Gold rush crusher for the win! I came here everyday we were visiting! The coffee is amazing! The people working are full of good vibes! Must stop here! Drive thru makes it easy and fast!

I happened to be by the area and my brother recommended we try this. Super nice service and drive through. Loved the experience. I tried this blended matcha drink that tasted like a smoothie. Overall pretty good but I should have asked for half sweetened. I also ordered a salmon bagel and that was 1938382% so good!!!

The Mexican mocha was the most perfect version I think I've ever had! Definitely could taste the Ibarra.

My favorite is the black widow with whip and honey. Grab a pound of fresh local beans at the window too

The line wasn't too long of a wait, despite it being busy and understaffed. They had a cute location, and I really liked the dark wood throughout. They had a dedicated area for sitting, and some things like board games available for groups to enjoy while sipping their beverage of choice. I got a mocha frappé and enjoyed it. It hit the spot on a sunny Eureka day. To my surprise, I got a freebie, with the barista making more than what would fit in the cup. The excess was poured into an additional cup, and given for free. That was awesome. Speaking of the staff, they were great. Despite being a busy day and not many people working, they pushed through and i saw them handle all types of attitudes and customers with great care. I enjoyed my drink here for sure.

I came early in the morning and only had a donut and small coffee there and the price was reasonable. They have a seating area in front of their counter and a larger seating area adjacent. Lovely wall art that appears to be from local artist. I really want to give it 5 stars - the only downside was - and I have to be honest - there was a homeless man who came into the cafe and started yelling repeatedly at the clerk and other patrons. This is NOT the fault of the owners but when I'm in side of a restaurant or cafe and eating I think it's reasonable to want to feel safe. This was early in the morning and after this aggressive person left there were steadily more and more customers coming in and I felt safer/better This is a great place and I hope anyone who is visiting Eureka to stop by and enjoy this popular place

I was in Arcata for a short trip and Cafe Mokka was the highlight of my trip! The concept was hard…read moreto figure out at first, but it's basically a cute coffee shop combined with a courtyard garden that has private hot tub and sauna rentals. The reservations get filled quickly so you have to call the day before to reserve a private hot tub or sauna session. We arrived a bit early to our reservation so we stopped by the coffee shop first and I had to order the hot chocolate with added whipped cream because it looked so good from other reviewers photos. And oh my god, it was the best hot chocolate I've ever had!!! It's so rich with a strong chocolate flavor without being too sweet. And the mountain of homemade whipped cream was such a treat and made the whole drink even more decadent and creamy. I also wanted to note the design of the coffee shop felt like I was being transported to a rustic Scandinavian lodge or something, which was really cool. When it was time for our hot tub reservation, we walked through the courtyard to our hot tub and changing area. Each reservation gets their own private hot tub so you don't need to share with anyone else. The space is completely private and can't be seen from anyone outside in the courtyard. It was really nice because the hot tub area had no roof and was open to the air, so you could enjoy the sky and trees feel like you're relaxing "outdoors," and there was even a heated outside shower to rinse off before changing back. The whole thing was such a unique experience and I kept thinking about that hot chocolate, so I had to come one more time the next day before my flight to have it again because I don't know when I'll ever be in Arcata again. Highly recommend this gem!

Space is a little cramped in the front with our big group, but once we got rolling into our groups to go out to the back it was fine. The hot tubs were soo relaxing. BIG, they were soo big! I loved how each had the space to put your things and the lights to let you know you are good or the time is almost up. Great place to check out
