They have kava, protein shakes, acai bowls, and food if you're looking for something to eat. The customer service is great, and they're always willing to answer questions and explain what they offer. They recently remodeled the place too, and it looks great. The lighting, music, seating, and overall atmosphere make it a really comfortable place to hang out. Whether you stop in during the day or later at night, they do a great job creating a chill atmosphere. There are also plenty of good food spots along the strip, so it's an easy place to stop by and make part of your afternoon or evening. The combination of a flavorless drink and unnecessarily rude service ruined the visit. I won't be returning and can't recommend Tru Bowls to anyone. There's another grocery store that's five minutes from my house, but I drive the 20 minutes to shop here because the overall experience is so much better. Today's trip really stood out to me because of a couple things... while I was at the deli waiting for the clerk to work on my order, at least three other employees came up to me and asked if I was being helped. I've been to other stores where I've stood at a counter for literally 5 minutes, watching employees going out of their way to not acknowledge me. That never happens here. Then I was really taken aback by how the peppers and mushrooms were displayed. The fact that whoever stocked these mushrooms took the time to turn every mushroom cap side up and arranged all the portobellos the way they are speaks to a dedication to quality work. You can tell that in this store, nobody half-asses anything, and the employees take pride in what they do.
