We took a quick day road trip to Buc-ee's and decided to make a stop at Swig to try some Dirty Drinks. Since it was our first time, we had no idea what to order, but thankfully, Ember was there to help us out! Ember was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She made the whole experience so much better and helped us find a drink we absolutely loved. I highly recommend the Dr Pepper Dirty Drink! I'm not a big fan of coconut, so I was a little hesitant, but the coconut flavor wasn't overpowering at all--it blended perfectly with the Dr Pepper. Such a fun stop and such great customer service! Huge shoutout to Ember for taking the time to help us and making our first Swig experience a great one. We'll definitely be back! read more

Swig has quickly become one of our family's favorite places to stop, and we're here multiple times a week--some weeks, almost every day! If that doesn't tell you how much we enjoy it, I don't know what will. Drive-Thru Experience I've only ever used the drive-thru, and overall it's been a great experience. Depending on the time of day, the line can be wrapped around the building (which tells you how popular it is), but if you catch an off time, you can breeze right through. Even when the line is long, it usually moves surprisingly fast. Customer Service One of the biggest reasons we keep coming back is the staff. Everyone has always been incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. I've never felt rushed, even when I'm trying to decide on a new drink or asking questions about the menu. That kind of customer service keeps people coming back. I also love seeing so many of the same employees still working here since they first opened. It's nice seeing familiar faces, and you can tell they've built a great team. The Drinks There truly is something for everyone. Whether you're in the mood for a dirty soda, refresher, Reviver, or just want to try something completely different, the menu has so many fun options. As someone who comes here often, there have only been a handful of times where my drink didn't taste quite right. The nice thing is they're always happy to remake it without making you feel uncomfortable for asking. The only small thing I've noticed is that occasionally, especially when there are newer employees, you may have to remind them to fill reusable tumblers all the way. It's never been a big issue and seems to improve as new team members get more experience. A Small Wish The only thing I'd love to see is a few dairy-free cookie or snack options. I know plenty of us with food allergies would appreciate having something sweet to enjoy with our drinks. Until then... I guess it's saving me money! Value The prices are very reasonable, especially if you bring your Swig tumbler and receive the refill discount. It's one of those little perks that makes stopping by even more worth it. Final Thoughts Buckeye is lucky to have this location. It's become one of our favorite places to grab a drink, and it's always fun driving through, saying hi to the staff, and trying something new. Thank you for consistently providing friendly service and making each visit a pleasant one. We'll definitely keep coming back! read more

First Visit...Definitely Not Our Last! Our family finally made our first trip to Swig in Buckeye, and it absolutely lived up to the hype! Our daughter has been asking to go for months, and since it's only a few minutes off the freeway, we decided to stop in. We're so glad we did. From the moment we pulled up, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The staff took the time to explain the menu, answer our questions, and help each of us pick a drink we'd enjoy. We ordered a variety of drinks--dirty sodas, refreshers, and energy drinks--and every single one was fantastic. Everything tasted fresh, perfectly balanced, and was exactly what we needed on a hot Arizona day. One thing that really stood out was the value. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the drinks. It's refreshing to find a place that delivers a premium product without premium pricing. The highlight of our visit came as we were leaving. We had the opportunity to meet who we believe was the owner, and she asked us to come back to the window because she wanted to send us home with cookies. That simple gesture turned a great experience into a memorable one. The cookies were absolutely delicious, and serving them chilled was the perfect touch for the Arizona heat. Great drinks, outstanding customer service, fair prices, and genuine hospitality--it's easy to see why Swig has such a loyal following. This has officially become a must-stop for our family whenever we're in the Buckeye area. Highly recommend stopping by--you won't be disappointed! read more

I visited swig today and pulled up to the drive thru and was greeted by a sign that said closed. So I parked after driving by the front and seeing patrons inside. So I parked and walked to the front door as I reached for the handle I was greeted by a pleasant worker whom I think was the manager and she informed me that the power had been out and the internet was down. So understanding how this can affect businesses as my previous line of work was for a utility company. So I was going to forgo my swig today and then she asked what I was going to order. I couldn't remember the name all I knew it was a 0 calorie drink. Then I was asked what size. Next thing I know is the worker in the back handed me my drink. They didn't have to do this as I was content with going without today as of the power interruption. So needless to say I was grateful and their tip jar is a little heavier. Please patronize this business as they truly go above and beyond for their customers. If I could give more stars I would have!!! read more

Their pretzel bites and mini cookies are great but the drinks not really they should switch out coconut cream for condensed milk and vanilla the coconut cream they use tastes so artificial almost like soap ... i got a strawberry breeze without it and just added condensed milk it home but for some reason it still tastes a bit like coconut so they either add it to everything or cross contamination happened.. I got coke with the coconut cream that was gross too I was expecting more of a creamy taste but it tasted like soap.. just saying try adding condensed milk and vanilla instead read more

tried the texas tab with Dr Peppe- so good I think I'll go back and get another one. The kids in there seem to be pretty happy and the place looked clean. The line was almost out to the street, but it only took about four minutes for me to get my drink, I will definitely come back. read more

The drinks are amazing customer service is ok. I was in line ordered my drink and realized right away it wasn't the size I ordered, but I thought maybe the young lady taking my ordered didn't hear me and charged me for a smaller drink, which I would've been ok with. I looked at the sticker and no, my drink was made in the wrong size. Due to their lobby not being open I had to get in line once again which by this time was much longer. The young man came and I notified him what happened he was apologetic and said he would give them the sticker off my drink to make it correctly and said I can keep the wrong drink. I pull up to the window and let her know what happened and I show her the drink from the car and she reaches out to take the drink from me and comes back with my correct drink. The amount of time I wasted in line for my correct drink and then for the young lady at the window to take away a drink that was incorrectly made after the young man said I can keep it. Customer service needs to be better it there should be a protocol in place that way everyone in that building is on the same page. read more
