Wondering the Palladio and they popped into view. Atmosphere - Posh. That is the word I would use to describe this location. Maybe their old school crushed red velvet chairs at the tables cause the poshness of the place. Otherwise it is a standard vibe. Food Drinks - My daughter got smoothy or something, she was happy. No caffeine of course. What ever she ordered it took a long time to make as I was almost done with my sandwich by the time she got her drink. Main Course - I had a breakfast sandwich. The name was a mile long so I do not remember. It had egg whites, turkey on a English muffin and some other things. It went down very fast, even being very hot. Service - Damn give a name to the sandwich not a list describing the sandwich. It would make ordering so much easier. When you only see one sandwich in the display case, and say you want the breakfast sandwich and she state which one kind throws you off. Future - sure, no reason not to. read more

Came to this location for the first time yesterday. I was slightly horrified at the filth on the floors. The bathroom was out of towels--how are employees drying their hands? I witnessed a bit of an attitude from the barista when another customer inquired about his order. Meh. read more

Finally a Starbucks at the Palladio! Now that it seems like a lot of other people have figured out that this new location is open, it seems that there is always a buzz about the place. Love that they have couches and seating outside where you can just hang out and sit a while. My favorite meeting spot now :) and say hi to the baristas! They're pretty awesome! read more

I used to love this Starbucks. They were always super fast and for the most part they had my drinks spot on. In the beginning it was a little rocky but they gave me advice on how to place my mobile order. It's been a solid 3-4 months of great service. The red headed girl the guy with the glasses Paul and the brunette were always the best. Unfortunately recently the service has been extremely slow and I want to say lazy. Today it took 12 minutes for me to get my double shot of espresso! I literally watched it already tapped and sitting under the machine for 8 minutes before this new girl decided to do anything with it. I never had an espresso shot that sat so long that it was cold until today. The lazy service almost made me late for work. When I order a simple and fast drink I wouldn't have expected it to take twice as long as normal. I mobile order for the speed and convenience but today was quite the opposite. Update I started ordering tea because how much harder can pouring hot water and throwing tea bag in get? Apparently they still mess up the order. They actually don't even check the mobile orders any more. I know this because when I get there I have had to ask them to see if they got my mobile order. The only time I would come here is if I wanted my time wasted. I'm not that kind of person so I won't ever be returning. read more

Most of the time there are long lines and they are understaffed. Your wait may be much longer than you desire. Like all Starbucks you will pay too much. Did you ever try their coffee black? The sign outside said maximum 5 customers inside, so we waited in the cold while 7 customers were inside. One of the customers inside had her mask on under her nose and later took it off completely to sip her drink. After I finally got inside 10 min later ordering was easy. They didn't ask my name. 15 min later everyone after me had already left and 20 people replaced them. Everyone ignored the max capacity sign AND they forgot my order somehow. Two women walked in wearing tiny plastic shields the size of bananas that didn't contain their breath but kept their makeup immaculate. I'm going to need to get COVID tested after this. read more

Not sure why this Starbucks has such bad reviews. Clean store, friendly staff, bathrooms for men and women. Cool place to hang out with tons for seating and chairs inside and outside. Many food options and the baristas know what they are doing. I was here for an iced tea and they made it well. I wished that they would have used less ice but I should have told them less ice. My bad. Parking can get tricky around here. But once you find parking and get inside...it's another good Starbucks location. I will be back! read more

No drive thru, but it's located in the Palladio shopping center. Parking can be difficult at times, especially if you just run in real quick. However, the baristas are friendly and get drinks made at a reasonable speed. I like going here when I have time to sit and relax. There are plenty of tables and couches outside which are under the shade. I often find a peaceful spot to catch up on emails and sip my coffee. read more

I went in during my lunch break as I normally so and ask for whoever is workings favorite drink. Michelle was very accommodating and asked me further questions to ensure I'd be happy with what was suprised to me at the end. Made sure I wasn't allergic to anything and if I wanted caffine. If I could rate this zero stars I would. I'm the most understanding person but I know when people are straight up phony. I needed a mask and I was going to ask bc they normally have extras. Soon as I come inside the cashier wouldn't even let me get my word out before she tells me I need a mask. Ok, that's fine but the lady standing less than 1 foot away from me who she just dealt with was wearing no mask and she did not intend on saying anything. So I reminded her to tell everyone to put their mask on, not just me! We ordered one Frappuccino and one latte and everyone who came in after us got their drinks and I had to stand there waiting looking stupid until I said where is our drinks.. she begins to make our drink and gives me both the drinks made wrong.. it's a mess in there and she had an attitude and was whispering things to her coworker about me and my sister because she made my drink wrong and had to correct it. Always come to this location on my breaks at work and today was hands down the worst experience, I waited over 25 mins for TEA and let's just say I could have saved my money because it's literally terrible. Today, 12/7/3018, was a disaster! I placed my mobile order at 7:15am, arrived at 7:30 and waited 10mins before leaving without my coffee so that I wouldn't be late for work. There were over 30 people in the store, both waiting to orders and to make an order. There were 2 baristas working and clearly trying very hard. I like this Starbucks, it's in a convenient location and they're pretty fast with the pick up orders! But the customer service is kind of meh and rude at the worst times and sometimes they do mess up my order which is a bummer. I've been coming here lately for lunch to just sit and relax. The cushy seats themselves are in desperate need of some dusting and everything seems a little unmaintained. The indoor seating is not as plentiful as I would have hoped but if it's not busy you usually can find a seat. The outdoor seating area is pretty large, which I appreciate. Overall it's your standard Starbucks, you can get a drink, use the wifi and chill for a little while, but don't expect stellar customer service or cleanliness at this location. read more

This Starbucks lacks a lot of consistency. It's a hit or miss every time I mobile order my drink & food. Whenever I get to work early is when I order my drink or else I will be late. On a good day I can come in and my order is ready and other days I'll be waiting a good 15-20 mins, people in line get their drinks before me and I ordered before them!! I always have to get the baristas attention and ask if they have my order. They really need to get a better system working. read more

Ben was the best and friendliest barista out of any Starbucks I have been to. I like the java chip crap, but it's too sweet and not strong enough. He recommended scaling back on the mocha and adding a shot...it was exactly what I needed. Super friendly, the little things. I like that this Starbucks is open later than most in Folsom. The inside looks really nice, but when you sit in those comfy red chairs there's an odd moldy smell. I realized the smell was coming from those huge curtains that they have by the windows. If you look closely at them you can see coffee stains so you tell they don't get washed. It seems like every time I come here I end up getting mopped into a corner no matter if it's 2-3hrs before closing time. read more

Well today my friend Jacey and I did a mobile order on our way to school. We ordered it a generous time in advance for them to prepare the food, and while we received all the correct items, Jacey's coffee cake is very cold and her croissant was not nearly flaky enough she had commented. Just stopped by for coffee with my family here. Sadly, the staff is not very customer friendly or responsive. Despite the fact there was no line, the barista was more than 10 minutes behind. When I asked for a cup of ice for the hot tea we ordered, the girl at the register - who could have just given it to me because there were no other customers in line to order - just added it as a request to the barista's order and then said I had to wait for a cup of ice from the barista. Went in there today after visiting Sea Quest for a coffee. We had to use the bathroom, one was closed the other one was out of toilet paper, and very, very dirty.
