I go to Starbucks 2-3 times a week. Love their brown sugar oat milk. The barista misheard me and made a tall instead of a venti. No biggie. When I told the barista who made it l, she asked me to go back to the register and pay the difference. 87 cents. Really? Another time I brought in my reusable cup and they accidentally put another drink in it and give it to another woman. When I brought it up, they just said, I'm sorry. Then I had to personally ask for a replacement reusable cup instead of them just replacing it automatically. Weird. I've been in restaurants/restaurant management for almost 20 years and this is bizarre customer service for super easy fixes. Particularly odd for a corporate spot. Nobody was rude. Stopped by for an afternoon Caramel Frappuccino and unfortunately it was prepared with very little coffee and too much milk. After contacting a manager was further inconvenience with trying to have me come back to the store, Bri the manager said the only thing she could do was to have me drive back and return the product. I did a mobile -drive thur order. When I got to screen, I told them, I have a mobile order and , my name. I was told very rudely, your order isn't ready yet. You can come inside to pick up or drive back around. I understand my order not being ready even though my Starbucks app gave me an estimated time and I added 5 mins to that time. I love this location. The drive through goes pretty quick and is next to my favorite grocery store. I get one on the way into the store, drink it while shopping for the week, usually an hour and a half later. I take my time since I chill to music on my earbuds and look out for new items. Then I end up getting a Very Bery Hibiscus Tea at the actual grocery store, since they also have a Starbucks inside. I should really think about buying shares, I live there...at STARBUCKS... every day. I have tried several coffee shops and I am very picky about not tasting BURNT coffee or burnt espresso in what ever it might be I have ordered and thankfully, here I have not had to worry about it. This is specifically about Nathan who was working in the drive thru window at 12 noon on Monday November 23rd. Nathan was wearing gloves and a mask to "signal" he is keeping the customers and other workers safe. What happened: I was back in line to pick up a replacement coffee drink since my first time through the drive thru they gave me someone else's drink (with sugar syrup and coconut milk). So annoying! As I inch up in the drive through lane (I am now in second position) the driver in front is paying with cash. He exchanges his cash payment, receives some coins and paper money back from Nathan as change. The driver then reaches back hands Nathan a cash tip from the money he received as change (paper money). Nathan accepts the tip and puts in it the tip container. Next, the driver then asks for change for a couple dollar bills (I assume quarters). Nathan reaches back into the tip container, fishes out all the paper Bills and reorganizes them and then one by one he finds enough quarters to give to the customer. Now I pull up and I can very easily see he has his rubber gloved hands all over my drink, the top lid to my drink and he personally pushed in a "green stopper". When I accepted my drink I called him out about his ridiculous filthy habit of touching money and stuff without changing into a fresh and clean set of gloves. Nathan was very arrogant and did not want to listen - he vehemently disagreed - and he kept saying "goodbye" to me. Is Starbuck's training their people to be so filthy and only have the appearance of good hygiene? If the gloves are dirty change them!!!! This is gross! I called the store's phone number and wanted to speak to a manager but the number has been disconnected (probably not updated with Yelp) Starbucks - you can do better than this!!!!!! The food and drink tasted as they would at any other starbucks. My problem is the customer service. I got in a long line that was out into the parking lot. With my wait time, I decided to order through the app. I placed my order when two cars ahead of me was placing their order. When I got to the order screen call box, I let them know I placed a mobile order (with the drive thru option) and they said they had a lot of those and had to find mine and told me I'd have to park in front if it wasn't ready by the time I got to the window, but they'd try. I got to the window and they told me to pull to the front and they'd bring me my order. I pulled to the front and they brought me my order within a minute of me parking. The lady who gave me my order asked me to "give them more than one minute" next time. I let her know I wasnt sure where the problem was because other Starbucks have never had a problem with me putting an order in while waiting in a long drive thru line. To me, it seemed they didnt like I made the order while in line and had me park to "teach me a lesson" because, it takes the same time to prepare an order made at the window as it does to place the same order on an app a couple cars ahead of you. My wait time was the same as people who ordered at the window. It felt more like a petty consequence than a legitimate reason to park. I dont mind parking when its a valid reason. I've never had a problem with customer service at starbucks prior to this. read more

Great Service This Starbucks is not my usual stop however, it just might be one of my all time favorites. I love my coffee and what's better then a Starbucks iced white chocolate mocha, I can't think of anything, we'll maybe if you top your coffee off with a vanilla scone. The service at this Starbucks might not be the fastest but it's still phenomenal and the staff are always very friendly. This location is clean, inviting, and feels comfortable and they have seating outside at the patio. I wish they offered more seating inside, as this Starbucks is very busy. My coffee was made exactly the way I order and tasted great. In addition, to the great coffee Starbucks has delicious pastries if you need a snack. I really enjoy grabbing a cake pop or two to go. This is the Starbucks location that I always come to because it's the closest to my house. It's not my favorite one, but it's definitely better than a lot of the other ones I've been to! The staff is all so friendly and the place is always kept clean. I do wish there were more outlets and comfier seats.
