This store is slammed. I came in and ordered a latte and egg bites too me 15 minutes for egg bites and 20 minutes to get a latte. Definitely recommend ordering mobile and 20-25 minutes ahead. This is not a complaint - these ladies are working the whole time. No chit chat just straight up slammed. Egg bites and latte was great. read more

Ordered my usual from this location I usually ordered elsewhere. This location did not follow my order at all. I ask for vanilla sweet cream cold foam and paid extra but got heaving whipping cream? I customize to have caramel lime the cup and get none. read more

If you want free food and drink this is the place to get it. They won't check DoorDash orders and will give your paid stuff away to others. Horrible management and the girl who wears the large glasses with dark hair talks more than works. Horrible service. They make excuses without putting a system into place to prevent theft. Use a different Starbucks read more

They get mad if you ask them to LITERALLY do their job, worst customer service ever!! It's no wonder they have really bad reviews. My drink would not be fixed to my liking because she said she made it "to THEIR standards". My drink order has never been an issue, Ever, at any other location, just here. read more

Best Starbucks I've ever been to. Ben is so friendly and extremely personable, and Karina created my now favorite drink here. I asked for something without syrup but still has a nice flavor and she came up with a brewed Chai Tea with vanilla bean powder and steamed milk. It's perfect and exactly what I was looking for. Great staff! I have to add that I love the music here too, lots of 90's hip hop and classic jazz (Sinatra, Nat King Cole, etc). I've noticed not all Starbucks are like this, sometimes the music is too low at other locations. read more

I went into Starbucks at 11 am and asked the girl at the counter what specials they had for veterans day. The girl didn't know what or when veterans day was they asked her manager. The manager responded by saying we don't give you anything for veterans day... Am I crazy or every other starbucks has treated their vets on veterans day. Considering we fi live in an active military and retired state it would be smart to know your federal holidays. I rarely complain but I felt they were pretty rude and unprofessional. I wasn't "trying to get something free" I've been appreciated by starbucks every veterans day, just apparently not this location. It's shame it's si close to my home, but I won't be going back. read more

Store was completely empty at 6:30 on this Sunday morning and my sister picked up my mobile order for me and they didn't add the cold foam that was in my order, which has happened numerous times by now. Annoying because they up charge for it and then can never fully read the tag and include everything in the drink order. read more

Is it me, or are the Starbucks in the greater Phoenix area just becoming a dump? Slow service. Horrible customer service. Continual stock outages. Dirty lobbies. I don't understand what's going on. I used to be a diehard Starbucks fan, but over the last year or so, it's been such a hit or miss. Unfortunately, there have been a lot more misses lately than hits. This location falls in the miss category. They're insanely slow!!! Doesn't matter if you place a mobile order or not. They'll take at least 20 minutes to make your drink. Several times now, I have ordered on the mobile app before leaving the house for work. The app will give me an estimated pickup time. I live 15 minutes away from this store (it's the only one on my way to work) and my order is rarely ever ready. Oftentimes, I'll have to wait an additional 10 to 20 minutes. And all I order is a cold brew. Nothing complicated whatsoever. Why they take so long is beyond my understanding. After waiting 30 minutes this morning and being slightly late for work, I won't be returning to this location and will have to find another coffee shop. Message to Starbucks: DO BETTER!!!!!!!!! read more

Worst customer service I have ever had at a Starbucks. I came in for a hot tea and a breakfast sandwich at 6:45 on a Saturday, there was no line. Two servers working, It took one of the girls forever to even acknowledge that I was there. The one that made my food was cleaning when I came in, did NOT wash her hands and proceeded to prepare my food. I stood there for almost ten minutes before asking if I could have my tea. The girl acted like she didn't hear me and started to move even slower, as if it were possible to be any more rude than they both were already being. I left without receiving my tea. Wont be coming back to this location ever. read more

Hello I am a person that gets Starbucks everyday sometimes even twice a day and today I decided to go to this location because my fiancé has a soccer game near by, well he got off to buy me a TRENTA drink but we had forgot water for his soccer game so I got off and asked if I can please have a Trenta water and the lady who attended me said "Hmmm I can give you a venti" in the rudest way I said "Okay that's fine". My son wanted to treat me to a Starbucks drink since he just started earning money. We ordered and while we were waiting I saw my husband get out of Fry's next door, so I told my son to get the drinks since I had the keys to the car. He came excited with the drinks and on our way home I noticed that they have made the wrong drink for me. I didn't want to make a bid deal out of it since he was so proud for purchasing these drinks with his own money. So my advice is to not be in a hurry and be there when they make your order, otherwise you end up with something you did not order or even resemble anything like the drink you wanted. read more

Weirdly there were a few small Starbuckses with drive through in the State of AZ. I was looking for a nice sit down & relaxing S, actually in any cities in the world. Luckily this Starbucks was one of few doing all that in Arizona. As a collector of You Are Here Collection mugs, I tried many Starbucks in AZ, just to get them. Couldn't find those mugs in many Arizona Starbucks! In this particular S, they only had 2 Arizona mugs. The guy was keep saying, delivery day is today. I end up getting 2 Arizona mugs and 3 Phoenix ones. As a member of a serious collector family, I have to decide who's getting the mugs and who's not.. By the way, Arizona & Phoenix mugs are the only collectors mug in Az. Don't get upset, there are no Starbucks in Vermont, CT doesn't have Y A H mugs, or no Massachusetts mug exists, only Boston has one, etc, etc... read more

Probably the slowest Starbucks I've been to. I ordered an espresso. Waited almost 10 minutes and ended up leaving without it. Sure they were busy. But it was painful watching the draw espresso after espresso for other drinks. read more

Finally a decent experience here in Avondale. The Java Chip Frap was made quickly despite some annoying people in line ahead of me at 8pm. The drink hit the spot after a long sweaty day of work. Some people though seemed to be loitering at the tables outside and inside. How much time can you really spend at Starbucks before becoming creepy guy? Anyway, won't be back in Avondale, but will get this drink again somewhere else. read more

This is by far my first choice for Starbucks. The staff there are amazing and I believe it's a direct reflection of their store manager Araceli. She is the nicest most pleasant person I know by far. This is the worst Starbucks on this end of town. The employees are always rude (except for Ricky). They usually don't chitchat, or even say hi. On my last visit, I don't think anyone even made eye contact. There's often a long line in the morning. If I were you, I'd just drive to the Starbucks at 99th & Lower Buckeye. read more

This is a busy little store with small seating area. This is more of a grab and go store due to size. There are only 2 small tables and a medium size table and all feel like cramped. The staff is friendly and always busy here. The location is convenient and right next to The grocery store. I always stop here on way into work. read more

Now, I know that it may seem weird to yelp a very common hotspot like Starbucks, but I have to say that this is one of the best one's I've ever had the privilage of calling my "regular" stop. This Starbucks is located in the Fry's Grocery Center next to the UPS Store and Fry's. The reason that I keep coming back here is simply that the people are SOOOOOO friendly and they've never messed up on one of my drinks. Since I teach at the high school down the road, having a Starbucks close by is very convenient. I always hit this place up when I have to stay late. Everytime I walk in, I'm always greeted with a "Hey, how are ya?" and at this point they already know my order. There's this one blonde lady that works there that has been sparking up small talk for a few months now. I mentioned to her casually that I was heading to St. Louis for a couple days and when I got back, she actually remembered and asked me how my trip was!! Super impressive. Love the staff, love the caffeine. read more

Coffee is usually good, today they had to finish brewing the decaf. I waited and what did I end up with, a cup full of coffee grounds. Had to spit out most of the cup of coffee.Guess I need to bring my own filter when I visit this Starbucks. Very disappointed. read more

Typically stop by this location after the movies or meeting with my photographers. The staff is friendly and doesn't really bother you. They have a nice long table that more than one person can sit at or (like me) for one person to take up the whole table with school work. :-( Overall the location is clean, staff is super friendly, and the artwork throughout is nice. read more

These baristas are wonderful! They really make you feel welcomed and are great with their customers. It's not located in the best area and have gone through tough situations, but they don't let that interfere with their excellent customer service skills. If anyone has anything bad to say it's because they are unhappy and try to take it out on these employees and get free drinks. Araceli is wonderful as well as the rest of the team here. read more

If your ordering via mobile app be sure to repeat your name over and over again to the barista upon arrival. Placed my order via mobile app when I arrived I gave my name, and the barista said my order wasn't ready, and 10 drinks later my drink was sitting next to her the whole time!!!!! It only took to seconds to look up at the previous orders made to check correctly for my name. Now I'm late to work! read more

Starbucks seems to be one of the few coffee shops that has the salted caramel mocha, which I love! It isn't a conditional love, (between the salted caramel mocha and myself), I wait patiently throughout the spring and summer seasons for the return of fall and my mocha that has not made it on the main menu yet. (I know it has waited for me, as well). After recently moving from Minnesota to Arizona, I am happy to have found that the employees at this location are as friendly as the ones in the mid-west. Being that I work in the service industry I am very particular about the service I get, (It is part of the job to be helpful, nice, and accommodating), so much so that I would skip out on my favorite coffee vice if the service was not up to par. Luckily for me, I found this location, where the atmosphere is relaxed, and the love between the salted caramel mocha and myself is able to flourish. read more

I ordered the Large Honey Pistachio Latte with Oatmilk (a common drink I have ordered from other shops and have loved) it was about $10 and my mom ordered a herbal iced tea with cherry in it, the tea was okay but nothing spectacular. The lack of tea choices was a little shocking due to the fact that the name of the shop promotes that it is a Tea House. We spent a little over $17, Scottsdale can be expensive and I have bought a lot of coffee from Scottsdale..and I will argue that this is one of the most expensive drinks I have gotten especially when comparing size and quality. I didn't really like my drink at all, and had a hard time chugging it down. I personally probably will not becoming back...that being said, there is obviously something within the shop that has made it extremely popular. My guess is the hot food options available, if you were to decide to try this shop... I would recommend either reaching out to someone who.loves this shop or checking into those items specifically.

Coldwater grows, bakes, and serves its own food using local produce from its urban garden and ingredients sourced from small-scale farmers and producers to craft scratch-made meals, hand-shaped breads, and brewed drinks. They are also a worker-owned cooperative. Coldwater is housed inside a cute and cozy house. There's plenty of seating. In addition to coffee, breakfast, pastries, and more, they also sell produce and baked goods. I was greeted right away. The staff was friendly and helpful. I ordered an oat milk latte with honey and cinnamon powder as well as an eggs, herbs, and cheese bollo. I learned that a bollo is a hand-stuffed soft brioche dough filled with eggs, local meats, and seasonal ingredients. It was served warm and was delicious! My latte was also wonderful. Highly recommend checking out this great, locally-owned coffeehouse!

This place is always busy and it's an old house so, it's creaky when everyone walks in already and you can hear that. I'm not sure why they need a bell to scare the jeebies out of us. Maybe I'm just sensitive . Really sweet shop though .

My boyfriend got a macchiato, and I ordered the ceremonial strawberry matcha iced. Both were really refreshing and delicious. It was about $14 for two 16 oz drinks. The ambiance is really cute & cozy. They've added some new touches since the last time I was there. Nice lighting, a cozy little fireplace seating area, and even a foosball table. The drinks came out quickly, and I noticed they had Yelp reviews displayed throughout, which was a fun touch Overall, another great experience. I'll definitely be back.

It's tucked away off Indian School Road, but worth the effort to find it. We had a couple of ham & cheese croissants, a couple of chocolate chip cookies and specialty coffee, plus tea. Everything was fresh and delicious. Interesting in that they were out of ice though. In any case we enjoyed our visit and food. They have many specialty breads from olive loves, multi-grain, French and more. Noticed there was mostly takeout, but there are 3 small tables each with 2 chairs, however no outside seating.

We were expecting a pastry shop but when we walked in we realized it is a sourdough store! They hand make everything fresh in house! We decided to try a cinnamon roll and ham and cheese croissant which were both delicious. After discovering all the different breads they had we decided to take one home with us- jalapeño cheddar and boy was it fabulous! We used it for a grilled cheese one night and turkey sandwich another! The prices here are fair. There is seating if you want to eat there. They also serve coffee/drinks and sourdough pizza but we didn't try any of that. It just gives us an excuse to come back! Customer service was good and fast as well!!

The drink tasted awesome! Perfect choice. I wanted to sit at the tables with my laptop and everything but it was so loud in here! It was either the music or the ladies, I don't remember.. but I wasn't able to stay inside. Instead I had to sit in my work truck for the meeting. I also got donut holes and a bacon Gouda, the donut holes were great and the sandwich was ok. I'd try again, that coffee was dope!!
