A handful of people came after me yet, Somehow most of them got their orders before me. I love how they come out and take your order for the drive thru. It's easier to ask questions (since I am not a Dutch Bro regular). The employee who took my order was very friendly and out going. I ordered the Protein latte with dark chocolate. It was amazing and I felt like it was nutritious since it had protein! The drive thru moved really fast and I had my drink very quickly and on my way. I didn't see a good way to exit back toward I-10 so had to make u-turn. Probably more convenient locations off the interstate closer to Phoenix. read more

Very disappointed in this location. I ordered ahead and still ended up waiting 45+ mins for 2 cold drinks (a Myst energy drink and a black tea). Both of them didn't taste right, the flavour was off. I will mention that it was really busy (both for walk up and drive through), so that probably impacted the wait time. Not sure if there were new baristas being trained or if they were short staffed, but still... At least the barista was nice and apologetic for the wait. That being said, I wouldn't recommend going here. Try a different place or at least a different location. read more

Disappointed in this location. Been there several times and 4/5 times the drink order is wrong. They will forget to add either additional flavors, espresso shots, alternative milk, or soft top to orders. It's a gamble to order a drink and expect it to be right. Very frustrating and makes me not want to return to this location. Hopefully management can talk to employees about correcting the efficiency of drinks since customers pay extra for customized drinks. read more

The new manager has fired everyone at the Verrado location. This was our regular location because they knew us and always made our drinks the right way. Since the new manager has started at this location the drinks aren't made correctly. The employees are terrified that he will fire them. The vibe has been off since the new manager took over!! Please get rid of him and bring back all of the kids he fired (around Christmas time no less). If you want the Verrado location to get back on track then please get rid of the manager that's there now. A took a chance on one of their energy beverages. It was quite good and refreshing. You can request that they use the sugar free rebel. I think this location needs to hire more people and train their people better. This was a frustrating visit that didn't need to be .. not just with myself but for a few others. The fact that I had been waiting a decent time and some friends of the db crew can have their 7 drinks get served before my two drinks is crazy. I got frustrated but versus making a scene I kept my composure and asked for all of their drinks and mine as well. They tried giving me a drink that wasn't even mine. Then I waited some time later for them to tell me, they didn't even have me marked for a drink. I had to show them proof which is wild, even though they switched window servers 3xs. On top of that when I finally got my drink, it was wrong yet again. Worst service by far and I've had a few of them at this location.. to top it off, when I originally ordered my drink, there was only two people ahead of me and they had finished their drinks while I was still there waiting for my drink. This was seriously the best Dutch Bros location I've ever been to! Came here right before 6 AM and placed my order at the drive thru. There was only 1 other car in front of me. The lady who took my order was very nice and was able to tell me a little bit about some of the surrounding restaurants and area. Drink came out perfect. Me and my husband came by on the 26th of last week around 9 p.m; we come by very often but this day, It was a really busy night, but the line moved pretty smoothly. A taller girl who seemed newer to this stand came out to take me and our husband's order, and her presence automatically felt comforting and her conversing genuinely made our day, along with the fact she had great drink recommendations. 10/10 would recommend coming here. From the moment she took our order, to the moment we got to the window she was busting her butt the whole time, making 4,5,6, drinks at a time!! At the window, me and my husband made a comment to her about her hard work and dedication and asked for her name so we could write a review about her- which she told us her name and it started with a P; very beautiful name and a very beautiful girl- but I couldn't spell her name if my life depended on it It was just her and one other nice young lady working that night, but she definitely stands out when you stop by this stand! I came to the Dutch Bros on Verrado Way and unfortunately my experience was terrible not only did the barista correct everything I said in such a rude manner that didn't make me feel welcome at all to return. I asked for the sunrise drink and she said do you mean the sunset And I feel like that mistake could be made by anyone there's no need to have a tone for that correction I also asked for a sugar-free syrup in my dope espresso. Forgive me. I was corrected for it to be a double shot. There's just no need for that level of rudeness from this Dutch Bros, especially being in the middle of so many other coffee shops yes I could go to those other coffee shops, but I came for the Dutch experience and I was very seriously let down. read more

Always been super friendly, super helpful, always had lots of effort from them trying to help me figure out what drinks I can order in different ways with dairy allergy. Only once was line ever long. Order ahead is not well organized. Half our drinks were not ready until 15 minutes after the time said. And one was almost melted before they handed them all out. The reason to use order ahead is when you need to get somewhere and don't have time to wait. In the future, will skip the visit instead. read more

I love to check out new Dutch locations and since I had some free time this morning I headed out to Buckeye for my cold brew. There is so much to say about this location. It is very easy to access and while they are doing some construction in a nearby new business it was clearly marked to the drive thru and no issues getting to it. I was so surprised to be the only car in the drive thru. It felt like my lucky day. I LOVED the extra long double drive thru. Once it gets busy it will definitely work so much better than some of the other stands I've been to. This Dutch shares a building with other spaces, which are not open yet. So the parking lot will get more crowded as time goes on I'm sure. It fits right in in Verrado's cute little community. They have outside seating as well. Service was wonderful and I had a good conversation with the barista working the window. I love my cold brew and while Dutch is always on point with it typically....I am not lying when I say today... hands down I had the BEST one ever. Mixed exactly how I asked. It was awesome to taste so much of the cold brew, not overly sweet and just the right amount of heavy cream. Thanks Dutch for another wonderful stop. read more

Horrible customer service. After waiting in the line for awhile when all I wanted was to get a coffee and go work. The girl at the window chatted with the car in front of me for about 10 minutes after giving his coffee to him and the line behind me only kept growing. All I wanted was an espresso shot, so it was definitely ready and just sitting there for her to finally finish her conversation. Absolutely won't be back. Absolutely wouldn't recommend it if you are in a rush. This just happened on12/6 at 7:20pm, i hope they can take some action to better their team. read more
