My favorite order, thank you Karina for creating this!
Natasha A.

Best Starbucks I've ever been to. Ben is so friendly and extremely personable, and Karina created my now favorite drink here. I asked for something without syrup but still has a nice flavor and she came up with a brewed Chai Tea with vanilla bean powder and steamed milk. It's perfect and exactly what I was looking for. Great staff! I have to add that I love the music here too, lots of 90's hip hop and classic jazz (Sinatra, Nat King Cole, etc). I've noticed not all Starbucks are like this, sometimes the music is too low at other locations.

Amazing location and staff. and all Amazing Employees work in here too.. ..I'm a regular customer every day . Fast and friendly. And my food and drinks always taste great. The Manager her name ..Brianna she is friendly and very good service with customers.

Pink Drink

Love the variety of the menu, can always find something new to enjoy! Wish there were more sugar free options though.

I love this Starbucks! This is seriously my go to. The staff is so nice and remembers my name and order! It's usually pretty packed but with order ahead it's no big deal. They always try to get drinks out fast and never stop working.

The staff is usually nice but sometimes they are very sarcastic and annoying and it seems like they don't wanna be there.

Worst drinks in the chain's west valley branches. Expect to spend about 15 min from in the door to out the door.

Prepare to repeat your order four times, four teenagers working and all of them gabbing and not paying attention.

When we got to the shop, the line was extremely long which I saw as a really good sign. Unfortunately for me, it was not. The service was extremely nice, a smidge slow but that was pretty understandable due to the line and also due to the many to go orders being placed ahead of time. I did notice with the to go orders that there wasnt as many drinks being picked up...this might be a coffee shop that is known for their food more than their drinks (unique). The sitting inside was limited and a little squashed, the shop itself is pretty small. If you have any form of anxiety...dont go anywhere near Enroute, I almost left multiple times without my drink because of it. I ordered the Large Honey Pistachio Latte with Oatmilk (a common drink I have ordered from other shops and have loved) it was about $10 and my mom ordered a herbal iced tea with cherry in it, the tea was okay but nothing spectacular. The lack of tea choices was a little shocking due to the fact that the name of the shop promotes that it is a Tea House. We spent a little over $17, Scottsdale can be expensive and I have bought a lot of coffee from Scottsdale..and I will argue that this is one of the most expensive drinks I have gotten especially when comparing size and quality. I didn't really like my drink at all, and had a hard time chugging it down. I personally probably will not becoming back...that being said, there is obviously something within the shop that has made it extremely popular. My guess is the hot food options available, if you were to decide to try this shop... I would recommend either reaching out to someone who.loves this shop or checking into those items specifically.

I went to grab a cup of water and a woman with a backpack on asked if I needed help. I initially thought she was another customer, but she actually worked there and was still willing to help even though she was clearly heading out. It was such a small interaction, but genuinely so thoughtful. Then after I left, I realized I had forgotten my retainers at the table. I rushed back, embarrassed, and another waitress had carefully placed them in a cup for me instead of throwing them away. You can really tell the staff care about people. Exceptional service and such a kind atmosphere.

Bright open space, cute local goods everywhere, and the funniest little gift section that had us literally rolling. It feels casual but still thoughtfully curated, which I loved. Food hit too -- my absolute favorite was the coconut (açaí-inspired) bowl. The texture was divine -- creamy, refreshing, and super satisfying. My friend had the elote avo toast and it looked just as good as my friend said it tasted -- stacked, flavorful, and definitely a standout. Great brunch spot, fun browsing, chill energy -- I'd absolutely swing back when I'm in the area.

Coldwater grows, bakes, and serves its own food using local produce from its urban garden and ingredients sourced from small-scale farmers and producers to craft scratch-made meals, hand-shaped breads, and brewed drinks. In addition to coffee, breakfast, pastries, and more, they also sell produce and baked goods. I was greeted right away. The staff was friendly and helpful. I ordered an oat milk latte with honey and cinnamon powder as well as an eggs, herbs, and cheese bollo. I learned that a bollo is a hand-stuffed soft brioche dough filled with eggs, local meats, and seasonal ingredients. It was served warm and was delicious! My latte was also wonderful.
