Everything off this Italian Inspired Menu looks interesting and incredibly delicious. Example: for Breakfast I've tried their "Muffin" Sandwich which comes loaded with Scrambled Eggs, Sausage, Pepper Jack Cheese, Caramelized Onions, and Chipotle Aioli on a massive Toasted English Muffin and It doesn't get any better than that = Out'Freakin'Standing !! Baked Goods here too are also worth checking out and obviously go hand in hand with any of their delicious house made Beverages. It is "Summertime Yummertime" so I do enjoy Shaking Hands with an Iced Coffee now and then while I'm hanging out so why not make it LavAzza for the WiN??  Rhetorical of course. I usually don't offer an opinion on "ambiance" or "atmosphere" most of the time as I'm really just focused on the final product and how I can shove it in My Face, but since we're friends I can honestly say that this place does have a really cool vibe to it. Appreciate the extra parking (& entrance) in the back. Large and clear signage made it easy to find. I dined in with my son on a early Saturday afternoon. I ordered a grilled cheese & fries for my son. The fries were pretty good but for 9 dollars, I felt like I could've made the grilled cheese easily myself at home. It tasted fine, but wasn't anything special. For myself, I was hoping to try the Enzo smash but was informed they didn't have it. So I resorted to something safe and ordered the vodka parm sandwich. I specified at least twice I wanted eggplant but out came chicken. I should've said something but I was ok with chicken too so was willing to try it out. It was crispy and well-fried, but a little lacking on the sauce and the chicken was a tad dry. Overall, I really wanted to like the place. It's not bad by any means but just didn't wow me enough to want to come back again. I did like the pretty artwork and decorations on the walls though. read more

On a friend's recommendation, I stopped in for lunch at Cafe Zingara. This cafe has been open for roughly 6 months and is at the former location of the Ridgedale Diner. I had a cup of coffee which was excellent, and The Muffin breakfast sandwich. The sandwich consisted of sausage, egg, and cheese on an English muffin with aioli sauce. It was certainly different and tasted pretty good. Service was friendly and there's plenty of parking in the back. read more

Great local restaurant for brunch. I ordered the Mama Mia and a latte and my table shared the banana nut pancakes. The eggs were great, I wish it was a little more spicy to add more savorness. Cafe Zingara is the perfect combination of amazing coffee and incredible food. We don't even live in the area, but happily drive 25+ minutes just to enjoy their coffee and food. The Vodka Parm was one of the best chicken parm sandwiches we've ever had. The chicken cutlet was perfectly crispy, the semolina bread was lightly toasted, and the spicy vodka sauce with pesto drizzle was absolutely delicious without being overly spicy. My husband, a true New Jerseyan who knows his chicken parms, said it was the best he's ever had. We look forward to coming back again and again. read more

Lack of hospitality really killed it for me. Parking in rear. Limited menu consisting mostly of brunch and lunch items. Great coffee specialties. Wife and I each ordered a latte and two sandwiches to share (cuban and pesto grilled chicken). Both were nothing special especially for $18 price tag each. What really bothered me was the fact that an owner was there and couldn't take 30 seconds to come over to say hello, welcome us, check in or even thank us for coming. Sorry, but you're in the wrong business. I wont be recommending to friends unfortunately. Saw some lovely reviews by some influencers but place left much to be desired. read more
