You order with the people working inside the parked Airstream and then you have the choice of enjoying your drink at one of the tables available outside, or by walking into the lobby space adjacent to the Airstream. I love finding a space inside and have spent a few hours at a time here, working undisturbed on various things. The beautiful interior makes it hard to leave. I have a couple cons, though. One, it's hard to enjoy this place on bad weather days because you're waiting for your drink to be made while standing in the cold or wind. Two, I wish there were more food items available for purchase besides a few cookies. But don't let these things deter you - come check out Proxy and fall in love!

I usually go to the Roseville location where they roast the beans, and it's always my favorite because you're greeted with warmth and friendliness. I hope management considers reinforcing some basic customer service training. Great coffee deserves great service.

There's plenty of seating indoor and outdoor. We walked in to see the bar first and kept walking to find the coffee bar. The guy was very welcoming and we order coffee and breakfast burritos(veg and chorizo) and the kids had the cute little bluey drinks they were offering and shared a croissant. Everything was delicious, we especially enjoyed the breakfast burritos and I don't usually like breakfast burritos! I also realized how watered down it became the more I let it sit on my desk when working since I took it back with me to sip on while I work the rest of the day. Other than that, the drink was good but I wish I tasted more of the matcha, and I probably should drink it faster next time so it won't be too watered down.
