On a friend's recommendation, I stopped in for lunch at Cafe Zingara. This cafe has been open for roughly 6 months and is at the former location of the Ridgedale Diner. I had a cup of coffee which was excellent, and The Muffin breakfast sandwich. The sandwich consisted of sausage, egg, and cheese on an English muffin with aioli sauce. It was certainly different and tasted pretty good. Service was friendly and there's plenty of parking in the back.

Our waiter was nice and never made us feel rushed. They have a great beverage menu, different iced teas, mocktails, coffees and even refreshers! I went for the lavender lemonade but honestly I had a hard time deciding. So did my sister, she opted for a matcha and the hibiscus iced tea. I couldn't resist ordering the butter and jam board, it's the name of the restaurant, you have to order it! I had no regrets on this decision, was it a lot for two people? Sure. Did I enjoy it immensely? Absolutely. There were three butters- lemon, cinnamon, and berry. All 3 butters were amazing but my absolute favorite was the lemon. There were 3 jams- berry, strawberry, and I believe orange. I was obsessed with the lemon butter paired with the berry jam... heavenly! Honestly you can't go wrong with anything on that board. The breads for the spreads were croissant pieces, corn muffins and biscuits. I loved the biscuits the most. Unfortunately sister pretty was not feeling her best prior to our coming here, so she was content with the breads and spreads and opted to only get a smoothie with added protein. She said it was exactly what she needed and she perked up for the rest of our time together. I ordered the steak and eggs burrito and it did not disappoint! The steak was so juicy and tender- my only complaint is I wanted more!! The eggs were cooked perfectly, and there was a generous amount of avocado. It came out in a large plate and didn't have a side, I think they would do well to note on the menu or verbally when you're ordering that for an extra $___ you can get a side of fries, because I didn't think of it, but if it was told to me I definitely would have opted for a side. We had a great experience here and I would definitely go back and recommend to friends.

My prior reviews are under MP. When we first came into the Feathered Fox, the atmosphere appeared to have a much more sexy deeper color vibe, than previous years. Today, Damian was our wonderful server. Here it begins with Cocktails! 18.00 each: - Friend in the Meadow w/ Titos (Birdie glass with feathers). It had a lovely, welcoming and enjoyable sweetness. - Pineapple Grill with Casamigos Meczal. Tasted exactly like a mildly grilled sweet pineapple with suddenly a Kick! Entree Time! I ordered the Wagyu Steak and Scrambled Eggs $38.00. The steak was off the charts delicious. A side of lightly seasoned Foxy Fries accompanied the meal. All the items were prepared and seasoned beautifully. My Bf ordered the French Toast $19.00. It was made out of Chocolate Babka with maple infused syrup. He really enjoyed it. Dessert Finale! We shared a super delicious Lemon Olive Oil Cake $14.00. Toasted Meringue topped the cake. The cake was dense, but still moist and Very Lemony. Highly Recommend!!!! All throughout our meal, someone was coming around filling our water glasses. Definitely recommend The Feathered Fox! A large parking lot is available.

Would rate an overall solid 4.5 but since not available gets a 5 . We can't wait to go back with family/friends or just by ourselves to try the porterhouse next. Got diverted to Jersey City while searching for a restaurant for anniversary date night and ran across the Feathered Fox, and we were blown away. Damian did a great job taking care of us all night , and manager checked-in on our dining experience which was appreciated. Great in house signature cocktail selection. We loved every drink we had. Had the calamari for a starter. Too much breading for our paritcular taste, but can stand alone without the dipping sauce. Overall 7/10. We ordered the Ribeye which was the star of the show 10/10. Perfectly cooked, perfectly seasoned, absolutely delicious. We ordered sauces to go with the steak but did not need it at all. Also ordered: * Scallops - Good sized scallops. We would have preferred a better sear, but was still good. Comes on a bed of delicious leeks and spaetzle. * Sides of mushrooms and Brussels sprouts. Desserts were delicious. Ordered the black out cake, scoop of apple cider, and to-go carrot cake.

We felt very at home to the point that it didn't matter what we ordered because rest assured that it will be handled with perfection. I don't recall what everybody else ordered but I ordered the corned beef and it was as good as advertised. Yanni let us try the traditional Greek dessert! This definitely made our day. I ordered two eggs with Taylor Ham, which came with potatoes and toast. I was pleasantly surprised to see they had gluten free toast. They also have gluten free Belgian waffles on the menu, so I'd definitely try those out next time. I was part of a party of 2, and our combined meals, two coffees, one juice, and one side came out to be around $30, which is more than reasonable for how much food you get. The space itself is somewhat outdated, but like I said, it's a classic diner. If you're headed to a diner, I'd assume you're not looking for somewhere especially upscale. All in all, I recommend Brookside Diner for breakfast or brunch! The price for the portion and quality makes it worth it.
