First time I went in was today. My drink was fine; it's the baristas that I had an issue with. For one, no eye contact from anyone. Then someone in the back room (Ryder? Spider? Who knows...) had a visitor so this involved a lot of screaming towards that person in the back room to come out and say hi. My family and I popped in to this Starbucks tonight for a late night caffeine fix. The barista, Riley, was very patient with my younger daughter and we appreciated her suggestions for new drinks--vanilla bean frap with peppermint flavor and chocolate chips. Yum!! This is my favorite Starbucks in the area. Nothing special about the drinks, they are consistent with other Starbucks locations I've visited. However, what sets them apart is the friendliness of the staff. When I walk in I'm usually greeted by name and I have my coffee in hand within seconds of walking in (since I always use the app, but at other locations I normally have to get someone's attention to get my drink). read more

Pretty much what we've come to expect from a Starbucks. Decent location with the usual fixings of great coffee, friendly staff, free wifi with inside and outside seating available. Seasonal selections for fall are always my favorite. Caramel frapacinno and caramel macchiato are my two favorite. Iced teas are always pretty good too. I guess I caught them on a bad day - Monday at 12 noon. The barista was rude, slammed the change in my hand so it dropped everywhere on the counter, didn't bother to help me pick it up. Service was terrible: It took over 10 minutes for a standard order of a 12 oz. cup of iced tea. The staff is friendly to people 20 years of age or younger, but if you're older like me, forget about it. They cater only to a young crowd, and don't want business I guess from anyone else. This is a good Starbucks a lot of room inside and misters outside on patio. They also have the reserve coffees.

This location is conveniently located near the freeway. It gets busy, but they are efficient and get the drinks out in a reasonable amount of time. For how busy they get, they manage to keep the place reasonably clean and orderly. One of the prettier patios starbucks has in the valley. I don't mind the smokers, but there have been a few times when a group of them sit next to me and billows of smoke come my way. And its too packed to find another seat, especially since its has been 80 degrees in most of November. It still doesn't deter me from enjoying the patio scene. Finding a seat is a problem during their peak times. It would be great if they could take over the business next door and expand just a tad bit. It can be hectic when the morning rush line forms, so this Starbucks could benefit with a little more room. Parking is not a challenge for me, even during their morning crush. Compared to other Starbucks I have been to across the country, this one is really not too bad. You will have a problem if you are just aiming for the L shape lot directly in front of the door and the side. I usually go to the huge lot kitty corner to it (between kinder care and those empty businesses) or across to the bank lot, walk time is 20 maybe 40 seconds longer. But maybe to your typical surburbanite in a hurry, it can be frusturating and challenging to get into the front row. Overall a good starbucks. read more

Slowest Starbucks in history no matter how many people they have working. The best Starbucks in the area is at the frys at 59th or safeway at 67th. If the kiosks could give the reward drinks I would never have to go to a store again. read more

Wow what a great little hidden gem of a Starbucks. Although I don't live nearby I will definitely be returning to this one. It has a great outdoor space that I would love to enjoy when it gets cooler. Erika was our barista and she was awesome. Stopped by this morning for a Trenta black tea lemonade. Customer service was terrible. Also they filled the entire cup up with ice I might as well just got a small. Not a pleasant visit this morning. read more

Great patio, extremely busy & tight quarters inside. I always wish for a drive through at this location, overall clean & efficient.

This Starbucks is pretty good until they get busy. When it's slow, they are very friendly and make sure your drink is made perfectly; 5 stars. Once things pick up, all is slammed together and the quality goes down. They got my order wrong again this morning during a rush. This is an edit to my review posted...idk....two years ago. I love these girls! They know their regulars and remember their names. They always have a smile and say good morning. In my old review, I wasn't a fan of the staff and started going elsewhere. I love them now! They don't get confused if you change up your drink and they are pretty fast for how many online orders they get. Keep it up girls! I love this location in the AM! The staff is friendly and they know just how to make my drink. I will say it can be a little hit or miss if you come later in the day or on a weekend. Overall it's a good spot to get your caffeine fix. read more

This Starbucks is okay. Depending on the employee who serves you. Some of them never greet you. I personally like to come when my friend works there. Everybody else isn't very good with customers and aren't very helpful with explaining drinks. read more

First they got our orders wrong then they did not place the lid correctly on the cup the whole thing spilled over our seat and carpet when I ask for assistance they (Kevin)hand me two dry towels and did not offer any assistant to help did not even get apologies nor offered to help.
