They let us come in ahead of time to tour the space and plan our menu, and when our final guest count ended up being smaller than originally expected, they were extremely flexible with our budget. They gave us options for drink tickets or an open bar tab and allowed us to adjust how much we put toward food, drinks, and snacks so we could create exactly what worked for our group. The food was AMAZING! We had a full taco bar for our rehearsal dinner and a fun pretzel wall for the Welcome Party, and they even allowed us to bring in our own décor and desserts. The staff also went above and beyond with drink recommendations and made sure there were great options for everyone, whether they drank alcohol or not, while also helping accommodate allergies. We were especially impressed by how attentive the staff was throughout the entire night. Managing a group of around 60 people is no small task, but we never felt like we were waiting for anything. They were always one step ahead, checking on our guests, keeping everything flowing, and making sure we could simply enjoy the night.
