Ham & Cheese pastry, donut and matcha latte

Pretty good pastries, a nice and quiet place to work while getting a coffee and their staff are very friendly. Highly recommend!

We are Sunday breakfast people. Church and then a search for something good to eat. We found this small bakery in MoTown and zipped over for a few treats. We tried their croissants ... plain (excellent) chocolate (very good ) and almond (loved it). The folks behind the counter are young, engaging and friendly. Helpful too, suggesting items to try. Price reflects quality. Visited twice in 7 days. Will add a visit to our regular Sunday food haunts. Recommended.

    Latte and pastries!

Everything was great! Coffee, pastries and breakfast sandwiches!! Cafe was clean, staff was friendly. Very inviting! I've been there again and was still great!!! Fabulous to have a good spot with excellent coffee!!!

There's a real wave of good bakeries opening in Morristown and the Kirshenbaum Baking Company is the latest addition. This gorgeous little café in the new Schuyler Lofts building seats about a dozen. Pours every coffee drink you can imagine, bakes very interesting pastries and also makes savory sandwiches. Prices are about $5 for a pastry, $8-13 for a sandwich. I tried a pistachio cherry bostock, strawberry chocolate muffin and pumpkin cruffin. A bostock was new to me, basically a twice baked pastry that starts with brioche. All delicious! Further research is required lol

Super cute cafe!! I love the array of food and drinks they have! Super friendly and kind service. I am obsessed with the interior too. Will be back.

    Sweet latte art!!!

What a yummy, perfect almond croissant and I have been known to travel far for a good one. Now I don't have to!

Ambience was bad and management has gone down hill. Also pastries were dry and not that good.

Ethan and The Bean operates as a 501(c)3 non-profit with a noble mission of providing meaningful employment opportunities for folks with autism or intellectual disabilities that give its employees hands-on training, mentoring, and skills development to build their self-confidence and give them a sense of purpose. The Morristown location, just across Speedwell Avenue from the Hyatt Grand Regency, is open and airy with plenty of seating, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and free WiFi for those who need to get some work done or seek a temporary distraction from those around them. On my most recent visit to ETB, I had a pistachio latte - made with coconut milk and pistachio syrup and served in a cup rimmed with pistachio cream - which was fantastic! The taste and quality of the beverages - including a variety of organic coffees and tea options ranging from mundane drip coffees to more complex, perfectly executed creations of -cinos and lattes that are available with dairy milk or non-dairy milk alternatives - and the ambiance do come at a price, which are slightly higher than your usual convenience store coffee but in line with the other coffee specialty shops on South Street - but it's worth it to me (as it should be to you) due to the quality of the product and its noble mission. PRO TIP #1: ETB doesn't have a private parking lot, but there is plenty of on-street parking off Speedwell Avenue and Cattano Avenue. Bring change or use the ParkMobile app for the meters ($1 per hour) Monday through Saturday from 8am til 6PM; all street meters are free Monday through Saturday after 6pm and all day on Sunday. If you can't find a spot on the street, the Morristown Parking Authority's Dalton Garage (@ 25 Cattano Avenue) are a short walk to ETB.
