and sugar free cinnamon dolce or an iced caramel Macchiato grande size made with almond milk and light caramel drizzle. Their drinks never disappoint, and while they may be on the higher price side, they are always made for perfection and amazing taste. They do get busy, especially the drive through, but they are always so professional and speedy with getting you your drink. I waited about 5 mins at the cashier counter before ordering my drink since their drive through line was very long, but someone came to me and let me know that he'd be with me in a couple minutes. Shortly after, the manager came up to me and asked if I was being helped. I appreciate the attention and customer service they provide. They really go out of their way to make sure everyone is satisfied with their experience. What's really neat about this location is their enclosed glass study/work room. The main area can get loud from time to time so if you want something more quiet and less crowded, the enclosed glass room is great for getting work done. I do have to say that their WiFi can be slow, but I think it's due to the many people using it at once. This location can get very busy and sometimes there aren't any tables open so you'll have to sit in the chair couches until someone leaves. Overall, I love this Starbucks and will keep coming here. read more

This location is always busy and the drive thru is down the block. I rarely go to Starbucks but I hit this one up recently. My drink tasted nothing like coffee or caramel it literally just tasted like milk and ice blended together. I went to complain and I got such an attitude from the workers.
