Seating area. (Didn't want to include tables w/ people)

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Nice Starbucks with indoor seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Convenient to historic downtown. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I couldn't tell from the text or photos if there was indoor seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]There are 4 2-person tables and 2 4-person tables.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Clean and good light to read.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The staff today was pleasant and efficient. Black iced tea was good.

I ordered a 5 espresso shot red eye to sip while studying and was given a coffee instead. I drink red eyes all the time, and they usually take me an hour to get through. I spent +$11 on a drink and tip, and now I'm making house coffee in order to power through tests and modules for college tonight after working 13 hours. I was looking forward to a red eye.

Tons of boxes lining the wall. It makes it look even more dirty than it is.

Not impressed. It wasn't busy at all and yet they were still pretty slow. Three of the drinks were just teas too. The people are pretty nice here, but when I'm paying for $6 a drink I really don't like seeing an inch of space wasted in my drink. The whipped cream did melt but there wasn't that much. Also why is it acceptable to have a messy store?

Moldy danish -- not sure how this was missed..

Face to face Service was fine but the danish was moldy. I'm not sure what the process of preparing this is but I'm surprised nobody noticed this. Pretty gross

I was here a couple of days after Christmas,, and there was only one car in front of me in line. I waited and waited and waited, almost 10 minutes and nothing happening. I just left. Today, I was back in town, I was on Broadway, and so to be fair, I wanted to give them another shot. Again, there was only one car in front of me. At one point, she opened the window, and handed them a drink. It looked like she was making the drinks one at a time. At about the 10 minute mark, I honked my horn to let them know that I was waiting. The lady stuck her head out the window, looked at me, and I politely said, I've been in line almost 10 minutes. She didn't say I'm sorry, she didn't say I'll be right with you,, she just gave me a dirty look, and pulled her head back in the window. Once again, I left. Instead, I went over to jitter bean on Harris across the street from Safeway. There, I was behind three other cars, and even with three cars in front of me, I waited less than 10 minutes. At one point, one of the employees actually came out to the line, asked me what I wanted, took my reusable mug inside and then when I got to the window, my drink was ready. That's the way these places should be doing things. Sorry Gold, Rush, in this case, two strikes and you're out. . There are too many other coffee places in town that I can go to. Thanks anyway.

Spent most of the tour hearing from the owner about how his workers kiss every one of your beans that come from plantations where even bullets were found in the beans the workers sort in the factory. Not once did he talk about the exploitation cocoa farms have for children in the country of origin, inclu ding child slavery or slavery amongst adults, nor the companies commitment to working with farmers who practice ethical trade. That lack of emphasis of the dialogue regarding human rights leads me to believe that acknowledging humans rights isn't something this company has even with their own workers. A bunch of people come in for a tour and the cafe workers who are pretty new to the front area have to be in charge of seeing about 15- 30 different orders with in 5 minutes and the front stage who makes below minimum of the cost of living has to be left felling supported? I wonder if all the staff working for you have even been on a sailboat or own one? It's on your logo after all. Or is it a simple nod to the slave trade being the reasons you are a millionaire? I think it would be amazing if this company could make products that do not include slavery or mistreatment of workers.
